"The service staff varied in attitude; some were very friendly, helpful, and polite. The hotel was easy to find, and the facilities included washing machines and dryers that were easy to use. The rooms were bright and had great views. Our ski equipment was delivered to the hotel beforehand, which was very convenient. During our stay, there were probably too many guests, as the cleaning staff were overwhelmed. One day they didn't start cleaning until 4:30 PM, and another day they didn't come until 5:30 PM. We had to call to have the trash collected, and we waited an hour. Toilet paper, tissues, and supplies were left on the counter, so we had to change them ourselves. The blankets were also just roughly folded. I could understand and tolerate all of this, as there seemed to be very few cleaning staff! They work hard too. One day, I bought ski passes through an app. There was a ticket machine at the hotel entrance, only about 10 steps from the front desk. When I tried to collect my pass, I encountered a problem. I politely went to the front desk to ask, but she didn't even ask what my problem was and just said with a stern face, ”We're out of cards!” as if I had bothered her! Actually, my question was about the step before issuing the card 🤨, then I understood 🧐 and stopped asking her 😔."
