From the moment we stepped in, we were captivated by the tranquility nestled amidst the mountains and waters. To the west, the misty views of Yunlong Lake unfolded, and the entire garden was filled with lush trees and bamboo, with the scent of fresh grass in the air. It's no exaggeration to say we were staying right inside a scenic area. The room experience exceeded all expectations. We were upgraded to a garden view courtyard room, which was absolutely stunning! The antique-style courtyard design was perfect for photos, and the room was so spacious that our child could run around freely. The bedding featured both soft and firm pillows, instantly melting away travel fatigue. The cleanliness was impeccable; even the corners were spotless, giving us extra peace of mind when traveling with a child. The high-speed internet connected instantly, and watching cartoons with our child at night was seamless, a perfect score for details. The dining was definitely the highlight of this hotel! The buffet at Hi Bowl All-Day Dining restaurant offered an overwhelming variety. The seafood was fresh and tender, the steak was grilled to a crispy perfection, and we savored authentic Xuzhou lamb soup with its creamy white broth, paired with freshly baked flatbread – a truly heartwarming combination. The next day, we made sure to wake up early to try the special Xuzhou breakfast, instantly getting a taste of local morning delights. The service was incredibly heartwarming. From the smiling greetings upon arrival to the attentive, one-stop service throughout our stay, every staff member was proactive and enthusiastic, always ready to assist. To our surprise, the lobby even had a two-player arcade game, which kept us and our child entertained for a long time at night, becoming an unexpected bonus for family bonding. The indoor heated pool at the fitness center had crystal-clear water. After a workout, enjoying a coffee at the lobby bar while admiring the garden views was simply delightful. The transportation was also exceptionally convenient. Yunlong Lake was within walking distance, and driving to Nanhu Water Street and Shanshan Outlets was very quick. The hotel's parking lot had ample space, which was incredibly accommodating for those traveling by car. Whether for a family vacation or a business trip, this place is perfectly suited. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Xuzhou!

The fresh air system was incredibly practical; the room always felt fresh, not stuffy or damp, making for a very comfortable stay. Although breakfast wasn't included in the package, the daily self-service afternoon tea and late-night health-boosting congee were thoughtful additions. They were light and palatable, and more than sufficient. The mini-bar was well-equipped and convenient to use. Plus, you can freely experience traditional Chinese Hanfu outfits! There's a wide selection of styles, and the craftsmanship is exquisite. You can easily snap stunning ancient-style photos anywhere within the hotel grounds or hallways. It's very close to Dalong Lake Scenic Area, making it super convenient for a stroll. The environment is quiet and peaceful, and the cleaning was meticulous. The bedding was soft and clean, and the service was gentle and attentive. Whether you're in Xuzhou for business or leisure, this aesthetic hotel is definitely worth staying at. I've already saved it and will choose it again for my next visit!

The private bathroom had plenty of hot water and wasn't cramped. The host was incredibly helpful, providing detailed travel guides and recommending popular local restaurants. They were very responsive throughout. The location was also very convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the attractions. The value for money was amazing, and I'll definitely choose this place again for my next family trip! The room was stylish, with fantastic natural light—perfect for taking photos. The common area had comfortable sofas and board games, so we could chat and play games together in the evenings. The cleanliness was impeccable; towels were all sealed in their packaging, and the soundproofing was excellent, so it was completely quiet. The host was superb and even gave us some local snacks. My stay at Milan Hotel was exceptionally comfortable overall! The room was spotless, the bedding soft and cozy, check-in was efficient, and all the staff were very patient and provided excellent service. The hotel's breakfast offered a wide variety, including local Xuzhou specialties, congee, and noodles, all of which tasted great. However, during peak meal times, it was clear the restaurant was understaffed, with only one front desk person and one restaurant aunt hustling back and forth. There were also very few tables in the restaurant, so during the rush, staff had to quickly clean tables for new guests. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. I hope they can add more staff to the restaurant in the future to provide an even better experience for guests. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Xuzhou!

The staff is warm and polite, and they will greet you when they meet. Because the hotel is attractive, I stayed for another day and upgraded the room facing the lake. Because I needed some ice cubes, the service staff delivered them in time. The breakfast was also very rich, and I ate Xuzhou's special food. In short, I spent three days and two nights in Xuzhou.

Crowne Plaza Xuzhou Greenland is absolutely amazing! Definitely a full five stars! The front desk service was superb! Check-in was efficient and thoughtful, the staff were enthusiastic, patient, and answered all my questions. They even proactively upgraded me to a lake view room. Their constant smiles made me feel completely at home! The hotel environment is incredible! Located in the Dalong Lake scenic area, the garden-style landscape is super beautiful. Right outside, there's a huge lawn and camping area, perfect for setting up a picnic or enjoying the lake view and sunset just a few steps away. The room was spacious and clean, with a viewing balcony offering panoramic views of the lake and mountains. The whole place is quiet and elegant, giving it a real resort feel. It's perfect for both business trips and family camping holidays. Highly recommended! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Xuzhou!
