This hotel is definitely not a 4-star property as it claims to be. The rooms are surely clean and comfortable, but the positives end there. The service is absolutely appalling. I ordered a coffee but they failed to serve it even in one hour despite reminding them twice. Once after taking shower all the water were overflowing through under the door to bedroom. The breakfast was a joke. There was no buffet and there were only two options - Puri sabzi or toast! They didn't even have tea or coffee ready. After a couple of reminders they finally brought coffee. I gulped it down with a toast and hurried off to check out. Opt for this hotel if you get it cheap but don't be under the delusion that you'll get a 4-star experience!

staying at chaitram was pleasant . Bust stand andvrailway station nearby walking distance. restaurants also near by . padmanabhaswamy temple also near - may take an auto from nearby stand . I was there as a solo female traveller . breakfast option was also good . vegeteranian options available . locker room FACILITy if you want to drop baggage after check out and go for city tour .

Checkin was superfast, no hustle at all. Room was on forth floor, due to new year programs happening on 5th floor and poor sound proofing was having some level of disturbance, the intercom was not working properly, additionally they key-card was not properly assigned to checkout dates, i had to get that fixed continuously for 2 days. Apart from these inconvenience rest everything was amazing, room was comfy and clean. Bathroom and bedroom was well maintained
