CChangfengThis was my first stay at an Atour Hotel, and the facilities were all new and very comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located just a 10-minute drive from the airport terminal, and the service was quite good. However, there aren't many shops or businesses around the hotel, which makes it inconvenient to go out for a stroll in the evening. I'd suggest the hotel could further optimize its service details, for example, the lobby trash cans were hard to find without asking a staff member, and the hotel signage seemed to have a font that was a bit too small, making it easy to miss if you're not paying close attention.

MM38076****The room was spacious, but the pillows weren't very comfortable. The cleanliness was acceptable, but not meticulous. It was easy to catch a taxi right outside, and I was able to arrange a one-hour late check-out with the front desk due to my travel schedule.

WWugengfuThe breakfast ingredients are fresh and varied, with Chinese and Western food. I tried both. The fruit actually has Chaoshan olives đŤ, which are Chaoshan specialties, and the soup noodles have Chaoshan special rice noodles.

Near the high-speed rail station, the transportation is convenient and fast.
Hygiene: The sheets are clean and tidy, and there are two pillows to choose from, hard and soft. The key is clean and hygienic.
Environment: There is no noise around, and you can sleep until you wake up naturally.
Service: The service is super good. About 30 minutes after checking in, the waiter gave me a small surprise and sent me a box of fresh fruit.
Facilities: The hotel facilities and equipment are all new, smart curtains, and light control systems.

GGuest UserThe price/performance ratio is very high. The hotel is very quiet with soundproof glass installed. The bedding is very comfortable. The shower water pressure is very strong and comfortable. What is unexpected is that the room lady is warm and thoughtful. She helps to wash and dry the clothes in the laundry basket and deliver them to the door of the room. The hotel breakfast is also very good.

What's more important is that there is a park outside the window, and the scenery is nice. The location of the hotel is OK, and the places I want to eat and play are very close. I like the door of the hotel, which is very grand, but I don't understand why the shower room and the toilet have the same door. One disadvantage is that there are often people passing by the park outside the window, which is quite noisy, especially in the morning...

GGuest UserWe took the whole family out for a trip, and the spacious parking here saved us a lot of trouble. The house was bright and airy with excellent air circulation. The towels and bath towels were extremely clean, with no trace of disinfectant smell. The whole family was very comfortable staying here. We'll definitely choose this place for our future family trips.

GGuest UserLet me give an objective review. Jieyang Hotel, from what I remember, used to be the officially designated hotel for hosting visiting dignitaries back in the day. Time has passed, and I stayed there once over ten years ago; the facilities were old, with a typical planned economy era decor. Recently, I was on a business trip and wanted a hotel close to my destination. Jieyang Hotel popped up in the search results, and the pictures looked decent. After checking in, it definitely met my expectations. The brand new walnut wood decor is right up my alley. It has its own parking lot, which is convenient, and they even gave us two breakfast vouchers for the kids, who had an absolute blast. There's also a gym and a small park-like recreational area. Overall, it has completely overturned my previous stereotype of Jieyang Hotel. Oh, and yes, there's even a Kung Fu tea set. While not exquisite, it perfectly fulfilled my essential need for tea when traveling.
