The first room that we were given smelt of damp quite badly- probably because of the bathroom as the wood had rotted on the door frame. We called the reception who was very helpful and immediately gave us a different room. The service was very good and the staff was very helpful and polite indeed. The room itself is quite dated which is why the hotel is getting renovated; this was mentioned by the hotel staff when we checked in- didn't bother us too much as the renovation started at 9am daily. Location is very very good. Overall the price was very reasonable considering the location. It is also next to Funan shopping mall so it is very handy for buying things-there is a decent food court and supermarket. A 15 minute or so walk to Marina Sand Bay too! Look forward to seeing it when it is fully renovated!

Overall the hotel stay wasn't bad. The Room was big, the bed was nice. The facilities was good and I enjoyed having drinks at ”The Den” and the breakfast was not bad.. My only gripe was that the room wasn't ready when I arrived at the hotel at 3.30pm( check in time was 3pm) and they wasn't able to advise when the room would be ready and was suggesting we go to ”The Den” which is like a cafe and wait for the room. eventually after raising my displeasure of not the room not being ready even though we got there already later than the check in time, we got the room probably around 3.40 or so and I thought that will be end but imagine my surprise when I went inside the room and found the room to be all wet which really make the starting of the stay not exactly very pleasant. for the price that I paid which was above $400, I actually would have expected better preparation. I have booked quite a few hotels in SG before to have staycation and this is the first time which I had such an experience. This is such a contrast with the experience that I had when I booked Capri by Fraser at Changi City point which everything went alot more nicer but other than the starting part of the room preparation, the rest went well but the starting part did make put a damper on the stay.

I recently stayed at The Roberston House by The Crest collection and wanted to share my experience. While there were positive aspects, I encountered a couple of issues that affected my overall stay. Upon entering the room, I noticed bits and pieces of shattered glass on the floor. This was concerning as it posed a safety risk, and I recommend the hotel to pay extra attention to cleaning and maintenance. Additionally, the toilet door knob was faulty, making it inconvenient during my stay. I reported these issues to the hotel staff, and I must commend them for their responsiveness. Despite three complaints, the staff was kind enough to offer a room upgrade, which improved our experience significantly. This gesture demonstrated their commitment to guest satisfaction. I appreciate the efforts made to address our concerns, and I hope the hotel continues to prioritize maintenance to ensure a seamless experience for all guests. But nevertheless, thank you for the kind gesture of sending a slice of birthday cake.

A wonderful and very convenient hotel to stay for anyone. The hotel ambience and room light and view of the busy city, yet the night light was also a delight. Take a walk to see Chinatown, the local Chinese food was delicious & (if U are able, try the durian and chendol) . Jus wanted to talk about the hotel breakfast, it was simple with both western and Chinese, but have to say, included was vege & cauliflower , one of the best ever . Kudos to the hotel. Cheers

My repeated staycation at Holiday Inn Atrium. The room is comfortable and clean with a bath tub to relax in. The staff is friendly and approachable. The swimming pools are great to relax around and swim in. There is a big variety of food served at the cafe at level 4. It is also next to the TEL Havelock Station, so it makes travelling very convenient. It is just a short walk to the Tiong Bahru Market where lots of local food are served. Great World City is just a train stop away. There are also a few massage parlours next to the hotel where one can get a good massage. Thanks to all at Holiday Inn Atrium Hotel who have made my stay here a pleasant one and will definitely return for another staycation.

The hotel functions like a business hotel. Lack of warm hospitality that I witness in some other hotel chain. I was lost in the room as there were no communication as to what number to dial for conceirge. Only a number for housekeeping and they had to forward the call for me. When asked for late checkout, the answer was an unapologetic No. I guess the hotel has great business. And the bath was choked but they got it fixed. Plumber was fast and friendly but of course, it was still precious time wasted waiting for the bath to be fixed.

The staircase which supposed to be the emergency exit is full of different things. Aircon is old and lack of maintenance, made a lot of noice. No separation between toilet and shower room, so the toilet canbe wet. The cups and glasses are washed on spot, so the lip mark stayed on the cups, So watch out when you have to use. The water provided is in a jar, which no idea where it comes from and how long it has been there. Suggest you buy your own water. The safety box is not fixed in the room, easily to be removed, did not feel really safe. The light was flickering and eventually died out. There was an unpleasant smell in the corridore and in the room.

Great position - close to much at Clarke Quay & old Chinatown. Walk to Raffles. An old hotel but clean and really great staff. Anna you were wonderful. Early morning check in and went smoothly which was a great relief. Breakfast was good - nothing dazzling but fresh/variety and plenty of. Try the Kopi if you like a good strong black or add a splash of milk. Rooftop view spectacular - can go up anytime and relax🍸 🚬 . Another freshener in the lift suggested.

We stayed here for 24 hours as we were “in transit”. Great location near an MRT and shops/cafes/Starbucks. Easy walk up to Chinatown. Rooms were small but adequate. We had one single and 2 doubles all with no windows. For 24 hours they were perfectly fine. Hallways and hotel was a little tired looking and the back entrance is in an alleyway. Only gripe would be that we contacted hotel to say we wouldn’t be there till after 11 pm and they assured us the reception was manned 24 hours - but it wasn’t. And when you arrive after a long trip and just want to check in you can get a bit grumpy - we ended up having to ring the fit act number through the website to find someone. Other then that the hotel was fine for what it was used for.

first time in Singapore as a solo traveller, staying at hotel absolutely made my trip worth it. after a long day of walking and exploring; coming back to my hotel was a highlight. it's close to a lot of local bars and restaurant, 30 mins from the Garden by the bay. hotel is always clean, the staff are shy but friendly when you get to talking to them. the room are perfect for a solo traveller, with the shower and toilet separated and great size too. if l go back to Singapore l will definitely stay with them again. this is my first review for anything.

Hotel located in a city centre very easy to access to the strict center of the city, touristic attractions. Room was clean and nice, with bathroom everything ok. Electric cattle, coffee tee glasses, soap, shower gel and shampoo with tooth brush and tooth paste at place. Even iron at the room. Elevator, silent place, outside pool in the roof. Kitchen at the lobby with unlimited tee and coffe machine to prepare any time your drink, however not very clean tables and around kitchen facilities. Not enough place for all the guests figuring the morning breakfast. Breakfast outsourced but ok., a bit cold after a while. No possibility to keep it warm or warm it up. Some receptionist very helpful and communicative, the other not. Depend who you will talk with.

Overall, I am very satisfied. A work of cultural heritage. I was pleasantly surprised the moment I stepped into the door. Details are the most ingenious. The details of this hotel are worth looking at again and again. Different from the standardized facilities of many luxury hotels, this is a warm ”apartment”. Yes, I prefer to call it an apartment because it feels like home. The building's exterior cleverly uses the slope to create a visual effect of ”alternation between the old and the new”. It is actually a completely independent new and old building. There is a feeling of a different world at the junction. The area of ​​the suite is not large. Guests who pursue luxury may be disappointed. But after using it, it is well considered and thoughtful. It is just right. If you stay in the old part of the house, you can see the original old floor tiles. They have traces of use but are as new as ever. Facilities: 4.5 There are not enough sockets, but the rest are very good. Service: 5 People who are interested in history can ask the front desk, and the reception staff are very enthusiastic. Transportation: 5 Very convenient, a few steps away from Clarke Quay. PS: The bar downstairs will be a bit noisy. If you care, you can communicate the room orientation in advance. This was my second stay, in two weeks time. I choose this time only bz of location which was my priority!! Check in is at 4pm, and I was there around 1pm, just to keep my bags, but have to wiat for 30 plus min as ring was switched off and there was no one to attend. Aircon is very limited, late evening to early morning approx. Even living room aircon is controlled. Though wall mounted fans are functional, but during warm days it can be uncomfortable. Its on 3rd floor with no lift. So with heavy bags it can be a challenge. Toilets and shower room are clean. Room size for 3 bunk beds was decent size. Further with only one staff, and if host is busy or out of hostel, you have no option but to stand outside, so be mindful of check in time!! In other hostels where I have stayed, you will always find someone to assist.
