GGuest UserThe staff was really nice and welcoming. They also allowed a 2 hours early check-in when i reached since they had the room available. I also had the opportunity to get their full body ayurvedic oil massage which was really great and comforting.

GGuest UserFor the premium pricing, the value proposition is lacking. I would recommend the management to seriously invest in upgrading the rooms, amenities, and overall infrastructure to deliver a better and more future-ready experience.
The amenities feel stuck in the past. If the property wants to stay competitive in 2025 and beyond, they definitely need to revamp and modernize their offerings

SShijin S ShajiThis hotel is definitely not a 4-star property as it claims to be. The rooms are surely clean and comfortable, but the positives end there. The service is absolutely appalling. I ordered a coffee but they failed to serve it even in one hour despite reminding them twice. Once after taking shower all the water were overflowing through under the door to bedroom. The breakfast was a joke. There was no buffet and there were only two options - Puri sabzi or toast! They didn't even have tea or coffee ready. After a couple of reminders they finally brought coffee. I gulped it down with a toast and hurried off to check out. Opt for this hotel if you get it cheap but don't be under the delusion that you'll get a 4-star experience!

GGuest UserLocation was good but it looks like the hotel gives you sub standard rooms if you book through mmt, the bed had very rough bedsheet, broken washroom soap holder, broken fan regulator, all that could have been done before the guest could check in.

GGuest UserHotel is good for business work people. Not recommended for family trips as there are no amenities like play area, pool. Staff is helpful. Hotel is clean. Buffet was also good. The plug points in room are too old and we need extra adapters from reception to plugin our gadgets mobile.
