Great
GGuest UserGreat place to stay for families with near new facilities across the hotel. Very good breakfast with lots of different choices and friendly staff. The only drawback is the location which is not close to public transport however uber and bolt is quite convenient and can also take the shuttle bus to the airport then connect the tube to anywhere. Overall great and will stay there again.
AAmbaRoGreat location, straight out if the tube station. Room was clean and nice, staff helpful as we left our bags early before coming back to check in later that night after the football. Generally the downstairs reception toilet was dirty and broken and the hall carpets looked like they needed a deep clean. Other than that it was fine for a premier inn.
XXiaofeixiangquanjiafuThe environment is very good, but the room facilities are generally too small, and the bedding and towels are old. The surrounding area is very convenient, with supermarkets, laundry rooms, and restaurants.
YYukayu01Samantha, Zenril were super helpful, well known local travel tips shared. Hotel Location bus to T3 is just 10-15mins away. Dining at the nearest Hounslow West station - bus is 15-20mins away, heavenly food choices there. Walkable distance to Starbucks KFC, of course, uber eats also recommend
Hotel Meal deals valued, worth considering too
Family room size is bigger than Travelxxxx, have spaces for 3 luggage
Jjam 13Well located close to Terminal 2 and not too far from T5 of LHR. We booked as we were on an overnight transfer. The hotel is easily accessed by bus which stops pretty much outside the hotel (T5 use 423, T2 you have a few options as a number of buses pass by and the fare is only £1.75 each way.).
Check in was fast and efficient. Staff friendly and helpful. It's an older hotel but the room was comfortable even if a little tired (no plugs by bedside with no option for charging phone except across on the opposite side of the room)
The hotel offers a few dining options but truthfully, I don't believe they offer value for money. Way too expensive, an even if it is on the edge of London, who in their right mind is willing to pay £8+ for a pint of beer? Pop along to the Three Magpies pub for a good meal and drink options.
We had breakfast included and enjoyed a very diverse selection of cooked and/or continental choices. The breakfast staff were welcoming and friendly. Ten out of ten for them! Would I stay again? Only if the rate was right and breakfast was included.
MM36750****I stay at this hotel every time I go on a business trip. It has an excellent breakfast and convenient transportation, making it my top choice for business travel.
夢夢遊世界The location is very convenient. After getting off the plane, follow blue sign and take Free shuttle and reach Terminal 4 for free. Then, cross a short skybridge, which takes about 5 minutes, and you'll arrive. The front desk was very helpful and gave me a quiet room—absolutely no noise at all. There was a bathtub with strong water pressure, a double bed, and a sofa bed. The two of us didn't disturb each other and slept well. Since I had an early morning flight, I went downstairs, walked through the parking lot for 2 minutes to the bus stop, and took bus 482. like 15 arrived at the airport terminal 5—super smooth. Oh I went downstairs to grab a bite like 11 pm. Very convenient and not expensive! Highly recommended
AAnonymous UserI stayed at the Sheraton Heathrow Hotel and had a very pleasant experience overall.
I took a taxi from the airport and arrived in less than 10 minutes, which only cost a few pounds more than the Hotel Hoppa. For two of us with two large suitcases, this was much more convenient, especially since the bus only runs about once an hour for our timing.
The staff were helpful and friendly, and the hotel offered mince pies and hot chocolate at reception, which was a lovely Christmas welcome. The room was nice and clean, and the bathroom was well equipped with basic toiletries and body lotion.
The bedding was extremely comfortable and we slept very well. We also rented a car from next door, so the location of this hotel was a big plus for us. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable stay near Heathrow.
GGuest UserBooked for convenience. Ended up being perfect location and the restaurant food was really really good with a view of the runway watch planes take off . Bar was also very nice. You can get a pod to the terminal in like 6 mins right outside the hotel. I would stay again when travelling from terminal 5 on a really early flight .
GGuest UserI recently stayed at this hotel for a 3-night visit while travelling to London for medical treatment. I specifically chose this property because it advertised a gym and steam room, which I needed to support my recovery.
Unfortunately, these facilities were completely out of service on arrival, and at no point before or during booking was I informed that they were unavailable. This was extremely disappointing given that these facilities were the main reason for choosing this hotel.
Prior to booking, I had also explained that I have several allergies and requested that something I brought with me be heated up upon arrival. When I asked at reception, the young gentleman was unsure and checked with a colleague, whom I assume was his line manager. Despite the fact that the item could’ve been baby food and that my allergies were noted on my booking, the response was dismissive, and no questions or context were asked, the female receptionist didn’t even look up from the screen as she answered. I fully appreciate the importance of avoiding cross-contamination in hotel kitchens, but the lack of communication or willingness to understand the situation felt unnecessarily unhelpful.
When I raised the issue regarding the closed facilities, the hotel did not provide any solution or meaningful support, and they also failed to respond to Trip.com for more than 24 hours, even though we were due to check out the next morning. This lack of communication made the situation more frustrating and felt very unprofessional.
To their credit, Trip.com stepped in where the hotel didn’t and resolved the issue the best way they could. However, the hotel’s customer service and failure to provide advertised amenities fell well below expectations for a Radisson-branded property.
The room itself was clean, house keeping staff very helpful and attentiveand the location is convenient for Heathrow, but the lack of advertised facilities and the unresponsiveness left a poor impression overall.
I hope the hotel improves their communication and ensures that major facilities shown in listings are actually available to guests, and that staff take more care when dealing with guests who have specific health or dietary needs.
