Okinawa Kariyushi Beach Resort Ocean Spa
"Enjoy our 2 night stay, value for money. Great breakfast. Reasonable Parking fee of 500 Yen per day"
The Orion Hotel Motobu Resort & Spa
"Breakfast was included and had a great spread. We also enjoyed the beach that was steps from the resort and was very clean, had beautiful sand and water. There was also the outdoor pool and a fun Orion gift shop. There’s welcome drinks and we got to try Orion Watta. The room was clean and the view we had was amazing. Steps from the aquarium and a Family Mart as well. R"
Hotel Oceans Nakijin
"Great sea view, the boss's breakfast is also delicious"
Hilton Okinawa Sesoko Resort
"The hotel is very beautiful. The rooms, the facilities, the common areas. It is a plus they have complimentary water and iced/hot water dispensers in each floor. the spa was SO fantastic, although children are very very noisy. However, the jacuzzi is all worth it. The beach is VERY pretty, fantastic for a stroll. The room has a glorious sea view, and the bed, table and chairs, safety box, bathroom are top notch. The only but I would give to the room is that the bed is a bit too soft (mattress). Pillows, bedding, etc … lux quality. The parking facilities are fantastic too!! Overall we had a great stay. Arigato!!"
Hotel Mahaina Wellness Resort Okinawa
"Rooms felt very dated. Location was okay with food just downstairs. Other than that, not much interesting amenities. Parking gets filled up fast."
Yambaru Experience Hotel Nunganiku
"We arrived there on a cold day and were shocked that the slippers were not provided, because the floor was freezing cold. To register we had to know an identification (or similar) number which was not in the emails, but when we called to the "receprionist", they provided it. The registration took us about 15 minutes. We got a room in building F and it was the furtherst from the main building with the microwave. Even the bigger size room was small and it was inconvinient to move around for 2 people espesially staying for two nights was a mistake of ours. Upsetting was that there are roads on all sides of the trailers' area, the camp area was near the river and the view was better there."
Lit Hotel Nakijin
"The check-in process was a breeze as the front desk staff spoke Chinese, which was very convenient. There's also free parking downstairs, and a supermarket right across the street – perfect for grabbing some late-night snacks!"
Royal View Hotel Churaumi
"The room here was average-sized although a bit less walkable space compared to the other hotels. The cleanliness was pretty good except for some places in the bedroom that had a bit of scratches on furniture, but it isn’t that concerning since it’s mostly just scratches from luggage. The bathroom was great, but the floor was a bit lifted and a bit less stable than the bedroom floor. Other than that, the bathroom had the amenities you would expect with a pretty decent water pressure and a smart toilet. The breakfast here was also great. Overall, this place is a great place for the price point it is at and I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends."
Marine Piazza Okinawa
"This resort is a bit older, and you can tell the facilities have some age to them. The bathroom lighting was dim, and the shower curtain had an odor. I guess because most guests are Japanese, everyone uses the public bath, so not many people shower in their rooms. The room was super spacious, even with a Japanese-style tatami area. Kids would definitely love it here; there were lots of Japanese families with children during my stay. The hotel is right next to Genki Village, and I highly recommend checking out their dolphin interaction program. It's also a short drive to Sesoko Island for swimming. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices."

Tabinoteitaku Okinawa Nakijin Homann Concept
"The self-check-in instructions were very clear, the environment was beautiful, the privacy was high, the facilities were clean and complete, the space was spacious, and the kitchen utensils were all available so we could cook our own meals. The whole family thoroughly enjoyed the experience."
Kouriisland Hotel Cava
"A small and cozy resort hotel. The cat-foot bathtub was cute and I was excited. Amenity goods and other equipment were also a great selection for travel lovers. You can enjoy the Balinese resort feeling. The hammock on the veranda is the best. The location is also good. The service of the staff was also good. This is a hotel I want to visit again."
Yawn Yard Kouri Island
"The hotel has welcome drinks The front desk sister is very warm and greets me very carefully to explain the room~ The equipment knows that I will automatically send two beers on my birthday~ I have a sense of ritual."
Kafuu Resort Fuchaku Condo Hotel
"This hotel is located right in Onna Village. You can walk just a few dozen meters and cross the road to reach the beach. The hotel has its own lounge area, offering complimentary drinks and coffee. The beach here is lovely, with calm waters and soft sand. It's also very close to the diving spots in Onna Village, and drivers can even pick you up directly from the hotel. The rooms are spacious and well-designed. There's a Chinese-speaking staff member at the front desk. Each room is equipped with a clothes dryer, so your swimsuits dry quickly after a swim when hung on the rack. Rooms also feature a balcony. On every floor, there are water dispensers in the stairwells, along with vending machines for drinks. There are several restaurants located near the hotel."
Halekulani Okinawa
"Amazing experience at Halekulani Okinawa. The resort is stunning, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. The rooms are spacious with a luxurious feel, offering breathtaking ocean views and thoughtful touches everywhere. Dining was another highlight. The breakfast selection was excellent, and every meal was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable getaway in Okinawa. I can’t wait to return!"
Private Condo Kourijima by Coldio Smart Resort
"This is the best hotel I ever stayed. Have a nice view and spacious. Very relaxing when staying at this hotel. Instruction to check in and be further improve with a guide and map where is the location of the check in tablet."
Miyuki Hamabaru Resort
"Although a bit older, it's very clean. It's right next to the beach and has its own pool, offering great value for money."
One Suite the Terrace
"We were able to relax in a truly wonderful room! We are grateful for the kind and helpful service from all the staff. The Motobu beef BBQ was also very satisfying! We were a group of three (9-year-old, 13-year-old, and 2 adults), and we ordered BBQ for three people. We even asked for seconds of rice, but the portion was more than enough to fill us up! The room had an ocean view, and we could even see Kouri Bridge from the bath – it was a spectacular view!"
Resort Villa Motobu
"The B&B is located next to the road. There are no curtains in the room. I woke up at dawn. Cars were driving by and it was very noisy. There is a supermarket nearby, and the only advantage is that there is a stove to cook. Will not book again"
Aquasense Hotel & Resort
"The hotel is new and clean overall. The breakfast is Chinese style, with a wide selection and decent taste. The jacuzzi in the room is great, and bath salts are readily available in the lobby. The only downside is that the hotel doesn't have any other facilities besides the swimming pool. It cost over 2,000 yuan per night when I booked, which is on the expensive side."
BATON SUITE OKINAWA KOURI Island
"Goodgood"
Rizzan Sea Park Hotel Tancha Bay
"I had a decent stay here. The hotel is nicely located and has a lot of different restaurants and facilities for guests. I particularly liked the BBQ restaurant. It was a nice surprise getting dinner discount vouchers and also a massage voucher. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The only thing that was a let down was the lack of water replacement in the rooms. I got a voucher for one bottle of mineral water, but not enough for each day. The hotel is also very dated and needs a revamp. The room had a bit of a smell in it, and lots of stains on the carpet. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, but the food at times tasted a bit stale. The hotel has potential of being exceptional if they took time to renovate the rooms and make minor adjustments to breakfast. Overall I had a good stay."
One Suite the Grand
"Long time traveller, first time reviewer. I was absolutely compelled to write this glowing review, as it took a lot of digging to even discover this hotel online, given the hotel's strong Asian focus and our family being from Australia. Indeed, when we were warmly greeted, we were told by our lovely host that we were the first Australian family to ever stay here. So in writing this, I hope it helps the hotel attract more international clientele. From the moment we were greeted (by the wonderful Akiko, who happened to have spent time in Australia and spoke excellent English), to the moment we departed, the hotel couldn't have been more perfect. The architecture and design, the furniture, the brilliant views, the stunning and quaint Kouri Island setting (beautiful beaches, very good snorkelling), all made for a brilliant first impression. Then to our room where the impression continued - spacious, beautifully appointed with many inclusions, and as the hotel was quite new, everything worked perfectly. Next, the restaurant, a beautiful space with stunning views over the ocean, served as a perfect setting for truly brilliant high end Japanese cuisine. Freshness and flavour in the food was paramount and the generosity was almost too much - sometimes we struggled to finish everything. And if you are a wine or sake lover, then you are in for a treat. We took the all inclusive package given the restaurant is quite expensive for Okinawa (but quite reasonable for high-end Japan), thinking of course that the wine and sake included would be modest at best. But we were absolutely blown away by a magnificently curated collection of wine and sake that were all included. Guided by food pairings by the sommelier, we were presented with an amazing selection of top Champagnes, Burgundies, Bordeaux and Italian wines, as well as serious high end sakes. As a wine professional, I was absolutely blown away and it made the whole experience truly memorable, as well as unbelievably good value. One word of advice - whilst the hotel has stunning views of the ocean, it isn't on the beach. However, it is just a 15 minute walk, 5 minute e-bike ride (available at the hotel), or just take a complimentary lift from the resort staff. Thank you to the wonderful staff for a truly memorable stay. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough."
Okuma Private Beach & Resort
"Very clean and reasonably priced. The buffet breakfast was exceptional. Crowd the street and you’re on the beach."
