不是一家五星級酒店，但由於其樂於助人的員工，前台員工充滿活力，就這一點絕對值得五星級評價;酒店地理位置優越，距離深圳機場20分鐘車程，可享受免費送機服務服務;及其便利設施，有洗衣房放和健身房，均為免費提供。非常適合出差人士，洗衣非常方便，烘乾後衣服不會皺，非常好。我們住的房間乾淨整潔，床品很舒適。

This is a great location to be in shenzhen close to the airport ! The hotel has amazing helpful staff! I love the comfortable bed and room!The breakfast buffet has lots of selections and is delicious... well worth it!!Thank you for a wonderful stay!

首先是進入酒店的感覺，酒店的大廳比較小，但是整體比較明亮，光線，給人感覺很舒服，酒店的前台Janet服務人員，服務也是熱情，辦理入住也是比較專業的，整體感覺很好，特別是，酒店上下電梯都是要刷卡的，這一點也是比較安全的，滿意。酒店房間也是乾淨整潔，床品很舒服，離機場不遠，還有很大的停車場，非常便捷。早歺非常棒，特別豐盛，還有煮麪

今年已經是多次入住了！不得不點名表揚前台小姐姐Janet，多次都是她辦理的入住，房間會幫忙提前安排好，服務也是一級的棒👍因為路上堵車，不能及時回到酒店取行李，聯繫了Janet，她立即就幫我預約了車把我的行李送到機場，這簡直是幫了我的大忙！非常推薦這家酒店！
