She even quietly upgraded me to a room with a view of the snow-capped mountains – this unexpected thoughtfulness instantly won me over. Nulina, who arrived shortly after, was equally reassuring. From confirming room availability to handing over a welcome gift, her movements were efficient and gentle, quickly allaying any concerns I might have had about long queues during peak season. The entire check-in experience was like unwrapping a delightful surprise: in terms of facilities, the room maintained DoubleTree's consistent comfort – warm, soft bedding, and a glimpse of the distant snow-capped mountains from the window; in terms of service, Aldak's attentiveness and Nulina's efficiency were the finishing touches – they didn't just mechanically follow procedures, but genuinely understood ”what guests need.” Next time I come to Fuyun, I'll definitely stay here again! I also want to wholeheartedly recommend it to all friends planning to visit this snowy region—the warm service of the DoubleTree by Hilton will make your trip more reassuring and blissful."

The room is comfortable and the view is good. The breakfast is quite simple, similar to the layout of a Chinese restaurant. There is no coffee machine either, so you need to bring your own coffee."

"The room was spacious and newly decorated, but the service wasn't up to par with the Atour hotels I've stayed at before. The room cleaning wasn't very thorough. For several days in a row, the housekeeping staff left the bedside charging cable on the floor. Hair left under the shower head after washing went unnoticed for days. Clothes on the bed weren't folded, but simply placed on the recliner. The laundry service was limited. After midnight, laundry was returned to the room door the next morning. The rest of the time, you had to do it yourself. For a first-tier hotel, you don't get first-tier service. I hope the hotel will improve."

The hotel facilities are new, and having an elevator is very convenient. The rooms are spotless; cleanliness is definitely top-notch. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a quiet and restful sleep. The TV supports screen mirroring, which is a nice touch for relaxing. The service is incredibly thoughtful; the owner is warm and attentive, and the staff proactively helped with our luggage, making us feel right at home. Breakfast offers a wide variety, with plenty of hot and cold dishes and different porridges, all tasting fantastic. The environment is lovely, with a picturesque backyard perfect for photos on the swing. Being right next to the Irtysh River means beautiful river views during the day, stunning sunsets in the evening, starry nights, and gorgeous sunrises in the morning – the atmosphere is just incredible! It offers excellent value for money and is definitely worth revisiting! The dog, Lucky, and the ragdoll cat, Tangdou, are adorable. I'll definitely be back next time."

"The room was great! I booked a standard room, and it came with one large bed and one small bed. The room temperature was perfect, and they even provided disposable towels and a humidifier. Breakfast was decent too. Compared to other places in town, it's super convenient because you don't have to go outside in the cold to eat, and it's free!
