Service was absolutely perfect 💯! The front desk staff were incredibly warm, efficient, and always ready to help. The room was spotless, the bedding was super comfortable, and the location was fantastic – so convenient for dining and shopping. They even offered thoughtful late-night snacks. Excellent value for money, highly recommended!

The hotel's breakfast selection is extensive and complete, offering a wide variety of hot and cold dishes, pastries, grains, fruits, and beverages. All ingredients are fresh, and the food tastes genuinely good. This stay far exceeded my expectations; everything about it was delightful. The front desk staff were gentle and patient, handling check-in efficiently. They meticulously answered all my questions, even patiently providing recommendations for local specialty foods. The service quality is better than some five-star hotels. The lobby also offers complimentary coffee, cookies, and juice, which is a lovely touch. On the sixth floor, there's a laundry room and a gym. The room was sparkling clean, the bed was soft and comfortable, and it was quiet, ensuring excellent rest quality.

The moment I pulled into the hotel parking lot, a kind, white-haired old gentleman warmly guided me to a spot. His skillful directions made even this 20-year veteran driver feel inadequate! After I parked, he enthusiastically shared tips on local attractions, where to find great food, and how to get around. It was my first taste of Jieyang's incredible hospitality! At the front desk, Ms. Liang was even more wonderfully thoughtful. She personally showed us the rooms, and even upgraded our room type. She carefully explained the breakfast and dinner times and locations, and even sent us a list of popular sights and delicious local eats in Jieyang. We felt right at home, it was so convenient – kudos to Ms. Liang! The evening buffet and breakfast were truly highlights of the hotel, and they were included in the room rate. The extensive array of food was incredibly appetizing; it's a shame I was so busy enjoying it that I forgot to take photos. Everything I've said above is 100% true. This trip to Jieyang truly made me feel the genuine sincerity and warmth Jieyang people have for their guests, along with their innate entrepreneurial spirit!

This was my second stay at this hotel in the new district, and I was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. The hotel's exterior is understated, but once you step into the lobby, it's stylishly minimalist, complete with a self-service tea area that creates a tranquil and comfortable ambiance. The room was spacious and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding that made it easy to relax. The bathroom featured a separate wet and dry area, and the amenities were of good quality. The staff were warm and attentive, providing thoughtful assistance from check-in to check-out. The breakfast was diverse and plentiful, a great mix of Chinese and Western options, all made with fresh ingredients. The location is excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere. Finally, a special shout-out: during our stay, we couldn't open our suitcase. The front desk arranged for an engineer to come, and although he was young, he was very experienced. I was ready to just break the lock, but he patiently examined it and eventually managed to open it for me! We were genuinely surprised and very impressed! 👍 Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this is an ideal choice, and I highly recommend it!

The location is quite excellent, close to the commercial city and the high-speed rail station. The front desk staff were also very friendly. The room was very clean, the bathroom had a wet/dry separation, and there was even a mini-fridge.

The hotel's location is very close to attractions, and its design consistently features an orange theme. Upon checking in, I was initially given a room facing the street, which was incredibly noisy. I then requested a room change to the other side, which was much quieter, but the view was blocked by other buildings, making it feel a bit claustrophobic. What I found most unbearable was the unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. The next day, I quickly moved to the Shuchen Hotel across the street, which felt a bit more upscale and even included breakfast and dinner. Additionally, the hotel gym only had two treadmills, which was a bit sparse.

I came to Chaoshan with my friends. I wanted to stay in Puning for two days to eat and go shopping. I asked to help arrange a clean room with a larger space. The front desk said that we could upgrade for free. The service was good and we took the initiative to upgrade. I also enthusiastically helped find the location and introduced some fun and delicious places. Takeaway can also let the robot help to the door, the good feeling is full ☺️ The service is good and the mood is good. The room is well lit and ventilated. There is no smell. The floor is higher and you can see some night scenes at night. I heard that the night life here is rich. It is really lively to go shopping at night. Hahaha. It is recommended to go to the food stalls and snack streets. Fresh and delicious. Chicken stew ate beef hot pot ate sausage powder ate fried bean dried steamed vegetables ate, it was a little less to play, then long meat hahaha relax, two days leisurely live happy eat happy have fun ～

I booked a double room at the Rongjiang Hotel with my friends for our trip to Jieyang. As an older hotel, I was initially worried it might be dated, but my concerns were completely unfounded once we checked in. What I liked most was the free underground parking. All you have to do is scan a QR code when you check out, which was incredibly convenient for us driving, saving us the hassle of finding a parking spot. We stayed in a room in the annex building. While it didn't have a river view, the room size was just right, and the layout was practical. The bed was a bit firm, but overall, it was clean and tidy, perfectly adequate for a regular stay. The hotel staff were warm and attentive, with thoughtful details like a tourist map of Jieyang Ancient City. It's also super easy to find food nearby; I highly recommend heading straight to Dongpanzhai Road intersection for handmade noodles after waking up – the beef rice and beef brisket noodles are absolutely amazing! This stay exceeded my expectations; it was great value for money, and my friends and I had a wonderful trip.

I've been on a business trip in Puning for a few months now, and I always stay here. The front desk ladies are all very polite, especially the one on May 18th around 6 PM. The other one, who I think works the morning shift, wasn't there, but both front desk ladies are very enthusiastic. They brought me mung bean soup and 'goodnight milk.' And because I had trouble with my legs due to gout, they even offered to have the housekeeping staff pick up my laundry from my door to wash it for me.

My husband lives here every time he goes back to his hometown. The room is clean and tidy. It is very convenient to put luggage and put things. There are many snacks in cotton lake, red-footed oysters, tree vegetables, and fried birds next to the telecommunications bureau, all delicious!
