"I went back to my hometown during the Qingming Festival. I saw that the Hilton Garden Inn had just opened here, so I chose this hotel. It opened last year, and the hygiene and facilities are very good. The breakfast is also quite rich. Wanda is next to the hotel, which is very convenient for eating and shopping. It is also very close to Xiaogan East Station, which takes about 12 or 13 minutes to get there.

However, I still want to point out some issues and hope the hotel management can resolve them so I won't encounter these problems next time I stay. Most importantly, I told the receptionist that you're a service industry, not a charity. Since May, I've consistently seen non-hotel guests using the air conditioning and eating in the lobby. Yesterday was the most outrageous – both sofas were occupied, with two grown men asleep and snoring. Later that night, when I went downstairs to get my clothes, I saw an elderly couple with two young children jumping and playing on the sofa near the coffee machine, also using the air conditioning. Don't you have any... An employee went to stop this behavior. Put yourself in my shoes: if you spend 180 yuan to stay in a hotel and walk in to find this, how would you feel? Although 180 yuan isn't expensive, in Xiaogan, there are many other options for that price. When I first came here, I stayed in a hotel that cost nearly 300 yuan a night, which was considered very good. Later, I found that, honestly, I didn't feel any significant difference in your hotel. Even today, the cleaning lady proactively greeted me at check-out. Even five-star hotels in Suzhou aren't this good. But the small problems are increasing. From the beginning, I had to clean the dryer myself every time I did laundry, to now... I remember when I first gave you a bad review, I defended you, saying that person was just trying to scam money. My friend's hotel also encountered similar issues. I confronted that man and demanded he pay for the room. You didn't give me a thumbs up; those bad guys shouldn't have gotten away with it. Today I checked out and am now staying at a hotel that costs over 200 yuan a night. There's not much difference, except it's quieter there. The lobby isn't filled with people who aren't guests sitting, sleeping, chatting, or playing. I sincerely hope your management can improve this small issue so that we, the guests who support your hotel, won't be disappointed or upset, and we won't disturb your valuable time. One last small issue is that guests might not be using their own laundry detergent, which is wasteful. You could offer branded laundry powder that only costs a few yuan a bag. If guests don't want to use it, let them. Don't use this cheap laundry detergent; it makes me worried. Will this laundry detergent ruin my clothes? I personally use no laundry powder anymore; I don't want to use that milky white liquid. It makes me wonder if everything your store uses for its customers is this cheap. Are the sheets and duvet covers just washed haphazardly by some small factory? Personally, I'd rather not have anything at all than use such inferior products. I can understand that from your early Blue Moon and Libai brands to this knock-off brand, customers might feel they're not using your store and need several bottles of laundry detergent for a single garment, increasing your monthly expenses. I think even Omo laundry powder is better than this current detergent. I hope you'll see changes next time I visit Xiaogan.

The front desk guy Feng Li provided good service, checked in quickly, and sent welcome fruits. The room was very cozy, the bedding was so comfortable that it felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the soundproofing was great, so I could have a good night's sleep. The gym equipment was new, and there were Chinese and Western breakfasts with a wide variety. They also helped me call a taxi when I checked out, and the service was so thoughtful. I will definitely stay here again next time I come here!
