XXieyanService: The front desk staff was warm and professional. I was on my period when checking in and realized I hadn't brought any sanitary pads with me for this trip. The lady at the front desk was a lifesaver and gave me two, which I'm incredibly grateful for 🙏.
Environment: The hotel is located within the Old East Gate Pedestrian Street, making parking convenient. Taxis can also drop you off right at the hotel entrance. The pedestrian street is quiet at night, and there are restaurants and bars nearby if you fancy a drink. It's also very close to the city center, just a few minutes' drive from the Xuzhou Museum. Qianlong Palace and Yunlong Mountain are also nearby, so the location is excellent.
Hygiene: I didn't smell any cigarette smoke, mildew, or pungent disinfectant odors in the room. It's clear that the hotel does an excellent job with cleaning and ventilation. It was very comfortable to stay in, and my sleep quality even improved.

This hotel seems to be home neo4.0, the latest version, the room is obviously more spacious than before, the color is also very comfortable blue, the overall is much better, more like Huazhu will be close. The entrance of the hotel is Line 2 and Line 3. It is very convenient to travel. It is opposite to the vegetable market and there is also a breakfast restaurant. It is very convenient. The Gongdesheng on the side is simply the king of cost-effectiveness. There are many people at dinner. The room arranged this time was on the side of the road, the window looked very bright, but it was a nightmare at night, noisy. The front desk took the initiative to greet and the service was very good. It would be better to prepare more water in the room. At least for the family room, 2 bottles are definitely not enough. It is very troublesome to remember to get it every time. Hello, I lived during the trip last week. After seeing me buy a bottle of water, I put a mineral water in the room every day. Although I can't drink it, at least I don't have to worry.

I had a wonderful experience at Primus Hotel in Xuzhou. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the overall hotel environment looks great. As soon as you enter, you're greeted with a lovely, pleasant smell, which makes a really nice first impression.
The outside environment is beautiful, with a big pond and a nice, spacious area to walk around. It's perfect for a morning stroll. There's also plenty of space for children to play outside, and they can even feed some of the animals — a lovely touch for families. The hotel also offers small activities like DIY crafts for children, which kept the little ones happily engaged.
The service is outstanding — the staff is very friendly and always quick to help with anything you need. A special mention to Manager Jet, who is very welcoming, helpful, and conducts himself professionally throughout our stay. I also really appreciate that if there's a Chinese holiday during your stay, the hotel will give you thoughtful gifts based on the festival. It's a lovely cultural touch that makes the experience even more special.
The food is another highlight. Everything I tried was high quality and tasted great, whether it was breakfast, dinner, or a snack. The hotel also has a gym and a spa, both of which are very good. Whether you want to stay active or relax, they have you covered.
Overall, Primus Hotel Xuzhou is a very good hotel with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I would highly recommend it for families, couples, or anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

* **Transit Friendly:** Having a subway station right nearby was a massive plus. It made navigating the city completely hassle-free and saved me a lot of time and transport money.
* **Close to Shopping:** If you love to shop or want more entertainment options, a major mall is only about 2 kilometers away—just a quick drive or a short transit ride from the lobby.
The room was clean, the staff was welcoming, and the sheer convenience of the location cannot be beaten. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip!

GGuest UserI had a great time. Although it is far away from the city, the air is good, surrounded by mountains and rivers, and the hotel management is professional. From check-in to departure, the service staff will take the initiative to help with luggage, parking and hot spring transfers, and buffet meals. When I got to the table, I took the initiative to press the elevator. The things that were missing in the room were quickly delivered to me through a phone call. The call was answered in a timely manner. The lamb soup in the lunch was very generous, tasted good, and the price was affordable. The kids didn't want to leave even though they were playing in the hot springs, and I couldn't stand the heat. Will come next time if I have a chance. The waiters surnamed Jin and Lu are warm and considerate, and they are also very caring towards children. I like it.

QQingdaowangjiaerStepping into the hotel, I was immediately soothed by its Zen ambiance! The overall design is a modern Chinese Zen style, with the dry landscape garden, water features, and architecture blending seamlessly. Every step offers a new beautiful view, and you can get a great shot just by snapping a photo. The lobby bar directly overlooks the central courtyard's water feature, with light dancing on the ripples – you could easily spend an entire afternoon just staring out there. The biggest surprise was the room's private courtyard, with garden landscaping right outside the window. There's even a tea set by the window, perfect for brewing a pot and relaxing in the courtyard. It really makes you slow down. The hotel is nestled at the foot of Yunlong Mountain, right next to the thousand-year-old Xinghua Zen Temple. You can hear the morning bells and evening drums every day, and this sense of tranquility is truly priceless. It's genuinely a wonderful retreat for the soul hidden in the city center, and I'll definitely be back!

RRakshaRThe room was big, clean and beautiful. The most comfortable pillows I've ever used at a hotel more so than Marriott and Hyatt. The AC could not be adjusted, sleep was disturbed because the room was hot. Ugly cigarette burn on the couch and huge brown stains on the bedroom curtain. Check in was ok, the room wasn't ready and so we were asked if we wanted another room, it would not have been an upgraded room because we had already booked the last suite. She also asked IF we had made the booking or someone else had, never been asked that before and I've stayed at over 30 hotels around China. Gym is small, but has the necessary equipment for a quick workout. Breakfast was Chinese, no western option, other than fake bacon and sweet sausages and dry French fries. Lots of fruit to choose from. I would stay there again but will not book breakfast. There are numerous places to eat outside or order to the room and the meal gets delivered by a robot. Ladies at the the front desk should smile, they don't look happy to see their guests.

This is the place to stay if you want a real feel for the warmth & charm of Rome & its people instead of a cold impersonal hotel. The owners & staff make you feel like part of their family and give wonderful support in every need of your visit ex. tours.& transportation. They speak very good English and their breakfast & coffee are excellent and will accommodate any request if possible.
Excellent location, superb services, helpful staff, waht else do you need? Will definitely come again to this place.
Very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel, the size of the room, the helpfulness of the staff at the front desk (all of them during our stay), they even go out of their way to guide you through the places to visit in Rome. The breakfast was to our expectation. The area is central even if one wishes to walk around. The only thing is that the room is hot, does not have enough light and no air comes in even if you open the window as it is sourrounded by buildings.

However, the front desk noticed I was alone and proactively switched me to a king room. The service was really thoughtful!
