GGuest UserThe room is spacious, the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, and the view outside the window is also beautiful. The hotel provides generous supplies, including 4 bottles of water every day, but the table in the room is too low, so it is inconvenient to eat. We bought takeout and sat in the hotel lobby. Every time we saw us eating, the staff would enthusiastically pour tea for us. Every time we came back from outside, the staff would greet us with a smile and say: You are back (very family-like 🤗). Also, we came here in an RV, and the staff was happy to help us add water when we needed it. The service was really great👍

GGuest UserThe hardware and software are first-class, the room is clean and tidy, the staff is friendly😀😀The room is a**ospheric and not depressing, and the room height is estimated to be about 3 meters. The room is equipped with bathrobes and tea sets. It is so comfortable to drink tea in front of the large French window👍👍👍The hotel is located by the Ehe River, and you can walk along the river to experience the slow life of contemporary people.

KKat1186This was my first time skiing in Koktokay, and I highly recommend this hotel! The facilities are new, the rooms are clean, the staff are very polite, and the air conditioning and heating are individual so you can adjust the temperature yourself, so you won't get too hot or too cold. There's a microwave and free laundry and drying services! The hotel is located in the center of Koktokay town, and there are many restaurants and ski equipment shops within walking distance. There's a shuttle bus to the ski resort right outside the hotel, which is super convenient for getting to the ski resort in the morning!
I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time!

SSarahtheSiameseModern, youthful, bright and clean. The concept is very attractive but the execution could be better. The hotel is has a lovely modern design and uses mostly Xiaomi appliances which is great. It’s also not a large hotel so it does not feel crowded.
The quality of the finishings, the clinical feel of the lobby, the quiet and limited staff is a bit of a letdown but it meets all the minimum expectations. Also stingy with the breakfast, like not replenishing the yoghurt and fruits when there is still 30 mins before the end of breakfast - although to be fair there was still lots of hot food left.

1. Public areas must have limited time and limited activities. Will playing music, drinking, chatting and laughing after two o'clock in the evening affect everyone's rest? Isn't it nice to have a pile of garbage? This is not humane, this is called indulgence. If you want to drink, can't you go back to your room and drink? Is it your own bedroom? It's inappropriate for you to ignore this!
2. The breakfast lady in the restaurant needs more professional training. The tableware for the staple food was too light and was accidentally knocked over by the guests several times. She was seen quarreling with the guests several times. On one occasion, she even taught the guests to put their plates on the table. I couldn't bear to watch the people holding the food on the table. Whoever was holding the food was not holding the plate. The guests also asked the same question. The eldest sister scolded: ”Stop arguing!” I am speechless. In Keke, outsiders feel that they are not as simple as locals. I come from this eldest sister, who travels thousands of miles to make money, and feels that she can’t afford to be early without any benefit. I heard that this restaurant is rented out, and one of our girls would go to the restaurant to heat it up in the microwave. The girl would charge money for it. Of course, I don’t know if it’s the same person as the breakfast girl. I hope the hotel can strengthen its management!
3. Other than that, everything else is very good. We didn’t ask for any extra money when we checked in early that morning. The local staff were very enthusiastic and responsible, including the cleaning lady, the front desk guy and the girl. They also prepared free lunch, and The group is also very active. Many problems can be solved in the group, which I think is very good. But that's what makes this rat **** even more disgusting. The service staff quarreled with the guests and seemed very low-level because of such a **** thing. It was too bullying to blame the guests for a normal meal. Also, the breakfast was a bit monotonous. Of course, this is nothing. No problem, some are good to eat.

GGuest UserThe location is very close to my clients, just a 5-minute walk. Parking is also convenient. The room was clean and odor-free, the bedding was comfortable and I slept soundly. The breakfast was also very good, including my favorite Kazakh milk tea. The service was incredibly warm and thoughtful. I'll definitely come back next time!

There are rich dining options, the buffet breakfast is a combination of Chinese and Western, and the ingredients are fresh. The hotel is in a prime location, with surrounding attractions and shopping malls close at hand, and convenient travel. There are various entertainment facilities, new gym equipment, and complete washing machine and dryer equipment.
Living here, it's as comfortable and warm as at home, there are surprises everywhere, and the cost-effectiveness is super high. I will come again next time
