GGuest UserThe hotel is located in a large jujube orchard. Each room is a stand-alone building. The Chishang Shell Room we stayed in looks like a big shell. The beds for adults and children are separated, and each has its own independent space. There is also a starry sky wall on the children's side. There is a private hot spring pool outside each room where you can soak in the hot springs. The children had a lot of fun playing in the water and said they wanted to soak in the hot springs again today. Haha. But we have to go to the next place and come back next time.

GGuest UserI booked this hotel for a business trip. The hotel is newly opened. The room is relatively large, clean and fresh. The mattress, pillow and quilt are very comfortable. The electric curtains and large projector are great. The bath water is very good. The girl at the front desk was also very enthusiastic and took the initiative to introduce Yuncheng's food and attractions. The free airport pick-up service was also great.

For the laundry room, I'd suggest using the equipment found in the Atour Hotel chain – it's much better. It's quite convenient for self-driving trips, although parking is limited, the security guards are helpful in guiding you to other available spots.

AAnonymous UserI set a room rate of nearly 700 for two nights. The actual stay experience, environment and 100 hotels a night are similar. All towels are old and yellowed. The service is very superficial. I will say hello when I meet, but I will not solve the problem. For example, I called to send a chair and didn't send it to check out; For example, I communicated with the front desk because the child's afternoon game, we delayed check-out by one hour or 1 o'clock, no, we must pay 30 yuan per hour after 12 o'clock to delay. For example, there are about ten services you can enjoy in the elevator. In fact, it is also a display, because the front desk will not ask you if you need or don't tell you how to receive these services, which is very formalistic. MMAJUN SXMy recent stay at the 维也纳酒店（运城河东街万达店） was an absolute delight. The rooms were not only beautiful but offered at a very reasonable price. Every space was kept immaculately clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly, always ready to assist with a warm smile. I was pleasantly surprised by the free laundry service and the well-equipped gym, both of which added to my comfortable stay. The location, surrounded by a variety of shops, added an extra layer of convenience to my trip. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a blend of luxury and value.
