The property is prominently located on the side of nation a highway and is easily accessible. Food served are best quality by rightly courteous staff with very reasonable price. The aminities in the room are fine. Well designed rooms and good quality furniture and fittings. Service of the staff are highly pleasing.

We loved the breakfast buffet — such a great variety and everything was delicious. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The front desk staff were polite and efficient, and the waiters were consistently attentive and helpful. Overall, a wonderful stay.

The staffs both at the reception and the restaurant are really polite and friendly. When I had a question they when out of their way to help. I think the staffs is one of reason the hotel is highly rated. My sincere thanks to all of you

The Leela, Kovalam is an amazing hotel, which my 11 year old son and I would highly recommend! It is on a cliff top overlooking the Arabian Sea. We upgraded to Club Room, which provides you with access to The Cafe, a restaurant serving Club members complimentary breakfast 7-10:30am and High Tea 5-6pm and additional a La carts chargeable lunch and dinner. The Club room is exceptional, with a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the Arabian Sea, King bed with very comfortable mattress and bedding, fantastic walk in shower, sink and toilet, with all the toiletries. Rooms are cleaned well and the food is wonderful. We ate everything safely with no upset stomached here and the staff were wonderful! We would happily return!

For the premium pricing, the value proposition is lacking. I would recommend the management to seriously invest in upgrading the rooms, amenities, and overall infrastructure to deliver a better and more future-ready experience. The amenities feel stuck in the past. If the property wants to stay competitive in 2025 and beyond, they definitely need to revamp and modernize their offerings

The hotel is nice and very clean but not that much premium for the price. Location also good. Plenty of parking there. But it is opening. Our car fully drenched in birds excretion
