The front desk staff are also very friendly, and the hotel offers both above-ground and underground parking. There's a good variety of breakfast options, and it's not far from the commercial district either!

PPokatokateWhat an excellent hotel. It appears to be relatively new, so it was a real treat to sleep in fresh, crisp sheets, and I loved the supportive, firmer mattress. The blackout curtains and double-glazed windows were excellent too, making it easy to get a great night's sleep off the plane.
Unfortunately, I missed breakfast, so I can't comment on that, but the Italian drip coffee bags provided in the room were more than enough to get me caffeinated and ready for my meetings. Room service being delivered by a robot was an unexpected novelty and definitely added a bit of fun to the stay.
The front desk staff were exceptional. They went out of their way to help me order takeaway and organise a DiDi to the nearby train station, making everything effortless despite the language barrier. The weather outside was hot and humid, but it never affected my comfort inside. The air conditioning worked brilliantly, cooling the room with a natural feel and without the usual noisy rattling that many hotel units have.
The DIY laundry was another unexpected bonus. With the humid weather requiring more outfit changes than I'd anticipated, being able to wash and dry my clothes was incredibly convenient. The gym was also well equipped and a great alternative to running outside in the heat or getting lost.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again on future trips.

GGuest UserThe overall ambiance of the hotel is very comfortable. As soon as I entered the room, there was no stuffy smell, indicating that the housekeeping did a very thorough job. The front desk staff are efficient and patiently answer any questions or requests. There's a convenience store very close by downstairs, which can meet all daily needs.

VVinsonPTraveling to Jieyang, I ended up choosing this hotel, and it was a great experience. The room was very clean, and there's a parking lot downstairs with EV charging stations. There are plenty of takeaway options nearby, and you can also walk to enjoy local Chaoshan specialty snacks.

GGuest UserI came to Chaoshan with my friends. I wanted to stay in Puning for two days to eat and go shopping. I asked to help arrange a clean room with a larger space. The front desk said that we could upgrade for free. The service was good and we took the initiative to upgrade. I also enthusiastically helped find the location and introduced some fun and delicious places. Takeaway can also let the robot help to the door, the good feeling is full ☺️ The service is good and the mood is good. The room is well lit and ventilated. There is no smell. The floor is higher and you can see some night scenes at night. I heard that the night life here is rich. It is really lively to go shopping at night. Hahaha. It is recommended to go to the food stalls and snack streets. Fresh and delicious. Chicken stew ate beef hot pot ate sausage powder ate fried bean dried steamed vegetables ate, it was a little less to play, then long meat hahaha relax, two days leisurely live happy eat happy have fun ～

WWendyVV**The hotel's location is fantastic, very close to the Confucius Temple and the ancient city. The food festivals on both sides are open late, so you'll never go hungry. The staff are also very enthusiastic and provide excellent service. The room was clean, tidy, and featured smart controls. Overall, a great stay.
