GGuest UserI had a great time. Although it is far away from the city, the air is good, surrounded by mountains and rivers, and the hotel management is professional. From check-in to departure, the service staff will take the initiative to help with luggage, parking and hot spring transfers, and buffet meals. When I got to the table, I took the initiative to press the elevator. The things that were missing in the room were quickly delivered to me through a phone call. The call was answered in a timely manner. The lamb soup in the lunch was very generous, tasted good, and the price was affordable. The kids didn't want to leave even though they were playing in the hot springs, and I couldn't stand the heat. Will come next time if I have a chance. The waiters surnamed Jin and Lu are warm and considerate, and they are also very caring towards children. I like it.

GGuest UserEnvironment: We chose this Atour Hotel for our trip because of its convenient location, close to Xuzhou Museum, Yunlong Mountain, and Hubu Mountain.
Facilities: The hotel facilities are excellent, with free underground parking. There's a gym and laundry room. We stayed in a top-floor suite with two rooms and two bathrooms, allowing us to share a room with our family while still having our own private space. After a long day of walking, it was very relaxing to watch movies on the projector screen.
Cleanliness: The amenities were of very high quality, and the bedding was spotless. We didn't even need the disposable pillowcases I brought.
Service: The service was also very attentive. There was complimentary porridge at 9 PM, which my parents loved. We were about to skip the hotel breakfast because we left very early, but then we saw a sign on the table in our room saying we could pack breakfast. We called the hotel, and sure enough, they packed three boxes of breakfast for us to take to the front desk when we left at 6 AM the next morning. Excellent service!

GGuest UserFacilities: The room is very new. We checked in at around 9pm. The air conditioner and electric heater were turned on as soon as we entered the room, which was very considerate. The room is large and has a separate sofa. Standing on the balcony, you can see the night view of the park and the lake in the distance.
Service: As soon as you enter the lobby, everyone, including the security guards, will greet you. When they see you with children, they will ask if you want water. There is also a threshing ground amusement park in the lobby on the first floor, and the children have a lot of fun and don't want to leave. The breakfast was also very rich, and they even offered discounts to children.
The park is very large, so it doesn't seem crowded. Although the location is a bit remote, it is very relaxing and great to have fun there.

The environment is incredible, with a beautiful Chinese garden style, clean, tidy, and perfect for photos. The room is spacious and well-designed, making it comfortable for families with kids without feeling cramped. The bed is soft and cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep. Breakfast can be delivered to your room, which is super convenient as you don't have to wake up early and queue. It's also close to the Lvliang Scenic Area, so you can easily return to the hotel to relax after a long day of exploring. The service is excellent – genuinely warm and attentive. Our whole family was very satisfied!

The hotel is located next to Jinlong Lake Park, quiet in the middle of noisy, quiet and elegant environment, new Chinese decoration style is high-end and textured, and the photos are also very good.
The room is spacious and bright, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the bathroom facilities are complete, the hygiene is in place, and the details are full of care. The butler service is intimate and thoughtful, from check-in to check-out, the response is also very timely. The breakfast is rich in variety, the taste is online, and the dinner is exquisite, which completely exceeds expectations.

However, the smart toilet was useless. The bottled water inside was Master Kong brand! Despite being told not to clean, they still came in to clean the room, which was frustrating.
