GGuest UserThe location is quite excellent, close to the commercial city and the high-speed rail station. The front desk staff were also very friendly. The room was very clean, the bathroom had a wet/dry separation, and there was even a mini-fridge.

MMantoushouThe hotel is super close to the ancient city attractions, within walking distance to Jinxianmen, Jieyang Confucian Temple, and Chenghuang Temple... The surrounding streets are lively and bustling, so finding food is never an issue, and it's convenient to get to the station. There's also a cinema about 200 meters away, perfect for catching 'A Letter to Grandma'. After the movie, we even visited the filming locations, which really enhanced the experience and left a deep impression.
The room was clean and tidy, with excellent facilities. The front desk staff were friendly and enthusiastic, and they even upgraded our room. Overall, it was a great stay and good value for money.

YYezi，yeziStayed for two days, not far from the attractions, taxi to the far West Lake is only ten yuan, from the West Lake to the historical and cultural district of Zhongshan Road, you can walk, and you will go to the Chenghuang Temple! There is also a Luqian night market near the hotel. Go out and turn right and turn two traffic lights and then turn left for a few hundred meters. It is a little far to walk to the destination!

GGuest UserI came to Chaoshan with my friends. I wanted to stay in Puning for two days to eat and go shopping. I asked to help arrange a clean room with a larger space. The front desk said that we could upgrade for free. The service was good and we took the initiative to upgrade. I also enthusiastically helped find the location and introduced some fun and delicious places. Takeaway can also let the robot help to the door, the good feeling is full ☺️ The service is good and the mood is good. The room is well lit and ventilated. There is no smell. The floor is higher and you can see some night scenes at night. I heard that the night life here is rich. It is really lively to go shopping at night. Hahaha. It is recommended to go to the food stalls and snack streets. Fresh and delicious. Chicken stew ate beef hot pot ate sausage powder ate fried bean dried steamed vegetables ate, it was a little less to play, then long meat hahaha relax, two days leisurely live happy eat happy have fun ～

MM507600****I originally promised a five-star review, but after thinking it over, I'm too upset not to deduct points. The 'facilities' category absolutely deserves the lowest possible rating – terrible, really awful, exceptionally bad!!!
For a hotel of this size, the air conditioning is unbelievably one-way: only cold air!!! The very night I arrived, it made me catch a chill and start having diarrhea. I felt completely miserable, which ruined my plans to visit Hotan Jade the next day. For two whole days, all I could do was take my medicine on time; I couldn't eat anything! The more I think about it, the angrier I get. What a wasted trip – all that time, energy, and money spent on travel, flights, accommodation, and the worst part is the suffering I endured!!!
I honestly haven't often come across a hotel that only has cold air conditioning and no heating. This stay not only broadened my horizons but also brought me the torment of illness.

MMingming-This is my second stay here. The hotel is conveniently located near a trade city, making it easy to find food. The public areas are spacious and bright, and the rooms are clean, tidy, and odor-free. The attention to detail is impressive, and the service is excellent. The mattress is soft and comfortable, the hot water supply is ample and stable, and the facilities are well-maintained, providing a fantastic user experience. I felt safe and comfortable during my stay.

GGuest UserThe room is spacious and comfortable, the bedding is comfortable, and the various configurations are novel and complete. The room itself is very cost-effective! The staff also have a good sense of service and a friendly attitude. The downside is that the breakfast is a bit simple. Another thing is that the hotel rooms are only on the 5th and 6th floors, while the 3rd and 4th floors are Vienna International (it is said that both floors belong to the same owner). The hotel elevator is not exclusive and feels a bit messy, which is a flaw! But the hotel itself is rare in Puning, and the stay was very comfortable and satisfactory!

However, the hotel service has significant room for improvement:
1. The front desk staff and security guards didn't greet me proactively, and there was no smiling service.
2. Check-out was at 8:10 AM, and both front desk staff were asleep at their desks. When guests woke them, they were still drowsy…
I hope the hotel can drastically improve its service quality…

Hygiene: I don’t see any problems ~ everything is within the normal range.
Facilities: Very complete! The curtains can be opened and closed by voice control, which is very good. You can basically watch various TV channels and variety shows!
