"Exceptional value for money with great staff I had a wonderful stay here. The standout feature is definitely the staff—the front desk team is incredibly friendly and welcoming. For the price point, the facilities are exceptional and hard to beat. There are a few minor points to note: the building doesn't have an elevator, and there was a slight smell in the bathroom in the mornings. Also, you can sometimes hear noise from neighboring rooms. However, these were minor issues and didn't significantly impact my stay. Overall, it’s an amazing budget-friendly option and I highly recommend it."

"Самое главное преимущество этого отеля- это его превосходное расположение. Все достопримечательности в пешей доступности, огромный супермаркет, кофейня, автобусная остановка. Из аэропорта ходит номер 100 каждый час до площади Франции, потом оттуда до отеля ходят 13, 43, 47, 97, 259. Доступность общественного транспорта на высоте в Ереване. Номер просторный, с чайником и холодильником. Дружелюбный персонал. Завтраки-стандартные, порционные. В целом, хорошее соотношение цены и качества."

HHelga 2801A beautiful location, opposite the Caucasus restaurant, near 2 supermarkets. Common places need clining, but when so many unusual interesting people, foreigners (American, Chinese, Armenian from Sochi, dictator, etc) and evenings stop being boring and cleanliness and other things no longer matter ! The master - soul - good, responsive ... Home :-)

GGuest UserI liked the hotel and the service staff ! Very pleasant girls and guy on the respiratory , help everything they can . The hotel is new (he is about 3 years old), so the repair is fresh, new . This hotel will not give 2 stars , it is necessary to give more . All the hotel needs is a fen, soap, shower gel, shampoo, toothbrushes, pastes, teapot in the room, tug (on request), wi-fi in room 6 - weak in the room where the bed is closer to the opposite wall - normal , but the best on the 1st floor I so I understand there is a beautiful wi-fi (there are rooms too). You can order coffee for 30 dramas , yes , 30, not 300)) Hotel definitely recommend 👍 I paid 2600 per night, lived 5 days. From the center on foot 40-50, by taxi 10 min. (Rubley 250-350 depending on the day time). Metro is 10 min walking, you can drive to the center (like 100 drams).
