Hhoward Look Jr.Whether it is Trip.com error for having 2pm check in or the hotel saying check is 3pm, we arrived about 210 and there were rooms ready. We however were given a room that was not. We were excited to see 2pm check in on Trip.com because we had flown overnight from Hawaii and wanted to shower before a concert. We stood outside for 20 minutes. Also there we small bugs always flying around the sink. When asked we got ”oh yeah they are everywhere.
