Even today, the cleaning lady proactively greeted me at check-out. Even five-star hotels in Suzhou aren't this good. But the small problems are increasing. From the beginning, I had to clean the dryer myself every time I did laundry, to now... I remember when I first gave you a bad review, I defended you, saying that person was just trying to scam money. My friend's hotel also encountered similar issues. I can understand that from your early Blue Moon and Libai brands to this knock-off brand, customers might feel they're not using your store and need several bottles of laundry detergent for a single garment, increasing your monthly expenses. The Wi-Fi was stable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very comfortable stay overall. For frequent travelers, finding a clean, quiet, and well-serviced hotel can be a challenge. Lufeng Hotel genuinely left me feeling like I'd 'definitely come back again.'
