Great
GGuest UserThis is my second time staying at Meilihun Village, and the place is still very clean and tidy. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, which is very convenient. You can also barbecue and set off fireworks outside. The only drawbacks are that the pillows and mattresses are too soft, and you have to pay for extra pillows.
NNyxLiThis is my second time to stay in this hotel. The hotel locates near the ocean park and the Motobu Watersports Centre, about 1.5 hours driving from Naha. The room is not luxury but tidy and clean, it was spaciously equipped with 2 beds as well as a tatami area. Breakfast here is simple but good enough. We think it is excellence for kids because they can meet horses, goats, dolphins, sea turtles, fishes and birds in the hotel.
We chose this hotel because of the Motobu Genki Village - a watersports centre. We enjoyed canoeing last time and enjoyed sailing this time. We certainly will stay in this hotel again on our next visit to Okinawa.
FFerda YayciLovely place — very clean and peaceful. The check-in point wasn’t at the main building, which could be a little confusing at first. It might be helpful to hang a sign or note to notify guests. The check-in was actually in the next car park building, and the stairs are hidden at the back, so it can be difficult to notice. You might not be able to find anyone there too so in that case it's the best to call provided number or let them know the check in time. Other than that they were very kind and helpful in keeping my bags for a while. Also 10 minutes walk to Blue Cave! Thank you🤍
JJose LoThis hotel is really isolated. If you don’t plan to self-drive, you can hardly go there or take a taxi. The place is peaceful. The spa is really good with Jacuzzi and no one was using it when I were there for 2 nights. The pillow is too hard and am having a neck pain. The room and facilities are really clean. Free breakfast and the taste good.
TThipphasay SaysanaThe worst experience I ever had.
Book pool vila.
The pool is connected with other pool vila customers. So, I think that I can swim cross by. But, got angry by another Japanese customer nearby rudely.
Even though, the pool Vila is a good spot for the view of the bridge. But the long pool it self not meet what it should be.

LLoDuplex residential hotel, because the location is relatively remote, so it is very quiet, clean, there is also a barbecue grill to use, food to bring your own, next to the industrial wind cafe is also very chill

Very Good
GGuest UserI stayed here for two nights for the first time. The location was good for sightseeing in the north, and the hotel amenities were good, so I wanted to use them at home. The bed was just the right firmness, and the sheets were made of waffle fabric, so they felt good to use.
The Kunigami area is rich in nature, and unfortunately the weather was not good on the day we visited, so it was a shame that the stars were not out. I'm sure that if the weather was good, we would have been able to see a beautiful starry sky. I heard that the Yanbaru Kuina was in the vicinity, but unfortunately we were not able to see them, but we were able to hear their cries.
Dinner was by reservation the day before, but when I asked when I arrived on the day, they prepared it for me and it was delicious. There are convenience stores and restaurants near the hotel, but even the closest one takes more than 20 minutes by car, so I recommend making a reservation for meals. However, there is a wide variety of snacks such as cup ramen and sweets in the vending machines, so you can get by with those. On the second night, I bought some local products at the supermarket before arriving and returned to the hotel.
If I go to the north again, I would like to use your services again. Thank you very much.
DDanglars3517Bad things:
- This place is quite far away from city, 12mins driving distance to closest convenience shop
- You must own a car to go there and the driving way to there are nearly no street light, very dark
- The room quite small, it is nearly not possible to live for two people
- Some inserts appear at night but really so clean inside the room, you just have to close your room door asap whenever you open at night
Good things:
- All the things are super new and clean
- Quiet, and it is super comfortable to live in the forest with good facilities
- Cozy bed, strong water and electricity supply
Overall:
I think this is a good place to stay if you do not mind to drive in a dark night. And super recommend someone who wanna taste living in forest with urban city living style (can charge your phone, watch tablet and take a good shower)
NNidoranovaOverall, it's a decent hotel. The location isn't ideal due to the difficulty of crossing the bridge without a car (there are no buses) and the lack of 24-hour grocery stores nearby.
The room was completely white; I felt like I was in a hospital. The pillow was uncomfortable and the air conditioning was poor, but the refrigerator was incredibly loud. I couldn't sleep well there and woke up every 1.5-2 hours. I ended up booking a different hotel, losing two nights' worth of money, but at least I got a good night's sleep there.
I have no complaints about the staff; they were very friendly.
GGuest UserThe room looked clean, but when I walked to the tatami place to see, it was actually full of hair and a lot of sand dust, and then carefully checked the entire room floor, I can only say that there is a lot of dust, a lot of sand and a lot of hair! I can't believe it..... Later, I wiped the floor all over, and the pillow shook the dust before I had a way to rest and would not choose to stay again.
