Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel. The hotel is in a great location, with restaurants and shops just around the corner. A large Mao statue directly in front of the hotel is also a distinctive local landmark. We were travelling by bicycle and were allowed to leave our bikes safely in the lobby, which we really appreciated. The room was comfortable, clean, and offered good value for money. When we first entered, there was a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke. We informed the staff, and they responded immediately by spraying an air freshener in the room. We really appreciated how quickly they reacted, and the smell improved afterwards. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Check-in was smooth, and although communication in English was limited, everyone was patient and genuinely tried to help whenever needed. We had an enjoyable stay and would happily recommend this hotel to other travellers.

The room facilities are complete, the health is better, the bed is quite comfortable to sleep, the lobby front desk is polite. The room facilities are complete, the health is better, the bed is quite comfortable to sleep, and the lobby front desk is polite.

Perfect stay, clean and comfortable, good service, highly recommended! This time I was very satisfied with the Xiaogan Mingbo Smart Hotel. The location is excellent. It is adjacent to Chengnan Park. It is convenient to park for free. The room is clean and bright. The smell-free bedding is soft. The sound insulation is good. The hot water is sufficient. The internet speed is fast. The front desk is warm and efficient. The service is intimate and thoughtful. The price is full!

The overall layout of the room is very good, if you can add a little sound insulation, it would be better.
