Very solid hotel. Tons of construction nearby which made navigating the area more difficult than I expected, but a smooth, easy, comfortable, and clean stay with service that fully met my expectations given the price range/star level.

The new Chinese log wind is very warm, the room is spacious and bright, the bathroom is well separated from wet and dry, and the hot water is sufficient. Though it's not a big hotel, the room is big, airy and clean with all the basic necessities. Would have given a higher rating if not for the slag housekeeping. Bed was not properly made, some rubbish was not cleared, doubt the floor was even cleaned.

They speak very good English and their breakfast & coffee are excellent and will accommodate any request if possible. Excellent location, superb services, helpful staff, waht else do you need? Will definitely come again to this place. Very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel, the size of the room, the helpfulness of the staff at the front desk (all of them during our stay), they even go out of their way to guide you through the places to visit in Rome. The breakfast was to our expectation. The area is central even if one wishes to walk around. The only thing is that the room is hot, does not have enough light and no air comes in even if you open the window as it is sourrounded by buildings.

Location very good near to the train station within 5 min walk. What I do not like was the 3 lifts (1 unserviceable) to our room was a public lift area where u need to fight with 4 to 5 hotels sharing the same 3 lifts. The rest ok and fine.
