"”A truly luxurious stay! Perfectly appointed with top-notch facilities and service, a truly five-star experience!”
💎 Facilities: Top-notch equipment, impeccable attention to detail!
From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was blown away by the hotel's luxurious feel! The room features one-touch smart home controls (curtains, lighting, etc.), a fully automatic TOTO bathroom, a Dyson hair dryer, and a custom King Koil mattress—you won't want to get up from it! The room also has a hot spring bath, the only one in Keketuohai. Even the aromatherapy diffuser is custom-made—the hardware is truly ”the ceiling of luxury” and completely overturned my perception of high-end hotels!
👑 Service: Meticulous and attentive, making you feel right at home!
Check-in was a breeze at the front desk in just 3 minutes, with a smiling butler guiding you throughout the entire process. Room service is available 24/7. The most touching moment was when it rained during check-out, and the doorman offered to hold an umbrella and serve hot ginger tea... Every staff member was as friendly and approachable as a friend. This kind of proactive service is truly a benchmark in high-end hotels!
🧼 Cleanliness: Spotlessly clean, an OCD delight!
The bathroom mirror is spotless, the carpet is dust-free even when walked on barefoot, and the bedding has a fresh, sun-kissed scent! I especially appreciate it. As a mysophobe, I'd say the hygiene standards here rival those of a sterile laboratory!
🌿 Environment: Quiet amidst the hustle and bustle, the ultimate vacation experience!
The hotel is located next to the Keketuohai No. 3 Mine, and guest room balconies offer views of the snow-capped mountains. Morning jogs along the garden paths, listening to birdsong, and evening sunsets from the second-floor terrace—the perfect way to experience the hustle and bustle of life, the tranquility of home!"

The hotel will pick up the group. The room is soundproof."
Mutian Garden was absolutely the biggest surprise of our trip! The hotel has a huge, free parking lot with plenty of spaces, so parking was never an issue. It's just a 10-minute drive to the Grand Canyon, making sightseeing incredibly convenient. Both the owner and staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming. As soon as we arrived, they eagerly helped us with our luggage and meticulously made sure our room was in perfect order. The facilities are great and well-designed. The lobby is spacious and grand, and there's an elevator, which was a huge plus for carrying heavy luggage without having to climb stairs. The room had high ceilings, so it felt airy and not at all cramped. All the solid wood furniture had a lovely, warm texture. The two 1.5-meter beds were soft and thick – lying down instantly relieved all our travel fatigue. The cleanliness was impeccable; the bedding was spotless, and the indoor lighting was soft and inviting. The bathroom had a fantastic three-part dry/wet separation, was spotless, and odor-free, and the smart toilet was a superb touch. The balcony offered expansive views, where we could gaze at the rolling mountains – truly stunning scenery. Breakfast was incredibly rich and varied, with cold dishes, hot dishes, congee, and milk all available. The Xinjiang specialty, Baursak, paired with salty milk tea, was delicious, and my favorite tomato noodles were fresh and flavorful. The backyard even has a popular photo-op frame that's perfect for Instagram-worthy shots. We watched the sunrise in the morning, enjoyed the sunset in the evening, and at night, we could see a sky full of dazzling stars. A small path behind the house leads directly to the Irtysh River, and a walk along the river was peaceful and therapeutic. This place gets full marks!
Highly recommend this guesthouse! It felt like home. There were two lovely ladies there, especially the incredibly sweet and gentle Liu Liu. She was so thoughtful and kind, preparing lots of ski gear for me, reminding me to eat, and even skiing with me! I'll definitely book with her again next time! 🥰 The manager is a beautiful Xinjiang woman named CoCo, who sings wonderfully! ☺ Also, thank you to the two chefs, Xiao Ai and Liang Ge, for their delicious food; please add it to the menu soon! And thank you to Coach Lu for patiently teaching me how to ski! ⛷ Animal lovers will be delighted; the lattes and mochas are adorable little babies!
The owner of this guesthouse has a lot of passion; the rooms are decorated with a great atmosphere, perfect for watching TV and chatting in the glass-enclosed space after dinner. The breakfast is very generous, featuring freshly baked chapata that's crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, paired with different side dishes, and the menu changes daily. Dinner is also a delightful surprise every time, so you don't have to worry about food at all. The price is very reasonable, eliminating the need to eat out every day, which is a huge plus. The rooms are very clean, equipped with underfloor heating and a humidifier, allowing you to dry wet clothes directly. The bed is 1.5m wide, providing ample space, and you can easily lay all your ski equipment on the floor to dry.
# Clean and hygienic, warm and thoughtful service, folk flavor milk tea is endless aftertaste, the environment is elegant and you can feel the folk customs, convenient transportation and safe parking
