"Managing the hotel during the Chinese New Year period might be quite challenging. The hotel's main attraction is its view, and during the holiday, the view of the Yellow River is expansive, perfect for relaxation. The rooms are spaced far apart, ensuring privacy and minimizing disturbance, which is a good design. The room cleanliness was slightly unsatisfactory; after communicating with the staff, they said they would improve. I'll give them a positive review. The chef's cooking was decent, and the taste was acceptable. We ordered a set menu for two, but they seemed to have served the wrong set menu – we selected option B, but they served option A. However, the dishes were all quite tasty, and we even got to enjoy a side of spicy and sour tripe soup, which I had been craving."

Staying here feels like stepping into a paradise. The hotel's location near the Guandi Temple is incredibly convenient, and the service is exceptionally attentive. From check-in to check-out, the staff are always available and respond instantly to any needs. Staying here is definitely worth it; I highly recommend it! My child left a basketball in the room, and the housekeeper proactively contacted us and had it delivered to our door—we're very grateful!"

"Every time I travel to choose the whole season, it is like going to a safe encounter! The lobby of the log wind is warm and light, and the journey is dispersed as soon as you enter the door. The front desk staff will always smile and check in efficiently and intimately. Not only will they take the initiative to ask about the needs, but also intimately inform the surrounding traffic, food, and even prepare children's toiletries for guests with children. The details are all gentle. The room can't pick up a little bit of fault, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly and comfortable, and you can sleep in seconds when you lie down. The whole house is clean without dead ends. The bathroom is dry and wet without water stains. It has intelligent temperature control and sufficient charging port. Even the bottled water is enough. It is very practical to live. The supporting gym, laundry and dryer are all available, and the breakfast is even more pleasant. Chinese porridge, freshly cooked noodles, wontons, and home-cooked hot dishes are all available. The taste is still full online. "Traveled to Yuncheng and stayed at this hotel. The room is not big, the facilities are average, and the worst thing is the duty manager in a black suit at the front desk. When I checked in on the afternoon of the 27th, I asked to change to a double bed room, but she disagreed. Just ask me to cancel the reservation and make a new reservation. The three of us had double breakfast in the room, which we couldn't use. She said that a fruit plate would be delivered to the room every day. As a result, I stayed for 6 days and never saw any fruit plate. The hotel opposite the door was rented to different people for weddings every day. As a result, many people gathered at the door of the room in the corridor very early every day. You can imagine how noisy it was. Fortunately, it has been mostly cloudy these days, but as long as the room is hot when the sun is shining in the west, the hotel has already stopped the air conditioning. The breakfast seems to have a lot of variety, but there is really nothing delicious. The 78 yuan dinner buffet dishes are also not delicious and not worth it. It’s better not to come to a hotel like this."
