The staff were friendly and patient. The hotel room size is reasonable. Breakfast food choice was of varieties and the food was refilled quickly.

Dust and dirt can be seen on the chair. Heater not strong enough to heat the room during winter. Some light bulbs are not working as well.

Horrible experience. Lied to trip.com that I'd used hotel room for entire night when I checked out early within ten mins of checking in. Hotel bathroom door had hole in it, there was hair on floor and hotel facilities were dusty and dated.

Affordable hotel not too far from the city centre. Was exactly as expected and was nice to have a full size bath in the bathroom.

The location was nice, close to central city and comfortable for any kind of transport. Locally there are a lot of shops and restoran/cafes. The hotel is cleanand tidy. We have been offered free breakfast while original booking was no breakfast included.

Excellent stay, really good price . Breakfast was okay, quiet nights sleep.

Not a great service but thats fine as budget hotel so to be expected. However room was very cold on with only a tiny heater which was ineffective for a large room especially in subzero temperatures.

My go to hotel because of price, staff and location. And quiet not had issues. The hotel is not modernly decorated but ideal for work/ it’s clean and functional. Would I take my partner to impress, there are better places locally, but if it was the only thing available it would be ok. Parking and drop off space outside Breakfast was reintroduced recently and included. It’s ok, not the best ever and the canteen isn’t very glamorous Good staff on front desk

Love thus hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious with comfortable beds. It's near to all the fab things to do in Sheffield centre. The staff are very friendly and approachable. The breakfast is fab.

Terrible experience- arrived- no parking available- on arrival was told no breakfast as the chef has gone on leave 😡 Toilet was blocked when arrived. Stinky room. Complained and promptly offered alternative room😁. Couldn’t sleep due the mattress being so hard. No hand wash but old style soap was there. 😡😡😡Basic standard like a hostel. Will NOT be going again therefore not recommend.😒

We had been moved 3 times due to faulty toilet flush on bedroom 2 bedroom 1 was smelly . The management need to clean the room properly and change the curtains . This is quite important to all your guests I supposed. I know it’s cheap but a few addition of quids provided it is clean would not matter to your guest , J believed.

Great area to be based in next to river and not far from the centre. The room was a bit tired and bathroom needed redoing but for the price and location it was adequate.

The reception staff are so lovely and understanding. The location is very convenient and is just away enough from the center to have some peace and quiet.
