The breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes, and the automatic coffee machine is fully functional, making espresso, americano, cappuccino, and latte. The only minor issue is the shared underground parking, which could be a bit cleaner."

"During our road trip, we randomly booked a hotel near the Yongle Palace. As soon as we turned the corner on the way to the hotel, we were greeted by a breathtaking view of the Yellow River, a picturesque scene. We were pleasantly surprised! The hotel is nestled mid-mountain, facing the water and backed by mountains. It feels secluded and private. There's private parking, the front desk is attentive and comfortable, the housekeepers provide attentive service, and luggage is delivered to your room by electric cart. The rooms are fully equipped, clean, and the bedding is comfortable. Our single-family cottage has its own private pool, which the kids loved. We had dinner à la carte at the hotel, and I loved the large Yellow River carp dish. The kids, who usually don't like fish, were eager to try it. The water view in front of the reception hall in the evening was particularly beautiful, especially during the blues, making it a great photo opportunity. The breakfast was perfectly balanced and well-presented. Upon departure, the housekeeper politely said goodbye and thoughtfully provided some local snacks for the journey. Due to time constraints, we only stayed for one night, so there were many things we didn't experience, such as the children's activity center and swimming pool. It's a perfect place for a family vacation. I like this hotel very much. Next time I come here on vacation, I will book a room with a river view and bring my kids to have a good time for a few days."

"The hotel is just like its name, beautiful, warm and poetic. The environment is excellent. They are all decorated in villas. The rooms are large, comfortable and spacious. The premise of excellent hardware should be to improve the service awareness of software, which needs to be improved. The hotel's air conditioning is not good and the heating is not as good as expected. Although the room is large, the heating effect is too poor, which is a pity. There are also rooms that do not provide TV service, and you have to pay to watch TV channels, which is incredible. I hope it can be improved and service awareness raised. Especially the hot water temperature is very low and you can't take a shower at night, which is very frustrating. I hope there will be some changes next time I have the chance to stay."

"Shanxi Yuncheng Liting Hotel - This is the first time in my life that I give a bad review to a hotel. It is really too bad!!! Let's talk about the problems and let everyone judge. 1. The hotel claims to be a four-and-a-half-star hotel, but the elevator does not use access control facilities and anyone can enter and exit the accommodation floor at will. How can it be safe? 2. The sound insulation of the wall is very poor. You can hear the conversation next door very clearly. 3. The hotel staff is extremely irresponsible. The women's night safety pants that the next room asked for were delivered to my room at more than five in the morning, and they kept urging me to open the door to receive the goods; 4. The hotel staff called my room again at six in the morning and said that the things were delivered to the wrong place and asked me where I put them. I slept less than three hours a night thanks to the staff. 5. After receiving the feedback, the hotel manager and staff immediately shirked the responsibility and said that it was the problem of the guests next door and it had nothing to do with them. 6. The hotel manager is very responsible and has refused to reveal the name of the person who made the mistake. He said that if I want to complain, I should complain to him. He also tried to make me forgive their mistakes by giving me fruits and free accommodation. I am an ordinary business person on a business trip and I am reasonable in everything. I do not ask for any compensation but just want to expose the bad behavior of their hotel so that everyone can avoid risks."

"This was truly an unexpectedly great stay! Aside from the immediate city environment around the hotel not being the best, everything else was very satisfactory. It's close to both the airport and the high-speed train station, and not far from the Yellow River Night Market or Donghu Morning Market. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, and the soundproofing at night was excellent. Even better, they offer airport pick-up and station drop-off services."
