4-Star Hotels in Xuzhou

The room is very large, with clear regional divisions, wet and dry separation units, the room is clean, and the service of the front desk clerk is very good! He answered all my questions and enthusiastically explained to me the height of the pillows in the room, so I decided to buy two pillows.

Upon my return after graduating from CUMT in 2019, I found the Zhang Boying Art Museum had been converted into an Atour Hotel (the art museum is still there, by the way). On the day of my stay, there was a university job fair, and I expected it to be noisy, but it was surprisingly quiet—not a sound. Its location makes it incredibly convenient for visiting CUMT Yifangcheng in the evening. The hotel also boasts excellent facilities. I highly recommend it.

Come to Xuzhou for a business trip and stay at Huiyue Boutique Hotel, the experience is directly full! The hotel is located next to Jinlong Lake Park, quiet in the middle of noisy, quiet and elegant environment, new Chinese decoration style is high-end and textured, and the photos are also very good. The room is spacious and bright, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the bathroom facilities are complete, the hygiene is in place, and the details are full of care. The butler service is intimate and thoughtful, from check-in to check-out, the response is also very timely. The breakfast is rich in variety, the taste is online, and the dinner is exquisite, which completely exceeds expectations. Convenient location, not far from the high-speed rail station, convenient and not noisy, especially suitable for business travel and leisure vacation. The overall atmosphere is quiet and healing, and I will choose to return to Xuzhou next time. I really recommend it to everyone!

This was my first time staying at Atour, and I was really looking forward to it, but after the stay, I was a bit disappointed. First, the bed in the master bedroom. I've stayed in so many family rooms, and I've never encountered a master bedroom bed smaller than the second bedroom's. Traveling with my parents for so long, this was the first time they slept in a double bed, which was both funny and frustrating. However, the bed and pillows were indeed very comfortable, and I slept well every night. Also, each room has a separate wet and dry bathroom, which is excellent, allowing for privacy. Breakfast was average, but there was absolutely no one to check on us. I felt a bit guilty for choosing a room that included meals… The only thing I was dissatisfied with was the room service. Because of the hotel's excellent location, I came back to rest every day at noon. However, during my two-night stay, the house was never cleaned by noon. I left around 8 am, there was a ”cleaning” sign on the door, and when I returned to the hotel it was past 12 or 1 pm, either the cleaning wasn't complete and supplies hadn't been replenished, or it hadn't been cleaned at all. This was truly the first time I've encountered this. So, although everything else was okay, after this stay, I probably won't consider Atour again. I like it when I come back to a clean and tidy hotel room; otherwise, I might as well stay in a guesthouse.

The overall hotel experience exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were well-maintained. The bedding was comfortable, leading to a great night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and courteous, and check-in/check-out was very efficient. The surrounding area offers convenient transportation and a quiet environment. It's excellent value for money, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

Orange Crystal is classified as high-end on the Huazhu app, and the All Seasons is just comfortable. However, the check-in experience of this hotel disappointed me a little. The facilities are a little old, which is acceptable, but the service is not up to par. I found two mosquitoes when I was sleeping at night. I was bitten by a bag, one was killed, and the other escaped. I reported it to the front desk, and they immediately sent electric mosquito coils, saying that the aunt escaped into the room when she was cleaning the room. Later, when I was waiting for the elevator, I found that there were mosquitoes in the corridor, which showed that the whole high-rise hotel did not do a good job of mosquito control! Since I drove here and stayed for only two days, this hotel has its own parking lot and is not far from nearby attractions. I didn’t want to change hotels again, so I endured it and stayed for another night. When I went out at about 8 o’clock the next morning, I told the front desk that the room could be cleaned if I stayed longer. The front desk also confirmed it, and the hotel WeChat system also confirmed that the room would be cleaned if I stayed longer. As a result, when we returned to the hotel and prepared to rest at about 12:30, we found that it had not been cleaned yet. It was really speechless. After contacting the front desk, the reply said that it would come immediately, so we had no choice but to go out for a walk. Finally, in terms of details, the washing machine and dryer are equipped, but there are no small notes and pens for writing, and no laundry bags. Many guests forget to take them out after washing or drying, which makes it difficult for guests who need to use them later to contact. There is no QR code that can be scanned on the machine. All seasons hotels have them. After scanning the QR code on the machine, you will know when the washing is finished and you can come to pick it up. If it doesn't work, you can fill in and mark the room number on the note. You can ask the clerk to dry it after washing. If it is not returned after drying, it can be delivered to the room. I hope Orange Crystal can improve it. Finally, I have to complain again. You need to go down the stairs and then go up the stairs from the hotel parking lot to the hotel. It is not very convenient to carry a suitcase. If you don't want to carry it up and down, you need to go out of the parking lot and enter the hotel from the main entrance.

Perfect Family Stay – Location, Space & Smiles! This hotel is an absolute gem! As a parent traveling with kids, the walking distance to the railway station was a game-changer – no stressful transfers or hauling luggage far. But the real standout was our huge room! My girls were thrilled with all the space to play and unwind, making our stay feel like a home away from home. The staff were incredibly friendly and ensured we had everything we needed. Their warmth made us feel genuinely welcomed. If you’re looking for convenience, comfort, and a team that treats you like family – this is the place.

My experience at Citadines Yunlong Lake Xuzhou was absolutely fantastic! The location is superb, right by Yunlong Lake, making the scenic area easily accessible on foot. The lake view rooms offer breathtaking scenery. As an Ascott brand property, the design is elegant and incorporates local cultural elements. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a fully equipped open kitchen, refrigerator, and washing machine, making it feel very much like home. The bedding is comfortable, and the bathroom features a separate wet and dry area. The breakfast is extensive and includes local specialties. The front desk staff are warm and efficient. The free laundry room, gym, and children's play area are all excellent amenities. The service is attentive, making it suitable for both short and long stays. It's a top choice for business travelers and families with children. Highly recommended!
