From the front desk after the reservation, the welcome after the store, the various details of the room service after the check-in, the whole service process is very satisfactory. Welcome fruit bar drinks, also sent nearby amusement projects, shuttle bus at any time convenient and efficient, drivers smile service throughout the whole process. On such a hot day, a WeChat front desk arranged for a little brother to come around the lake to pick us up, so intimate. The room is very large, you can see Tianyu Lake from the floor-to-ceiling windows, you can immediately experience the relaxation of the holiday on the sofa, the bedding is comfortable, and the design of the bathroom dry and wet area is very fond. The outdoor infinity pool adds to the hotel's style. In the evening, drink a special cocktail by the pool. It feels not too good. The experience was so good and stayed decisively for one night. It is recommended that friends who like to enjoy a slow holiday and pay attention to the quality of service should not miss it here. Have the opportunity to come back again, continue to write the hidden time! A little suggestion is that if you can, the big TV in the room can be stretched out of the wall, giving us more viewing angles for those who love to watch TV. GGuest UserThe service and hygiene are very good. The environment is also very new. There is no smell of formaldehyde. It has been a long time since I slept outside. The bedding is very comfortable to sleep. The room is still very quiet. Because I have to rest early, but I have clothes to wash. The hotel staff also provides a free laundry service. After washing, it will be delivered directly to the room. I can feel that I am very satisfied with the service very carefully. I will come again next time.

The moment I walked into the lobby, I was struck by the comfortable atmosphere. The decor is simple yet elegant, a refreshing change from the cold, impersonal feel of many business hotels. The front desk staff were warm and efficient during check-in, patiently answering all my questions, which made for a fantastic first impression.
What impressed me most upon entering the room was its cleanliness. The bedding was spotless, the floors pristine, and the bathroom was completely odor-free. The lighting design in the room created a wonderful ambiance, making it incredibly relaxing to lie in bed at night. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – and I slept better than usual, waking up refreshed after a full night's sleep.
A delightful surprise was the smart speaker in the room. I could easily connect my phone and play my favorite music. Whether I was relaxing, working, or even showering, having my music on really enhanced the atmosphere. After a busy day, coming back to the hotel and enjoying a hot shower with my preferred tunes playing was incredibly stress-relieving. These small, thoughtful details, though not immediately obvious, genuinely elevated the overall comfort of my stay.
The hotel also excelled in many thoughtful details, from the quality of the toiletries to the room's amenities. The Wi-Fi was stable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very comfortable stay overall.
For frequent travelers, finding a clean, quiet, and well-serviced hotel can be a challenge. Lufeng Hotel genuinely left me feeling like I'd 'definitely come back again.' It's highly recommended for both business trips and weekend getaways.

VvkwunTo be honest, the location is good, a straight road from the train station, not far, soon to arrive, eating and drinking around is also convenient. Hotel staff service is no problem, staff attitude is good. But the most dissatisfied is that the smell of smoke in the toilet in the room is very big. The door of the aunt's room is not closed. In order to disperse the smell of smoke, I opened the room card and walked to the door to see that the door was open. It was not good. When I entered, the smell of smoke was heavy. It is estimated that more than one of the tenants in front smoked. And afraid that the smoke alarm in the room is pumped in the toilet, resulting in a heavy smell of smoke in the toilet, especially when the toilet door is closed, plus water vapor and humidity, it is almost vomiting. Don't say that it is a special case of individual rooms. We have two rooms in total, different floors, all of which are like this. And this is still such a big taste of the newly opened hotels. I think the hotel has not taken measures for the guests to smoke in the room, which is equivalent to condoning this behavior. I really can't accept it.

Cathy's service is great, you can consider traveling around Wuhan! This time, it happened to be the opening period of the hot springs, and the elderly and children were very happy. Sister Xiong in the hot spring area was very enthusiastic and gave us a detailed introduction to the distribution and characteristics of each hot spring. There are many service points in the hot spring area, equipped with health tea and dry bath towels, which are well prepared and replaced in time. Recommended experience!

The lady at the front desk said that we were the last guests tonight and upgraded us to the presidential suite. It was so considerate! The room is super large and comfortable, and full of details. Breakfast is on the second floor and is very rich! When we left, it was raining☔️The lady at the front desk would help hold the hotel’s big umbrella and deliver it to our car👏👏👏
