GGuest UserDuring our trip to Shanxi, we had the opportunity to stay at Home Inn Neo (Walmart Plaza, Hedong East Street, Xueyuan Road, Yuncheng) in Yuncheng. We stayed in this hotel for four nights and had an extraordinary experience. As soon as I checked in at noon on January 25, I was warmly received by the front desk staff. The introduction was clear, the explanation was concise, and the processing was quick. We were deeply moved when they saw that there were children among us and they asked us about our concerns and helped us enthusiastically. It really feels like home, right at home. Entering the hotel makes you feel suddenly enlightened. The hotel is overall clean and tidy, the rooms are spacious and bright, and all kinds of supplies are well placed. You feel comfortable as soon as you enter. The floor cleaners are hospitable and polite. There is a parking space, and there is someone in charge who is responsible. All staff members were courteous to guests, and when I left the hotel on the 29th, I received greetings and blessings from the front desk staff. The Home Inn brand represents the effect of being at home and the feeling of being at home.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to Guandi Temple, just a short walk away, and there's plenty of convenient parking right outside. Both the soft and hard facilities are excellent. There's a laundry room on the first floor, and coffee and lemonade are available for guests at the front desk. The surroundings of the hotel are also beautiful, with mountain views from the rooms. The front desk staff are warm and attentive. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit!

AAnonymous UserSelf-driving stay in Yuncheng Manxin, the overall experience is very good.
There are parking lots inside and outside the hotel, public parking + hotel exclusive parking spaces, parking spaces are very sufficient, especially friendly to self-driving tourists.
The big bed room I booked is spacious, the WiFi speed is fast and the use is smooth. The most satisfying thing is that the ground is not carpet! The whole is dry, refreshing, clean and comfortable.
The service is really intimate: single stay includes two breakfasts, the hotel takes the initiative to change to daily breakfast + dinner coupons, I said that I usually eat dinner outside, the front desk said that you can receive fruit, vegetables, yogurt at night; very intimate. At night, I also helped to wash and dry the dirty clothes, and sent them to the door of the room early the next morning; the front desk was gentle and would take the initiative to care about the feeling of staying. I asked me how I was not used to living several times.
Small suggestions:
The shower temperature control switch is not easy to adjust, the water temperature changes a little, the heat is high, and it is not used to use; In addition, there are one or two small dirty spots on the floor of the room that have not been cleaned up (I forgot a little, I did it when I lived on the first day or did not help me clean the next day). I hope that the cleaning can be more detailed.
In addition to these two small flaws, the overall is very satisfied, I highly recommend friends who come to Yuncheng to stay!

For the laundry room, I'd suggest using the equipment found in the Atour Hotel chain – it's much better. It's quite convenient for self-driving trips, although parking is limited, the security guards are helpful in guiding you to other available spots.
