There are fruits and small snacks in the lobby. The lobby smells very good! The beauty at the front desk checked in efficiently and opened a good mood for a day. The hotel's intelligent facilities are very advanced, and the smart devices in the room make the stay more convenient. The hygiene is impeccable, the room is spotless, and the bedding is clean and comfortable. The smell of the room is a good smell of roses! And there are two kinds of tea bags, there are sugar water and carrot meat porridge in the lobby at night. Overall very satisfied, will come again next time!

The rooms are clean and tidy, and the public areas are clean and bright. The most heartwarming thing is that the items were accidentally left when checking out. The front desk and room staff helped to find and keep them properly as soon as possible. The handling was fast and responsible. The whole service was very thoughtful. MmilemilefallThe room is super big and clean. There are many restaurants around. The breakfast on the second floor is simple, with noodles and preserved egg porridge. I would like to mention parking. The parking entrance is not at the hotel entrance. You can find the hotel parking space on the second floor of the basement at the street corner. Then take the elevator to the hotel and register the car number at the front desk. This hotel has a good value for money.

If you encounter any problems during your stay, you have to call the front desk. The staff will help solve it as soon as possible. The attitude is warm and professional. The environment of the hotel is even more unique, the floor of the public area is spotless, the green plants are neatly trimmed, and even the elevators are placed with exquisite decorations. The lighting and ventilation in the room are very good, the air is fresh, the bedding is changed every day, and the toiletries in the bathroom are neatly arranged. And the location of the hotel is quiet, the surrounding is very quiet, whether it is rest or work is particularly suitable, I will definitely stay here next time!

Cleanliness: The room was very clean. I requested a non-smoking room when booking, and the front desk confirmed this upon check-in. However, there was a slight odor of cigarette smoke upon entering the room.
Environment: The hotel is nice and conveniently located. There's a supermarket downstairs, and there's also a commercial street with milk tea shops. It's also not far from the county center.
Service: They thoughtfully upgraded my room type, and it was a very comfortable stay.
Overall: Breakfast was included in my booking, but the variety was a bit limited. Rong County, as a hometown of overseas Chinese, isn't a popular tourist destination, but it does attract many tourists. During breakfast, I heard other guests mentioning the lack of coffee and a limited selection. Although there was food on the table, the breakfast selection was indeed a bit limited compared to similar hotels. I hope they'll improve it next time I visit.
Finally, I'd like to thank the entire hotel staff. Although my stay was short, the overall experience was comfortable and thoughtful. 👍🏻 Thank you all for your hard work.

GGuest UserLocation is near to train and bus station. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful, even so kindly offer us a free ride to the nearest bus station. However, we did not enjoy the stay because the hotel is filled with cigatette smell all the time. Besides, the cleanliness has much to improved.. Both my pillows have stain on the pillow sheet.
