It made navigating the city completely hassle-free and saved me a lot of time and transport money. * **Close to Shopping:** If you love to shop or want more entertainment options, a major mall is only about 2 kilometers away—just a quick drive or a short transit ride from the lobby. The room was clean, the staff was welcoming, and the sheer convenience of the location cannot be beaten. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip!

The outside environment is beautiful, with a big pond and a nice, spacious area to walk around. It's perfect for a morning stroll. There's also plenty of space for children to play outside, and they can even feed some of the animals — a lovely touch for families. The hotel also offers small activities like DIY crafts for children, which kept the little ones happily engaged. The service is outstanding — the staff is very friendly and always quick to help with anything you need. A special mention to Manager Jet, who is very welcoming, helpful, and conducts himself professionally throughout our stay. I also really appreciate that if there's a Chinese holiday during your stay, the hotel will give you thoughtful gifts based on the festival. It's a lovely cultural touch that makes the experience even more special. The food is another highlight. Everything I tried was high quality and tasted great, whether it was breakfast, dinner, or a snack. The hotel also has a gym and a spa, both of which are very good. Whether you want to stay active or relax, they have you covered. Overall, Primus Hotel Xuzhou is a very good hotel with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I would highly recommend it for families, couples, or anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Service: The front desk staff was warm and professional. I was on my period when checking in and realized I hadn't brought any sanitary pads with me for this trip. The lady at the front desk was a lifesaver and gave me two, which I'm incredibly grateful for 🙏. Environment: The hotel is located within the Old East Gate Pedestrian Street, making parking convenient. Taxis can also drop you off right at the hotel entrance. The pedestrian street is quiet at night, and there are restaurants and bars nearby if you fancy a drink. It's also very close to the city center, just a few minutes' drive from the Xuzhou Museum. Qianlong Palace and Yunlong Mountain are also nearby, so the location is excellent. Hygiene: I didn't smell any cigarette smoke, mildew, or pungent disinfectant odors in the room. It's clear that the hotel does an excellent job with cleaning and ventilation. It was very comfortable to stay in, and my sleep quality even improved.

This is my first time writing a review on Ctrip, and it's because I genuinely love this hotel! I did my research and booked it myself. The location is absolutely fantastic, and the entire hotel is very bright. The in-house scent is lovely, and the elevator's color scheme feels a bit upscale – I really like it! The room type I booked had a previous guest who requested a late check-out, and while we were waiting for an update, the staff brought us warm water, which was a thoughtful touch. They then upgraded my room, and I was very happy with it! The breakfast area isn't huge, but it has everything you need. The stir-fried dishes mostly consist of vegetables, which is perfect for a fresh morning meal. They also offer Xuzhou's local specialties like oil-blanched duck and rice noodles. My friend and I both agreed they tasted better than the places we tried the day before. The staff were also very attentive, promptly clearing dishes and refilling food. The coffee beans used at the lobby bar are from Peet's, which I personally think shows great taste! I want to thank every hotel staff member I encountered during these two days; their overall demeanor made me feel very comfortable. If I ever visit Xuzhou again, this UrCove hotel will definitely be my first choice!

The hotel's location is excellent, with Yunlong Lake on one side and Yunlong Mountain on the other, allowing guests to enjoy beautiful views from their rooms. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and both check-in and check-out were handled efficiently. The breakfast offered a rich variety of Chinese and Western dishes, including local specialties like Luomo Sanzi, meat sauce rice noodles, meatball soup, Sha Tang, and Hu spicy soup, which was fantastic. The food at Hanshe Restaurant was fresh, and you could either grill your own BBQ or have a server do it for you. The service was excellent.

Stepping into the hotel, I was immediately soothed by its Zen ambiance! The overall design is a modern Chinese Zen style, with the dry landscape garden, water features, and architecture blending seamlessly. Every step offers a new beautiful view, and you can get a great shot just by snapping a photo. The lobby bar directly overlooks the central courtyard's water feature, with light dancing on the ripples – you could easily spend an entire afternoon just staring out there. The biggest surprise was the room's private courtyard, with garden landscaping right outside the window. There's even a tea set by the window, perfect for brewing a pot and relaxing in the courtyard. It really makes you slow down. The hotel is nestled at the foot of Yunlong Mountain, right next to the thousand-year-old Xinghua Zen Temple. You can hear the morning bells and evening drums every day, and this sense of tranquility is truly priceless. It's genuinely a wonderful retreat for the soul hidden in the city center, and I'll definitely be back!

The Hampton by Hilton provided a perfect experience! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful; I'd asked about printing before checking in, and they proactively helped me resolve it, which was very considerate. After checking out, I realized I'd left something behind, and the hotel contacted us immediately – very efficient and heartwarming service. The room was clean, tidy, cozy, and comfortable. Its location right in the center of Xuzhou makes getting around easy, with plenty of food and drink options nearby. Highly recommend!

First of all, the location is excellent. There are several barbecue restaurants downstairs, and Fengchu Street Food Street is just a few hundred meters away. It's also not far from the museum and the Huaihai Campaign Memorial Hall. There's also a delicious Chen Shifu rice bowl restaurant nearby. The hotel facilities are great, and Atour's service goes without saying. They even dried my clothes in the laundry room and put them outside my room—so thoughtful! My friends and I, along with our children, had a wonderful stay and I highly recommend it!

Orange Crystal is classified as high-end on the Huazhu app, and the All Seasons is just comfortable. However, the check-in experience of this hotel disappointed me a little. The facilities are a little old, which is acceptable, but the service is not up to par. I found two mosquitoes when I was sleeping at night. I was bitten by a bag, one was killed, and the other escaped. I reported it to the front desk, and they immediately sent electric mosquito coils, saying that the aunt escaped into the room when she was cleaning the room. Later, when I was waiting for the elevator, I found that there were mosquitoes in the corridor, which showed that the whole high-rise hotel did not do a good job of mosquito control! Since I drove here and stayed for only two days, this hotel has its own parking lot and is not far from nearby attractions. I didn’t want to change hotels again, so I endured it and stayed for another night. When I went out at about 8 o’clock the next morning, I told the front desk that the room could be cleaned if I stayed longer. The front desk also confirmed it, and the hotel WeChat system also confirmed that the room would be cleaned if I stayed longer. As a result, when we returned to the hotel and prepared to rest at about 12:30, we found that it had not been cleaned yet. It was really speechless. After contacting the front desk, the reply said that it would come immediately, so we had no choice but to go out for a walk. Finally, in terms of details, the washing machine and dryer are equipped, but there are no small notes and pens for writing, and no laundry bags. Many guests forget to take them out after washing or drying, which makes it difficult for guests who need to use them later to contact. There is no QR code that can be scanned on the machine. All seasons hotels have them. After scanning the QR code on the machine, you will know when the washing is finished and you can come to pick it up. If it doesn't work, you can fill in and mark the room number on the note. You can ask the clerk to dry it after washing. If it is not returned after drying, it can be delivered to the room. I hope Orange Crystal can improve it. Finally, I have to complain again. You need to go down the stairs and then go up the stairs from the hotel parking lot to the hotel. It is not very convenient to carry a suitcase. If you don't want to carry it up and down, you need to go out of the parking lot and enter the hotel from the main entrance.

HOTEL REWARDS This is the place to stay if you want a real feel for the warmth & charm of Rome & its people instead of a cold impersonal hotel. The owners & staff make you feel like part of their family and give wonderful support in every need of your visit ex. tours.& transportation. They speak very good English and their breakfast & coffee are excellent and will accommodate any request if possible. Excellent location, superb services, helpful staff, waht else do you need? Will definitely come again to this place. Very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel, the size of the room, the helpfulness of the staff at the front desk (all of them during our stay), they even go out of their way to guide you through the places to visit in Rome. The breakfast was to our expectation. The area is central even if one wishes to walk around. The only thing is that the room is hot, does not have enough light and no air comes in even if you open the window as it is sourrounded by buildings.
