3-Star Hotels in Cheltenham

Very good location in the town, just near the model village, hotel guest can get free tickets for the village. Breakfast is great. Staff are quite friendly and nice. Car parking made a few confused, carpark is very limited at daytime, and you need to pay for carpark for hole day because car park is operated by the same company. A lot of cute bees flying around the hotel, some will fly into the room, you may need to shut the window…hah!

The room was clean and tidy, there was a capsule coffee machine to make coffee by yourself, the staff was also very dedicated, the service was good, there was a large grass behind, parking was convenient, to eat dinner at the hotel, you need to book early. It is more than 1 km from town, it is not convenient to walk, it is best to drive there. Overall good!

This season, there is a jockey club that needs to be booked a few months in advance! I also ate two breakfasts without breakfast when I booked! Before taking a bath and adjusting the water temperature, it felt a bit troublesome. After I really used it, I felt very simple! 5 minutes walk should be the city center! The Mousetrap Inn proved to be an excellent choice for our recent getaway. The location is absolutely perfect – just a pleasant walk to the main town, giving us easy access to local attractions, shops, and restaurants while enjoying peaceful surroundings. What truly made our stay memorable was the genuinely friendly staff. From check-in to checkout, every team member was welcoming and helpful, going out of their way to ensure we had everything needed. Their local knowledge and recommendations enhanced our entire visit. The included breakfast was a real highlight and exceptional value. Fresh, well-prepared options with plenty of variety kept us satisfied each morning before exploring. It's rare to find complimentary breakfast that actually exceeds expectations. The inn maintains a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that perfectly matches its charming name. Clean, comfortable accommodations combined with the convenient location made it easy to enjoy both tranquil relaxation and vibrant town center activities. Highly recommended for friendly service, great value, and ideal location.

Spacious room. Quiet. Short distance to Cheltenham Spa train station. Very close to Waitrose. However, no phone signal when in the room. We had to use Hotel wifi which is extremely slow.

The room is OK, the bath water pressure is very low and the water is very small. The staff is not very professional. In addition to the location and price are cheap, it is not recommended.

お部屋はとても広く、掃除も行き割っている印象でした。 フロントの方も皆さん気さくで、英語が不安でも楽しく宿泊ができました、安全面でも問題ないと思います。 ただ、建物自体に年季が入っているので、人の声や歩く音はよく聞こえます笑笑 私たちは気になりませんでしたが、物音に敏感な方は注意してください。とても良い旅になりました。

There was no staff present, only intercom and mobile phone, but was alright. The room and environment was alright for basic needs and one night stay. It'd be better if the heater could be stronger. The toilet of the original room leaked, but the staff acted quickly upon we called, and immediately swapped our room and transferred the refund to me!

Because the guest is 12 minutes away from the hotel, I chose this one. I have lived in other cities in the UK before, OK. This is the first time I have stayed in Cheltenham. The whole is OK. The only thing is that the toilet exhaust fan will make a sound. After the toilet wash tray is boiled and the water is washed, the water flows into the pipe and makes a sound, which is a bit scary.  The traffic is really inconvenient, only the city center of Cheltenham has a bus C to the hotel. It is convenient to buy a car,  opposite a large outlet, WareHouse supermarket. Restaurant burdock is good, but subdivided, HK$195, 10 ANZ. I called Uber/Freehoe twice unavailable. Finally, I returned to the hotel to call the taxi. It was very convenient. I asked the local taxi driver and said that Cheltenham no Uber Support.
