The hotel facilities are great, and Atour's service goes without saying. They even dried my clothes in the laundry room and put them outside my room—so thoughtful! My friends and I, along with our children, had a wonderful stay and I highly recommend it!

The hotel's environment is fantastic; located on a hill, the air is fresh and it's very quiet. The front desk, restaurant, and shuttle staff all provide excellent service. It's perfect for both business trips and family stays. I'll definitely bring my family here next time.

Upon my return after graduating from CUMT in 2019, I found the Zhang Boying Art Museum had been converted into an Atour Hotel (the art museum is still there, by the way). On the day of my stay, there was a university job fair, and I expected it to be noisy, but it was surprisingly quiet—not a sound. Its location makes it incredibly convenient for visiting CUMT Yifangcheng in the evening. The hotel also boasts excellent facilities. I highly recommend it.

I reported it to the front desk, and they immediately sent electric mosquito coils, saying that the aunt escaped into the room when she was cleaning the room. Later, when I was waiting for the elevator, I found that there were mosquitoes in the corridor, which showed that the whole high-rise hotel did not do a good job of mosquito control! Since I drove here and stayed for only two days, this hotel has its own parking lot and is not far from nearby attractions. I didn’t want to change hotels again, so I endured it and stayed for another night. When I went out at about 8 o’clock the next morning, I told the front desk that the room could be cleaned if I stayed longer. The front desk also confirmed it, and the hotel WeChat system also confirmed that the room would be cleaned if I stayed longer. As a result, when we returned to the hotel and prepared to rest at about 12:30, we found that it had not been cleaned yet. It was really speechless. After contacting the front desk, the reply said that it would come immediately, so we had no choice but to go out for a walk. Finally, in terms of details, the washing machine and dryer are equipped, but there are no small notes and pens for writing, and no laundry bags. Many guests forget to take them out after washing or drying, which makes it difficult for guests who need to use them later to contact. There is no QR code that can be scanned on the machine. All seasons hotels have them. After scanning the QR code on the machine, you will know when the washing is finished and you can come to pick it up. If it doesn't work, you can fill in and mark the room number on the note. You can ask the clerk to dry it after washing. If it is not returned after drying, it can be delivered to the room. I hope Orange Crystal can improve it. Finally, I have to complain again. You need to go down the stairs and then go up the stairs from the hotel parking lot to the hotel. It is not very convenient to carry a suitcase. If you don't want to carry it up and down, you need to go out of the parking lot and enter the hotel from the main entrance.

The overall hotel experience exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were well-maintained. The bedding was comfortable, leading to a great night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and courteous, and check-in/check-out was very efficient. The surrounding area offers convenient transportation and a quiet environment. It's excellent value for money, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Citadines Xuzhou on the evening of April 5th, while passing through Xuzhou, was absolutely fantastic. The hotel's facilities are not only high-end but also immaculately maintained, looking practically brand new. The underground parking lot on B1 was very convenient for charging our electric car, offering both slow and fast chargers. Since we arrived in Xuzhou a bit late after visiting the peony exhibition in Heze, the hotel thoughtfully called us to check on our travel plans and safety, which was a very nice touch! A special shout-out to Ms. Li, the front desk manager that evening. She was incredibly warm, attentive, professional, and genuinely helpful in resolving a major issue with our room.
