Yuncheng Hotels with Gym

This stay exceeded my expectations, it was a fantastic experience! The hotel is brand new and spotless. The room is spacious and bright, with a separate shower, toilet, and sink area. The mattress is comfortable and the soundproofing is excellent. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices. They also provide a free laundry room, gym, and ample parking. The location is convenient. It's the top choice for business trips or vacations, and I'll definitely stay here again!

During our trip to Shanxi, we had the opportunity to stay at Home Inn Neo (Walmart Plaza, Hedong East Street, Xueyuan Road, Yuncheng) in Yuncheng. We stayed in this hotel for four nights and had an extraordinary experience. As soon as I checked in at noon on January 25, I was warmly received by the front desk staff. The introduction was clear, the explanation was concise, and the processing was quick. We were deeply moved when they saw that there were children among us and they asked us about our concerns and helped us enthusiastically. It really feels like home, right at home. Entering the hotel makes you feel suddenly enlightened. The hotel is overall clean and tidy, the rooms are spacious and bright, and all kinds of supplies are well placed. You feel comfortable as soon as you enter. The floor cleaners are hospitable and polite. There is a parking space, and there is someone in charge who is responsible. All staff members were courteous to guests, and when I left the hotel on the 29th, I received greetings and blessings from the front desk staff. The Home Inn brand represents the effect of being at home and the feeling of being at home.

The first praise for going out during the Spring Festival. Very good, the facilities are relatively new and the sanitary conditions are good. Breakfast is also very in line with the positioning. The service of the younger brother at the front desk is also very good. The Yudu Park at the door should be the largest park in Yuncheng. During the period, I didn't go to the attractions for a long time and took the baby to play in the park. All five stars.

The hotel staff was very good and solved the problem in time. The sanitation cleaning is very clean, that is, the guests in front of them smoke in the room. This is very bad, which brings a lot of inconvenience to the hotel and others. The hotel is very close to the snack street and the pedestrian street. The star rock fried chicken is next to it. I ate it on the first day.

This stay was very good! The hotel is strategically located and it is very convenient to eat and go shopping around. The room was cleaned clean, there was no smell, the bed was very comfortable, and the soundproofing was very good. The front desk service is patient and meticulous, the procedures are fast, and the response is timely. The facilities are well maintained, hot water is sufficient, the overall price is online, the first choice for travel accommodation, I recommend everyone to live!

The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were very polite. The breakfast was pretty average. For the laundry room, I'd suggest using the equipment found in the Atour Hotel chain – it's much better. It's quite convenient for self-driving trips, although parking is limited, the security guards are helpful in guiding you to other available spots.

優點：1.酒店進門左手邊有小冰櫃，放置免費冰棍，自己隨時取拿很方便，酒店補貨也很及時，點贊👍。 2.辦理入住時給免費升級到了後面的一棟樓裏，更安靜，環境新。 3.前台服務人員很熱情，態度好，很有耐心解答問題。 缺點：1.攜程訂單明確寫延遲到下午三點退房，但是房卡效期衹能到退房日中午12點，導致電梯，房門均無法打開，我們返回前台給房卡開權限後電梯能刷卡上，但是房門還是不行，導致在樓道里等工作人員來開門，樓道里沒有空調，很熱。酒店訂單有明確延時退房，系統卻沒有同步更新權限，管理存在明顯漏洞，承諾無法落實，讓人非常失望。建議後續有延時退房時，可以同步更新房卡使用時效，避免賓客遇到類似困擾。 2.早餐麪點工作日慢，因為先要煎蛋，衹有一個工作人員沒時間做餛飩這類，着急出門也就沒有等。週末早上出餐快，據觀察應該是住客多了（有個旅行團，早上旅行團走的早，團也含早餐）

Outside the floor-to-ceiling windows was the dazzling city nightscape, and the interior decor was simple yet stylish. The bedding was pristine white and soft, as if clouds enveloped the body. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, the marble countertop was polished like a mirror, and the amenities exuded a fresh herbal scent.

The equipment looks very nice ~ and it’s usable! The geographical conditions of the hotel itself are also very good! It’s also very convenient to take a ride to scenic spots! It’s convenient to take bus 21 or 14 to Guandimiao Yuncheng North Station! There is bus No. 1 before going to the Crowne Plaza Hotel at the airport. You can take bus No. 9 to the mosque and then go straight to the airport. It is very good! Overall it's pretty good! 100 points Crowne Plaza Hotel! Give you a thumbs up!

A delightful stay. We were so touched by 乔乔‘s dedication and her passion for customer. She did a great job anticipating our needs and making sure everything was provided and top notch. She even came to the restaurant once to check that we could choose the best dishes and also she could recommend the best dishes for us and secondly to remind us that it was almost time to leave for the train station. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. The room was very nice, spacious and clean. The bathroom hads a very nice bath tub. The dinner at the 3rd floor restaurant exceeded our expectations, dishes were freshly made and delicious. Across the street is the most magnificent Catholic Church with a ceiling that you will never forget and well worth a visit right beside the hotel is the famous food street which has so many local delights to try. We couldn’t have hoped for a better location.
