The small shop is small but exquisite, with swimming pools, cafes, deck chairs, green plants, and small animals in a well-organized arrangement, harmonious and peaceful, very suitable for travelers who like a quiet vacation. It is very close to Silver Beach, and you can walk to the beach in 10 minutes to see the sea view. The layout of the room is very refreshing, the necessary supplies are complete and not redundant, it is very clean and no bugs are seen, maybe because the boss has a nest of cute creepers who like to eat mosquitoes😀. The proprietress is very enthusiastic. During the few days I lived here, the proprietress prepared breakfast every day, Jiugongge, and the proprietress prepared a local specialty for us every day, such as the canglan juice, which was really delicious. The proprietress will provide some play advice and pit avoidance guides, which are really useful for those who come to Beihai for the first time👍.

MM697501****It was a very pleasant experience. I checked a lot of homestays online in advance and finally chose Yunsu. I was very nervous when I first got to the island and headed for the hotel. After arriving, I found that both the environment and the geographical location were completely beyond my imagination. The boss's wife and boss were very welcoming. On the afternoon of the first day, the boss's wife was worried that we would be ripped off when buying seafood, so she specially arranged for the restaurant's chef to accompany us to the seafood market to buy it. She was very considerate. The overall environment of the homestay is very good, and the decoration and various supplies in the room are very good. The geographical location is also very advantageous. On the left is Fangdao, and on the right is Kafka, a popular hotel. Yunsu has the best value for money. The beach is two minutes downhill from the door, where you can go fishing and swimming. On the left is Dishui Danping, and on the right is Shiluokou. Very convenient. The food in the hotel’s restaurant tastes very good. It is very convenient to just buy the seafood from the market and process it. It was a perfect trip. I will choose Yunsu again when I go to Weizhou Island next time. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserFacilities: I looked at many places for comparison and finally came here after seeing someone recommend it. The price is really suitable! The big swimming pool and chair swings are really comfortable on summer nights. There is also a smart toilet in the room. My mother praised it highly!
Hygiene: Every day someone cleans the place. It's very clean. They also sorted out our clothes. There were nights when they disinfected the swimming pool until midnight (the swimming pool was super clean, no leaves or dust were seen)
Service: This is even better. They offered to take us to the high-speed rail station. The driver was the boss lady, a very friendly lady. On the way, the boss lady also told the story of their hotel. The boss lady's son is the manager of a star hotel
All in all, I am very satisfied. This time I have a different view of Beihai. I will definitely stay here next time I come! I have stayed in so many five-star hotels. This one is unexpectedly satisfactory. A well-managed hotel worth recommending. The boss will give me a discount next time I stay here [snickering]

GGuest UserThis B&B is super, super, beyond expectations! Very close to Silver Beach, 10 minutes walk. It's also very close to the main road, and it's very convenient to take a taxi. The room we stayed in was very clean and the facilities were very new. My husband's mysophobia was cured. The guy at the front desk was also very nice. The restaurants he recommended were delicious and there were no mistakes at all. The seafood noodles for breakfast tasted good, and they helped make coffee. They also gave me snacks when I left. Thank you so much! !

GGuest UserGet this hotel!!! We were supposed to stay for a night and then decide what to do - we ended up staying 3 nights and were very sad to leave.
Every so often when you travel your hotel experience significantly improved your holiday - this was one of those cases! First of all the basics, we were looking for a nice family friendly hotel walking distance from the beach - and this certainly fit that category. The rooms are fine, you could see the sea from the windows, comfortable beds, pretty clean, slippers, plenty of towels, wifi everywhere etc. There was also a small playground for small kids and hammocks (picture) etc which was cool, we also saw mahjong tables, but didn't have the time to play.
The hotel is located near a fairly large field, filled with exotic birds, butterflies and crickets etc. There were also geckos everywhere (love them), but we didn't see any inside the room. There were some mosquitos outside on the terrace (don't love them), but the repellent took care of those and we didn't have any in our rooms. Felt like you were near nature, in a good way.
The kids loved to play on the beach, it's great for sand castles (the hotel had buckets and shovels free of charge) and searching for crabs, fish, shells, sea snails etc... The moms loved it too, especially to walk around and explore during low tide. (the hotel also provided equipment to catch crabs and other sea creatures etc if you wanted to - they also had a service to cook them for you) We especially enjoyed playing under a nearby pier during low tide to avoid getting badly sunburned.
The supermarket across the street sell dozens of single malt whiskys and beer from all over the world (they also have ice cream and other stuff) - and the dads recommend the roof terrace for that after the kids are asleep. (picture)
If you know how to ride a scooter/ebike they rent them across the road too, and it's the best way to explore the island. The small roads (almost devoid of cars) were awesome to drive on, just remember to stay safe.
I don't usually care much about breakfast, but the included breakfast was great! (picture) The kitchen staff was also super laid-back about the whole thing - this whole hotel radiated a very laid back tropical island feel that made you forget you were in China.
However the reason I write this review is because of the owner. (last picture) (I'm not sure if he speaks English though, but I'm sure you'll manage) Super chill guy! Immediately after booking he contacted us to arrange the transport from the boat. He helped us buy tickets for the trip back. He was willing to come and pick us up at any time if we got lost on the island. He had great recommendations about basically everything, and whenever we made plans we were sure to ask for his advice. He was basically always reachable over wechat too.
These are just some of the things that he didn't have to provide, but did (or offered): unlimited cold drinking water, ice, proper glasses, a coffee grinder, buckets, shovels, hats, umbrellas, sunscreen, aloe vera plants, flashlights, mosquito repellent etc etc and it feels like we only scratched the surface. It feels like whenever I asked him for something he always had a solution that exceeded my expectations. Great host!
I've traveled to almost 100 countries and while this wasn't the fanciest hotel I've stayed in by any means, this was one of the most memorable hotel experiences I've ever had. If anyone I know plans to visit this island I will for sure recommend this place.

MM734510****I went out with a friend and asked her to place the order for me. After comparing many hotels online, I chose this one. It's very close to the beach and 2 minutes' walk from Silver Beach. The boss is very welcoming and provides breakfast and pick-up. The most important thing is that the room is very clean and there is a huge swimming pool outside. , when you get tired from the beach, you can chat by the pool, it feels like you are home, it’s great👍

SShanxisuisuipinganIt was a very satisfying trip. Because it was the off-season, there were not many people on Weizhou Island. We could quietly feel the sea breeze caressing the island, the waves washing the beach, and the sound of boats in the distance slowed down time. The owners of the B&B were also very enthusiastic. Not only did they upgrade our room at a low price, but they also provided us with sea-catching props for free. The young lady and grandmother were also very enthusiastic and often came to help. They also gave us homemade refrigerator magnets. The food made by the chef was also very delicious. I enjoyed the food accompanied by the sunset, and there was a big rhubarb guarding my mouth next to me. I really hope to stay in that moment forever.

GGuest UserBecause I have children, I choose to look clean and hygienic. The hotel is really clean and the toilet looks very clean. The room has no extra decoration, very clean and no smell. The pool downstairs is also very good. There is shade, Although the breakfast is relatively simple, it should be very refreshing by the owner. CCarlosThis hotel is convenient because they provide free transport both from and to the dock. It is located near most touristic spots in the island, including a small but nice museum about corals. A few steps away there is a long beach with clear water (when not in low tide) and a nice sunset. There are also lots of restaurants, shops and activities. You can also rent a electric bike from the hotel and explore the whole island. At least one of the rooms has a nice sea view. I missed a mosquito net but other than that, no problems.
