4-Star Hotels in Yuncheng

This was my first time in Yuncheng, and I stayed for three nights. The room was excellent – very new, spacious enough, well-designed, and clean. The food was good, with a nice breakfast and late-night supper. The service was also great, and all the staff were polite and courteous. Overall, it offered good value for money. When booking on Ctrip, many complimentary services were listed. However, the hotel didn't inform me about these benefits upon check-in. I had to ask about several of them myself. I hope in the future, the hotel will proactively remind guests during check-in. Otherwise, perhaps these shouldn't be listed in the hotel's display if they're not going to be offered readily – guests don't really mind paying a little extra for what they want anyway.
