GGuest UserI was very curious how a property with such an affordable price has a such a high rating. I was immediately convinced by myself.
The property is perfectly located in the Southern part of the Island near Crocodile Mountain and its beautiful beach as well as South Bay with countless options of tasty seafood. The room is big, bright, clean and smells great. There is everything a traveller needs. The highlight is clearly the boss, she is very warm, welcoming and very kind. There was a book in my room which I took out of curiosity to read on the beach, and I realized it contained great messages. I asked the boss if she is willing to sell it to me but she gave it for free. She told me that she deliberately puts books with great messages for young people in the room since many students stay in her property. Wow...I wish more people in this world would be like the boss. Don't hesitate and book a room here. If I ever happen to be again on this island, I know where to stay!!

MM505493****This stay experience is perfect, must be five-star praise! The hotel is in a good location, convenient travel, and complete surrounding facilities. The lobby is exquisitely decorated, the check-in is efficient and fast, the staff is warm and thoughtful, the whole process is intimate, and the details are professional. The rooms are clean and spacious, the layout is reasonable, the facilities are complete and brand new, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the sleep experience is excellent; the sanitation is thorough, there is no smell, the bathroom products are of high quality, and the washing experience is full. The overall price is super high, whether it is business travel or leisure vacation is very suitable, I will definitely choose here next time, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

TTravel_ManThe front desk service is very good, enthusiastic, and helps with travel transportation. The room is new, the apartment facilities are good and quiet, and the community is very new. I mainly went to the mangrove forest to play, and went to the nearby Binhai International Wetland Park to play in the sea, play on the mudflats, and take pictures. It takes 20 minutes to walk from the homestay. It costs 10 yuan to take a taxi from the homestay to Silver Beach. There is a canteen in the community, which is in a leisure activity center. You can go there for a walk. There is a pool.

EEdmund GerardIt’s a perfect spot for visiting Beihai. You get amazing value for money. Quality room and a lot of space too , as well as a great location close to shops and railway station. Beach isn’t close but it’s easy to reach with DiDi. No issues with getting around town either. Great power shower, good a/c , bed is comfy, and the soundproofing works!
A negative is SMOKING! Even though it’s covered in no smoking signs it still happens. Rooms can fill with smell of next door smoking or some ignoramus walking along the corridor puffing away. It’s an issue for most hotels due to the high number of smokers in China, but if they enforced fines consistently then maybe it would stop more doing it. Having said that , I still use City Comfort because the POSITIVES massively outweigh that single negative.
No frills. Just delivers on quality at a value price with good staff.

As soon as the order is placed, he will take the initiative to contact, ask about the relevant travel itinerary, and give intimate and reasonable suggestions. The environment of the hotel room is very comfortable, definitely higher than this price, I can steal the music, I took advantage of it:) Due to the weather, the island was temporarily closed, and the boss was intimate to continue the stay, and the whole process was worry-free. The hotel also provides electric cars, which is really convenient, and the price is absolutely conscience! (Definitely after comparison) accidentally broke the navigation bracket of the electric car, and the boss also took the time to change it, so that you always have a good mood! Traveling in many places, this boss is definitely a good brother! Goodbye ～

GGuest UserA family of 6 people traveled. The boss and the boss's wife were young handsome men and beautiful women, very enthusiastic. The courtyard was also very warm. There was a big jackfruit tree in the yard, full of jackfruits, but unfortunately they were not ripe yet. The boss said that they were all for the guests to eat. However, the boss gave us bananas. The bananas on the island were so delicious. There was a special kitchen in the courtyard. There were three handsome guys processing seafood. Their skills were impeccable. We ate there for two days. Both the processed seafood and the stir-fried dishes were so delicious. Even my elderly parents praised them. After getting off the island, they were still saying that the dishes in the courtyard were delicious. When we left, the boss gave us bananas and mangoes. He was so enthusiastic. My parents and sister liked them very much. The courtyard is only 500 meters away from the beach and a few minutes' ride from Nanwan. It is also convenient to buy seafood. When we go to buy seafood, the boss directly lends us his electric bike to ride, and we can stay at his house when we go again.

It never mentioned that there is no elevator while the to in the 4th floor 😞 , really hard for a family to take the stairs twice or 3 time a day
No daily room service , the hotel is clean but don't expect any will come to clean the room , you need to do it by yourself
Towels are not available, they provide 2 small towels , no one came to provide new one next day.. come ready
We find around there is other hotels , more nearer to the beach and with swimming pool.. next time will not come to this one , will book another
Family who run the business are nice , they tired to help , I think they can do much better if they have more regular cleaning service and add simple breakfast

In total , wasn't bad experience, as if you come , you will only sty at the hotel to sleep and the rest of the day at the water

AAnonymous UserChecked in at night, to be honest, it was not much different from my expectations, the room was very spacious and clean, to be honest, much bigger than the hotels in the city, the price is quite cost-effective. Mainly, it is very close to the coastline, and the balcony is open-air and you can sit, enjoy the sea breeze and look at the sea at night, it is very comfortable.

位置挺好，周邊吃飯的地方不少！也不貴。離老街不遠！老闆很隨和，房屋不可以，畢競價位不高，可以接受，太挑剃的就不要來了！畢竟沒有十全十美又很便宜的地方！！！再去北海有機會還會住那裡！
