Okay. A bit far from all the attractions. Also, they don't provide food, which is definitely a negative point as you may not like to go out for food after a hectic day of travel.

We booked a double delux non ac room. The stay was comfortable. Room was neat - pleasant odour - mosquito free - clean bathroom. The service manager was kind too. But the biggest letdown was the very very small room size. Room size would be max 75 sqft. Not enough moving space. It was like a closed and compact compartment. Not sure about the size of other rooms. Apart from that, all other aspects were good.

Its a nice quiet secure place perfectly placed at a walking distance to kms hospital if you are going there for visa medicals. Friendly, cooperative staff, kept my luggage safe leaven after my check out, while i was at hospital. Another highlight is - lulu mall is close by.

I chose this hotel for a family stay based on reviews, and it was a great choice. The location is excellent—close to many hotels, a busy area, TVN railway station, and the bus stand. The airport is just 7 km away (about 20 minutes). The hotel is clean, and the front desk staff was very welcoming, even during my late check-in at 11:45 PM. The room was neat and worth the price. Breakfast is served in a small rooftop garden with limited variety, but the food was tasty and reasonable for the budget. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel—no regrets !!

The room was okay but was very dusty. AC is also not maintained properly and had so much dust settled in. The bathroom had a very bad smell and there were no air fresheners available.

The stay is maintained cleanly and very peaceful. Hot water is available throughout the entire day; and parking place is also quite enough which makes us feel safer of our vehicles. The stay is pretty close to the bus stand and the main road that helps us to get public transportation also easily.

Had booked the hotel for my parents. The front office manager was very helpful in letting us checkin @1am in the morning and was very patient and responded every single time i called to ask some or the other query even.
