AAnonymous UserWe stayed here for three days and had a wonderful experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—some of the nicest we’ve encountered. A major bonus is the hotel's location, right across from Uxbridge station, making it super convenient for travelers.
The rooms are just the right size. We had four suitcases and were able to open them comfortably inside the room. The hotel also has an elevator, which was a big plus, and they offer daily room cleaning upon request.
Another highlight was their flexibility—since we’re heading to Scotland, they kindly allowed us to store our luggage, which made our trip much easier. Highly recommend staying here!

LLifeThruMyLensGreat little hotel with lots of character. The double room was small but clean and bed was comfy. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room also and easy to use heater/aircon unit. Modern bathroom with shower. The furniture is looking tired and could do with updating. Can’t comment on breakfast as I didn’t have it but overall for a one night stay to attend a party in the area, it was great 👍

GGuest UserThe staff were friendly, and everything was spotlessly clean. The room was spacious enough. Breakfast was decent, but it's advisable to go early. If you arrive at the restaurant around 8:00 or 8:30, there's often no cheese or cold cuts left, and they aren't replenished. Otherwise, it was a perfectly fine hotel.

GGuest UserWell organised check-in system, contact less really. My only complaint would be the noise coming from the people upstairs, clomping around back and forth. Otherwise good location to Terminal 2, pretty straightforward

AAnamorphicCheck in service was excellent. Location, couldn’t ask for anything better.
Breakfast included was poor. Kitchen area had only one small table. Also, only a few cups, which were currently being used by another family so had to wait 30 mins to service ourselves only bread and peanut butter.
Fridge completely empty. 😢

沈沈Borrowed the car to find the homestay near the airport, in the quiet street behind the bath road, two floors, basically can not hear the sound of the aircraft, the bathroom is shared, I do not know if there is a room with an ensuite. For self-check-in, I didn't receive the check-in email. I went to the address and contacted the service phone directly. After confirming the name, I sent the whatapp to give me the password. The house is decorated in a Nordic style and is simple. The room I got has an open kitchen. There is also a public area downstairs with dining table, sofa, microwave and washing machine. Two cars can be parked at the door of the house, on a first-come, first-served basis. There are also parking outside the street. At 8 o'clock in the morning, two people came to clean. At 9 o'clock, I came to ask when I checked out, because my room was the last room she needed to clean, so I later rested in the public area downstairs. Leave at 11 o'clock, of course, I can also give up the room at 11 o'clock. There seemed to be a lot of people coming to live at night, but they all left early in the morning. A transition is still possible for one night.
