Yulin Hotels with Gym

The hotel is newly opened, the service attitude is very good, the hygiene is very clean, the smart customer service is very good, it can be said to be the best hotel in the area, and a free breakfast for one day is provided, which tastes good

Everything else was fine, except the front desk service was so-so. They promised a free upgrade beforehand, but when I arrived, they said there wasn't one. They didn't offer me a chance to participate in their anniversary promotion or enjoy any benefits. The shower head's wall mount was loose, so I had to hold the shower head by hand the whole time. This was my second stay, and this time I discovered that the electronic toilet seat only has a flushing function and a heated seat; it's not a smart toilet.

The environment is quiet and comfortable, and the room has excellent natural light and ventilation. The facilities are brand new and complete. The service is meticulous and thoughtful, and check-in/check-out is efficient with no waiting in line.

The girls at the front desk were very enthusiastic. They knew that I was in a hurry to go out and made the wrong order, so they took the initiative to change the room. What a thoughtful service! There was no impatience at all during the whole process. It is indeed a well-known hotel here! It is worth it for this service! The room is clean and tidy, and it is also very quiet at night.

This hotel felt quite busy. The front desk service was incredibly attentive; they even gave my baby a balloon and arranged children's amenities. Didn't get any photos of the little ones, haha. We also noticed a fruit tree by the exit!

Location is near to train and bus station. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful, even so kindly offer us a free ride to the nearest bus station. However, we did not enjoy the stay because the hotel is filled with cigatette smell all the time. Besides, the cleanliness has much to improved.. Both my pillows have stain on the pillow sheet.

Check-in was quick, and the front desk staff were gentle and polite. The room was clean, hot water came out fast, and all the facilities worked well. I especially want to commend the breakfast buffet; the taste was just as good as any local eatery, with hot dishes, pastries, and fruits all available. It's really worth it, and I highly recommend staying here for your trip.

As a foreigner, I have limited experience as to how Chinese Hotels are like. But this one ranks, in my opinion, towards the top. The best element was the staff. The receptionists were extremely friendly and helpful when I arrived yesterday evening, not hesitating to use translating apps to make sure I would understand everything. To them: good job, continue so on! But the other staff were just as friendly. For example, the breakfast ladies were always attentive at the, quite frankly, numerous guests - ready to help at any moment's notice. And there are a lot of small quality elements adding up to the nice stay: the room has a larger TV, the shower is grand, the seats at the breakfast were very comfy, the breakfast in itself was varied and constantly filled up, there is a laundry room, the location is very central, ... I would definitely recommend this hotel if you ever visit Yulin.

Especially good, always staying at the all-season hotel, very assured. There are tea in the hotel to make tea by yourself, clean, good lighting and ventilation, excellent location close to Wanda, and the big TV looks very comfortable. The staff at the front desk service was very good, especially enthusiastic and gave earplugs! Next time I fly to Beiliu, I will stay here.
