The room was quite nice. You can tell it's located in an older neighborhood, but it was dry and cool. For a family of seven, it was cheaper than a hotel, and we could even cook and wash. The facilities were fully functional, with all the necessary utensils and bowls, shower gel, and shampoo. They also provided tissues, disposable bath towels, disposable toothbrushes, and laundry detergent samples daily. The owners, a couple, were incredibly nice! The seafood market recommended by my husband was incredibly well-stocked. We forgot our room card, and it was immediately fixed. Every time we checked, they were very helpful.

We had an outstanding stay in this service apartment. This place is centrally located to many attractions spots and eateries. The big balcony is a good place to chill and watch the beautiful sunset. All and all, i highly recommend this service apartment to my friends and family.

Located in the first row of buildings on Jintan Beach, with a sea view, it's clean and tidy, and the soft, comfortable mattress made for a very comfortable sleep. There are many restaurants nearby. Before checking in, you should ask the owner for the exact address; otherwise, they won't be able to find you based on the address information on the invoice. Perhaps because I have an overseas email address, I didn't receive the owner's address information before check-in.

Cleanness, location are good. Service needs to be improved. For amenities it’s best for family or couples traveler! It’s in the residential building not a separate hotel or apartment building. Especially foreign travelers will get a difficult scene when they try to find out the exact location because the front desk is difficult to find out without the help of other people. There are about four or five different front desks within the same building. If you don’t know Chinese language you will feel uncomfortable. Anyway as a traveler who wants to face new experience it will be a good choice 👍!

我本想全部都給五星好評，但是我又確實有不滿意的地方，比如枕頭上有股淡淡的頭油味，（2個晚上輾轉反側，）比如那個空調開一次門要按個開關，一天反覆多次（一次忘了空調就動關閉）。但是總的來説，這些都扺不過老闆的隨叫隨到，老闆的態度決定一切，希望老闆改進房間設施。以後再來！

Room is just awesome.. nice beach view is there..i booked for 2 persons.. but our friends was also there..we stayed around 6 person...there is big 3 beds. Clean room.having wifi but TV remote was not working and tape of bath tub tape was also not working 😕
