"The hotel is located on a small, quiet island with good facilities and excellent service. However, the hotel's management philosophy needs improvement. Prior to check-in, guests were not informed about ongoing renovations in the annex that would disrupt sleep. We only found out after checking in, via a notice in the room, that construction would occur from 9 AM - 12:30 PM and 3 PM - 6:30 PM. To make matters worse, construction actually started at 8 AM. After complaining through Trip.com customer service, we were moved to a lake-view room the next day and received a complimentary afternoon tea for two. However, as we had to wake up at 7:30 AM for an early start, we observed that construction still began at 8 AM the following day. This clearly shows that the hotel's administrative management philosophy is not customer-centric."

"We stayed in Youfan for two days when we went to Yulin. The service lady was very nice and thoughtful. She made all the arrangements for our family and helped us book tickets for Yuntian Palace (the hotel is a 15-minute walk from Yuntian Palace), which was very worry-free. It brings good mood to our family's trip. I will choose Youfan Hotel again next time I have the chance. The room is clean and tidy, the bed is comfortable, the environment is good, and all facilities are complete. We are picky about the living environment and we all think it’s great 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍"

The nearby area boasts an abundance of attractions including Jiangnan Park, Yulin International Convention and Exhibition Center and Dongjing Garden. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. This Yulin hotel features parking on site. Our guests consider this hotel to have excellent service. This hotel is the usual choice for a large number of business travelers.

"It was my first time to sleep on a 3-meter bed. It was super cool. The hotel facilities and services are great. The surrounding area is also convenient. RT-Mart is just over 900 meters away. There is free underground parking. The breakfast included in the hotel is also good. My favorite thing is riding a shared electric scooter around Yulin. I went to Shishijie Night Market, Yuntian Cultural City, and Kelawan Water Park. I can stay in a hotel of this level for less than 300 yuan during the National Day. I think it’s worth it!"
