GGuest UserThis was my second stay at this hotel in the new district, and I was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. The hotel's exterior is understated, but once you step into the lobby, it's stylishly minimalist, complete with a self-service tea area that creates a tranquil and comfortable ambiance.
The room was spacious and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding that made it easy to relax.
The bathroom featured a separate wet and dry area, and the amenities were of good quality.
The staff were warm and attentive, providing thoughtful assistance from check-in to check-out. The breakfast was diverse and plentiful, a great mix of Chinese and Western options, all made with fresh ingredients.
The location is excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere.
Finally, a special shout-out: during our stay, we couldn't open our suitcase. The front desk arranged for an engineer to come, and although he was young, he was very experienced. I was ready to just break the lock, but he patiently examined it and eventually managed to open it for me! We were genuinely surprised and very impressed! 👍
Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this is an ideal choice, and I highly recommend it!

CChangfengThis was my first stay at an Atour Hotel, and the facilities were all new and very comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located just a 10-minute drive from the airport terminal, and the service was quite good. However, there aren't many shops or businesses around the hotel, which makes it inconvenient to go out for a stroll in the evening. I'd suggest the hotel could further optimize its service details, for example, the lobby trash cans were hard to find without asking a staff member, and the hotel signage seemed to have a font that was a bit too small, making it easy to miss if you're not paying close attention.

RrurufzI rarely review hotels, but this one truly deserves praise.
First off, the room was spotless and well-organized, with a smart wet/dry separation in the bathroom – excellent attention to detail. If the in-room drinking water wasn't enough, I could easily grab more from the lobby anytime, which was very convenient.
We were a bit worried about the local food in Jieyang, so we specifically chose this hotel that included both breakfast and dinner, not expecting much for the price. But to our surprise, the dinner spread was incredibly rich and diverse, no skimping at all! I especially loved the stewed soups; there were several flavors to choose from.
A very satisfying stay, highly recommended!

SSZZYFThe hotel is at the entrance of the highway, easy to find! The hotel is nice, clean and hygienic, but there is no luggage stand. It can only be placed on the floor. It is inconvenient to get up and down to get things. Older people are afraid of fainting. The swimming pool opens at 3 p.m., and you can enter with your room card. I checked out the Chaoshan raw pickled food at the nearby Internet celebrity. It tastes good, but you have to check the number of dishes when you check out. You know it when you are away from home!

MMeimiaodexuanlv_We arrived earlier than the check-in time and asked if we could check in early one day in advance and got a positive response. On the day of check-in, we were upgraded to a deluxe room because the room had not been cleaned yet. Five stars for the service of the guy who checked us in that day.
The room is large, the facilities are intact, and the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. It has everything you need, which is good.

AAnonymous UserOur stay at this hotel was quite good. The decor was nice, the room was clean with no strange odors, and it had great natural light. In the evenings, they even brought fresh fruit and snacks, which was a lovely touch.
The service was very attentive; anything we needed was just a phone call away. The hotel's location is easy to find and convenient for getting around, with a commercial food street right nearby.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely choose this hotel again if I bring my parents to visit.
