GGuest UserLet me start with my first impression upon entering the room. The hotel environment was clean and elegant, giving a sense of spaciousness. The facilities were comprehensive, and there was even an air purifier – great for your skin when sleeping with it on. The bedding also looked brand new, which was a nice touch. In the bathroom, the shower had excellent water pressure, and hot water came out instantly! It was such a comfortable shower. The room's soundproofing was also good. It was very clean, well-ventilated, and had plenty of sunlight. There's a large, super comfy and soft sofa, perfect for lounging. There's also a small table for convenient work, ample lighting, and fast internet. The room has a small wardrobe, which was very handy for hanging clothes. The washing machine and dryer are on the 7th floor, and the hotel even offers laundry and drying services, which is truly excellent. Overall, a great experience! The lobby was also beautiful and spacious, clean and elegant, with very enthusiastic staff who were knowledgeable about the surrounding area. It's very close to the pedestrian street, which was fun to explore. Parking at the hotel was convenient. The breakfast was quite delicious, and the service was great, with staff even explaining the different options! In the afternoon, the lobby offered complimentary fruits, snacks, and cold drinks. In the room, there were even eye masks, razors, and earplugs! The lobby also had many other amenities. This was the first time I've stayed somewhere so comfortable on a business trip!

The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were well maintained, the bed was very comfortable, and I was tired to rest. The hotel is quiet, sound insulation is good, and will not be disturbed. The service staff is gentle and polite, and check-in and check-out are very fast. The surrounding transportation is convenient, eating and shopping are convenient, next to the free parking lot, the price is super high, whether it is business travel or tourism is very suitable, highly recommended.

GGuest UserLive very comfortable! The location is very good to find, the surrounding travel is convenient, and free parking is available. The room was cleaned clean, there was no smell, the decoration was simple and comfortable, the mattress pillow was just soft and hard, the sound insulation was good, and I slept quietly until dawn at night. The front desk lady is very good, check-in is very fast, the breakfast is delicious, the hot water is large, the bathroom is clean, and the equipment is very new and easy to use.
The room has good lighting, the living is not depressed, the sanitary details are in place, and the living is safe and comfortable. Very good value for money, no matter whether you are on a business trip or playing, you will choose this one next time you come to Rongxian!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel has convenient underground parking. The room is big enough and the bed is OK. The room is very quiet and the air conditioning is very strong, so it is very quiet when sleeping at night. There are many shops for eating downstairs and a large supermarket for shopping. It is within walking distance of Rongzhou Ancient City. The breakfast is average. You have to boil the soup noodles yourself. The eggs are served very slowly and you have to wait after you finish eating. There is only one staff member in the breakfast room, and some of the plates for food are not disinfected and are still wet.

Cleanliness: The room was very clean. I requested a non-smoking room when booking, and the front desk confirmed this upon check-in. However, there was a slight odor of cigarette smoke upon entering the room.
Environment: The hotel is nice and conveniently located. There's a supermarket downstairs, and there's also a commercial street with milk tea shops. It's also not far from the county center.
Service: They thoughtfully upgraded my room type, and it was a very comfortable stay.
Overall: Breakfast was included in my booking, but the variety was a bit limited. Rong County, as a hometown of overseas Chinese, isn't a popular tourist destination, but it does attract many tourists. During breakfast, I heard other guests mentioning the lack of coffee and a limited selection. Although there was food on the table, the breakfast selection was indeed a bit limited compared to similar hotels. I hope they'll improve it next time I visit.
Finally, I'd like to thank the entire hotel staff. Although my stay was short, the overall experience was comfortable and thoughtful. 👍🏻 Thank you all for your hard work.

GGuest UserThe review was originally bad and the merchant changed it! But there is really nothing to dislike about this hotel! The smile and greeting of the lady at the entry desk are definitely on par with the flight attendants, professional. I called to ask for clothes hangers, and the supervisor directly helped me wash, dry, and fold them. The service was excellent! I got up late and went to have a meal. The waiter called it a day. The supervisor directly dialed his mobile phone to order ** takeout for me. Although I refused, I was so moved! In one word, I am convinced.

The restaurant is quiet, the service staff will take the initiative to ask for needs, the details are full! The room was spotless and the bedding had a fragrance of sunshine. Temporary need for an extra set of towels, 3 minutes after the call, the front desk also actively asked if you need to check out late, the experience is full!

GGuest UserFor sleep, the whole season did not disappoint! Season sleep mattress + latex pillow support is just right, sound insulation is excellent, no noise all night. The warm color lighting is very soft, there is no dazzling spotlight. The room has no smell, the bedding is clean and skin-friendly, and the next day I wake up full of energy. Highly recommended for friends with light sleep!
