Overall, a fantastic experience! The room was spotless, the bedding was comfy, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a great night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and professional, making check-in a breeze. The location is super convenient, and it offers great value for money. We booked a family room, and it was really spacious with lovely touches that the kids adored, making it feel very welcoming. Breakfast was also amazing, with a huge variety of options. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we're in Zhongwei!

Facilities: The hotel facilities are very new, and the attention to detail is excellent. Hygiene: Very good, clean and sanitary. There wasn't a speck of dust on the bedside shelf, which shows great attention to detail. Environment: I originally thought a 200+ yuan hotel wouldn't be that good, but the environment completely exceeded my expectations. Service: The front desk staff was also very helpful. They allowed us to store our luggage and even recommended local snacks and other attractions. Plus, food deliveries can be brought directly to your room by a robot. To sum it up: It completely exceeded my expectations. The service and bedding, among other things, can easily compare to larger hotels like All Seasons. (I forgot to take pictures at the hotel, but the environment really was great. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit.)

We made a last-minute decision to go on a trip and booked this hotel. The service was excellent! After the butler called and learned we were driving, he proactively added us on WeChat to share the hotel's location and a mini-guide to nearby food, drinks, and entertainment. When we navigated to the hotel, the security guard was very responsible, guiding us to a parking spot. He even asked if our new energy vehicle needed charging and could reserve a charging station spot for us. The hotel has two buildings, and the security guard advised us to leave our luggage in the car and check in at the front desk first to avoid extra trips, which was really thoughtful. The butler was also very enthusiastic during check-in, actively arranging for us to stay in the back building, which was incredibly quiet at night. Upon checkout, they asked if we were satisfied with our stay and gave us a souvenir, even offering us extra bottles of water for the road. The service was truly superb! Everyone, just go for it, it's great!

Maybe the summer vacation was just beginning, there were not many people staying, and the room was upgraded. The tatami is very spacious, two big and one small are completely enough, and there is a small platform to go out. Breakfast and dinner are included. Dinner is three packages and three choices. Breakfast is fixed and tastes good. Two big and one small can't finish. It is in the Yellow River District, and it also sends tickets back and forth to the desert area. It is very convenient to play in Shapotou. The staff is warm and meticulous, and the introduction is detailed. Worth five-star praise.

I stayed in an air-conditioned cabin without a private bathroom this time. It was cleaner than I expected. I'd recommend bringing a pair of flip-flops for the shared showers. Other amenities like toothbrushes and towels were disposable, which was great. Getting a taxi was difficult, but the host was incredibly thoughtful and came to pick us up. There was a bonfire party in the evening, and they set off fireworks like there was no tomorrow! Watching the stars and fireworks in the desert was absolutely beautiful!

A very new hotel with larger-than-life rooms and beds that feel like apartments. The location is midway between Shapotou and Zhongwei City, so it may not be ideal for some looking for nightlife, but there are several inexpensive restaurants in walking distance, so it's easy enough to get food. The bus stop of number 2 going to the city and the sand dunes is 5 minutes walk away - just time it right because there's one bus per hour in each direction. There's Chinese-style breakfast included which may not be for everyone but it was filling. Definitely worth the money! Had a blissful rest here and would go back.

This self-guided desert tour is absolutely amazing! The desert scenery is majestic and magnificent, and the afterglow of the setting sun shines on the golden sand dunes, as beautiful as a painting. The campsite facilities are complete and the staff are warm and caring. The food is diverse, the roasted whole lamb is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the aroma is overflowing. Camel riding, sand boarding and other activities are super exciting. Moreover, the self-guided itinerary is free and allows you to deeply experience the charm of the desert. Highly recommended, looking forward to coming again next time!

I stayed during the National Day holiday. They offered pick-up service from the station, and the service was quite good. They generally met all my needs as mentioned in the group chat. The room even had underfloor heating, which was fantastic! I used the air conditioning during the day and the underfloor heating at night. Showering was convenient and clean. The breakfast was plentiful, and the noodles I ordered at the restaurant for lunch (78 yuan) were a large portion, enough for a family of three, and very delicious. The 198 yuan hot pot dinner was honestly quite average; I wouldn't recommend it. The night I stayed, there was a strong desert wind, and the screws on the room's support frame were probably loose, as it rattled for most of the night. I contacted the manager at 1 am, and they responded promptly and were very helpful. I hope the hotel can fix it as soon as possible and check the other rooms, as I plan to go again next year and hope I won't encounter the same problem. Finally, I hope this place continues to improve! I hope they can add more and more activities next year, and I will definitely go again.

The Starry Sky RV we stayed in had plenty of space and was very clean. There was plenty of hot water for washing, and it also had a smart toilet. Although there are not many programs on TV, the mobile phone signal is still very good and there is no problem surfing the Internet. There were only two problems. One was that the motor of the starry sky ceiling curtain was broken and could only be pushed and pulled by hand. The other was that the air conditioner would automatically shut down after heating for a period of time, resulting in a low temperature inside the RV. Fortunately, there is an electric blanket, so heating is basically no problem. The camp staff are enthusiastic and solve problems in a timely manner. We ordered beef hotpot and dry pot cauliflower for dinner at the restaurant. The price was a bit high, but the taste was okay, and there was a lot of beef. The bonfire and fireworks were nice. There is a fee for outdoor stargazing during the peak season, but I didn't participate due to bad weather. It was fun to have unlimited sandboarding. You didn’t need to bring your own sandboard, and you could pick up sand-digging tools in the camp, all of which were very clean. Overall, it's a good campsite. It was just too windy during the May Day holiday.
