GGuest UserI had an excellent stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with every corner of the hotel well-maintained and spotless. The location was perfect, offering easy access to nearby attractions and conveniences. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

GGavinAngOverall, I am happy to stay here throughout this one week simply because all the staff are super friendly. Greetings to me every day and smile all the time.
Only some personal comments regarding the hotel access card, no disturb/ clean my room card are not 5 star hotel standard.
Most importantly is the hygiene issues need some effort or improvement. The drinking water cap is dirty, the cup is dirty, the wall gets mouldy, etc.
Most of the food in the restaurant is not available. Advice to simplify the menu.
Gym facilities are old, some already spoiled and not fixing yet. No towel provided.

GGuest UserIt was a wonderful experience staying at Windsor Rajadhani, Trivandrum. Rooms are neat and clean, food is also amazing. More over very friendly and helpful staff. We are so happy with the 02 days stay.
It Located at the centre of the city, which is really accessible to railway station, temple and other near by locations.

SShijin S ShajiThis hotel is definitely not a 4-star property as it claims to be. The rooms are surely clean and comfortable, but the positives end there. The service is absolutely appalling. I ordered a coffee but they failed to serve it even in one hour despite reminding them twice. Once after taking shower all the water were overflowing through under the door to bedroom. The breakfast was a joke. There was no buffet and there were only two options - Puri sabzi or toast! They didn't even have tea or coffee ready. After a couple of reminders they finally brought coffee. I gulped it down with a toast and hurried off to check out. Opt for this hotel if you get it cheap but don't be under the delusion that you'll get a 4-star experience!

the restaurant provides good food for the reasonable price. tooth brush and paste was not provided and the clothes seems little old. but overall the stay was good and i loved the food. i got a value for money stay.... kindly upgrade my discount to 10%. give me the coupon code 💓. hi

Bust stand andvrailway station nearby walking distance. restaurants also near by . padmanabhaswamy temple also near - may take an auto from nearby stand . I was there as a solo female traveller . breakfast option was also good . vegeteranian options available . locker room FACILITy if you want to drop baggage after check out and go for city tour .

GGuest UserCheckin was superfast, no hustle at all. Room was on forth floor, due to new year programs happening on 5th floor and poor sound proofing was having some level of disturbance, the intercom was not working properly, additionally they key-card was not properly assigned to checkout dates, i had to get that fixed continuously for 2 days. Apart from these inconvenience rest everything was amazing, room was comfy and clean. Bathroom and bedroom was well maintained
