During our trip to Shanxi, we had the opportunity to stay at Home Inn Neo (Walmart Plaza, Hedong East Street, Xueyuan Road, Yuncheng) in Yuncheng. We stayed in this hotel for four nights and had an extraordinary experience. As soon as I checked in at noon on January 25, I was warmly received by the front desk staff. The introduction was clear, the explanation was concise, and the processing was quick. We were deeply moved when they saw that there were children among us and they asked us about our concerns and helped us enthusiastically. It really feels like home, right at home. Entering the hotel makes you feel suddenly enlightened. The hotel is overall clean and tidy, the rooms are spacious and bright, and all kinds of supplies are well placed. You feel comfortable as soon as you enter. The floor cleaners are hospitable and polite. There is a parking space, and there is someone in charge who is responsible. All staff members were courteous to guests, and when I left the hotel on the 29th, I received greetings and blessings from the front desk staff. The Home Inn brand represents the effect of being at home and the feeling of being at home.

The room is spacious and open, and the stay is comfortable and relaxing; the daily cleaning and cleaning are in place, and the room is clean and tidy every time I return to the store. The hotel is right next to Wuyue Square. It is very convenient for eating, shopping and children to play. It took less than ten minutes to take a taxi from Yuncheng North Station. We stayed for three consecutive nights. The service was particularly good, especially the front desk. The weather was hot. We took the initiative to provide us with cold stickers and mosquito repellent stickers for children. The room is large, there is a generous table, adults work, reading and children can draw together, the bed is very comfortable. Very recommended. Will stay here next time.

優點：1.酒店進門左手邊有小冰櫃，放置免費冰棍，自己隨時取拿很方便，酒店補貨也很及時，點贊👍。 2.辦理入住時給免費升級到了後面的一棟樓裏，更安靜，環境新。 3.前台服務人員很熱情，態度好，很有耐心解答問題。 缺點：1.攜程訂單明確寫延遲到下午三點退房，但是房卡效期衹能到退房日中午12點，導致電梯，房門均無法打開，我們返回前台給房卡開權限後電梯能刷卡上，但是房門還是不行，導致在樓道里等工作人員來開門，樓道里沒有空調，很熱。酒店訂單有明確延時退房，系統卻沒有同步更新權限，管理存在明顯漏洞，承諾無法落實，讓人非常失望。建議後續有延時退房時，可以同步更新房卡使用時效，避免賓客遇到類似困擾。 2.早餐麪點工作日慢，因為先要煎蛋，衹有一個工作人員沒時間做餛飩這類，着急出門也就沒有等。週末早上出餐快，據觀察應該是住客多了（有個旅行團，早上旅行團走的早，團也含早餐）

Additionally, the front desk told me there would be eight bottles of water in the room, but there were actually only two in the room and two in the fridge. Given the hot weather, that wasn't nearly enough for me. My husband also asked the cleaning lady for toilet paper, and she also said she didn't have any. In the end, we had to buy a pack of tissues outside, which was very inconvenient. We were already tired and just wanted to rest. During our trip to Yuncheng, we saw the loess hills, which were beautiful for us southerners.

It’s convenient to take bus 21 or 14 to Guandimiao Yuncheng North Station! There is bus No. 1 before going to the Crowne Plaza Hotel at the airport.
