Negative : The night shift receptionist is very unfriendly and speak in an aggressive tone. Look like he is not happy with his job. This is a service industry and he should be more polite and courteous. He will spoilt the image of this hotel. Management should send him for some people management course otherwise he is not fit for this industry

Really impressive. Chat with them through WeChat. Quick response. Picked us up at airport at 2 am. And dropped us off at 6 am. The hotel is really close to the airport within 5 minutes. In the morning at 6am they prepared breakfast to go in a bag for us too. Just grabbed the bag and eat at airport. Will stay here again next time.

The hotel environment is good, the room is very clean, and there is a healthy hot soup delivered to the door on the night of check-in, which is very heartwarming. There is a KTV next to the hotel but it is not noisy and very quiet when sleeping at night. The front desk lady provided great service, was responsive and solved any problems quickly. We booked an executive double room on the 8th floor, a non-smoking floor. The room size was just right 👍🏼 The newly renovated room had a minimalist style 👍🏼 The room and sheets were quite clean 👍🏼 The only thing to improve was that the smart speaker and TV couldn't connect, so we couldn't watch TV for three nights 👎🏼

It is very convenient to travel by car, eat and visit attractions in the surrounding area. The room is quite big. The floor is higher than the surrounding area and the windows are not blocked. If a large family lives together, connected rooms will be arranged. If you continue to stay, the room will be cleaned and all the bed sheets and quilt covers will be changed.

Pro: The hotel is very near to airport (less than 5min by car) and they offer on pickup/drop off to airport. Con: dirty and dusty. Bathroom has a smell of old toilet pipe (traditional old school toilet with a hold). Shower is right next to toilet bowl so when you shower, everywhere is wet. If you talk about the price for one night of stay while waiting to catch up a flight, and if you’re not picky, it maybe just okay…. Don’t expect much as some photos look different than the real one. ‘You get what you pay for’
