Has parking space but the lots are stacked (in a square) and another car might block you from coming out if you are parked in the inner square. it is mandatory to leave all the car keys at lobby. I assume that this is so, others can shift ur car if they need to get out of the parking (if your car is blocking theirs) Check-in was abit confusing, there is no one manning the lobby desk and the instructions are to call a phone number (so if you book this accoms, make sure you have a korean phone number that can make calls). After calling, the person answering is not able to communicate in English, he used a digital translator (tagged to the call) to communicate. I was instructed to leave car keys on the lobby desk and take my check-in key from the desk. Although the desk is un-manned, there are plenty of CCTVs around the place. The room was spacious and nice and it was an urban room design. The toilet was also very spacious, however there is no door to separate the shower area, so the whole toilet might become wet during showers. When i first arrived, i found a roll of toilet paper on the floor, not too sure how that happened….. The fridge didnt have a light inside, but the inside was still cold but it was also winter season so we couldnt tell whether the fridge was working or not. The room has an aircon and heater that works well. check out was smooth, we just left the keys on the counter and left.

This time we stayed in a sea view room at the I-AN Hotel. Although the hotel isn't large, it's very cozy and the service is excellent. We felt very comfortable and satisfied during our stay. The hotel provides snacks and instant noodles every day. Enjoying breakfast on the balcony in the morning while watching the sea view was delightful. A special shout-out to Mr. Ahn at the front desk; his Chinese is exceptionally fluent, and he's incredibly kind, providing us with a lot of help. The kids absolutely adored him; he chatted with them and taught them origami. They'd get so excited and run to him whenever they saw him. Thank you, Mr. Ahn, for your help. You made us feel right at home in Jeju Island and left us with a wonderful impression of the place. Thank you, and I hope we can meet again next time! 😄

Good location, esay to locate by GPS by just typing OROJEJU . We can see sun rises and Sunset at same location just across the road at the sea shores. Lady owner very friendly, apartment is very clean, spacious with full facilities including all kinds of cooking wares. Good Internet connectivity . She provided fruit basket, drinks with welcome note. We are very impressed 🙏 All tapes with hot and cold water supplies , the water pressure is very strong. We had comfortable shower each day. Value for money, highly recommended . 😊

The owner was quite warm and friendly! You can see Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak right from the window, and it's absolutely beautiful in the morning. In the evening, you can also get some stunning sunset photos from below Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak. It was a really great experience.

I went to ICC Jeju for GCIM 2025 conference. This hotel is just 10 minutes walking distance from the ICC. The staff is very cooperative and kind. He can also speak English. The room service and cleaning fascilities are best 👍.

Victory Story Hotel is located in Seogwipo, about a 10-minute walk from Maeil Olle Market. There's a ginseng chicken soup restaurant next to the hotel, and a GS25 and 7-Eleven just a short walk away, so the hotel boasts excellent amenities nearby. The hotel also provides a washing machine, which is a much-needed facility for guests staying multiple nights. The only minor drawback is that the room is a bit small; once you open two large suitcases, there's not much space to walk around. Additionally, there was a slight hiccup during check-in. Since the hotel shares its front desk with another hotel, we initially went to the wrong counter. After we finished checking in, another group of guests also made the same mistake.

Room size is sufficient, location is slightly isolated, no shops near by, nearest CU is 5-10 mins drive out (hotel has its own small convenient store). Came in Mid Feb, weather is around 5-10 degrees, however hotel practice that they do not on the aircon, and also do not provide controller. Personally felt it was a little stuffy, so had to open the window through the night.

A wonderful family-friendly stay! Venga Stay offers clean, spacious rooms with two double beds and great distant views of the sea or mountains. It's tucked away from downtown next to a busy road, but the rooms and the communal area are surprisingly quiet. The amenities are great—featuring a free swimming pool, (paid) bike rentals, a convenience store, and an on-site café. Just note that breakfast requires a day-ahead reservation (with a few good options available). The highlight, however, was the incredible staff who were always friendly and helpful. We would gladly stay here again!

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The location is superb, right next to Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak, so you can easily catch the sunrise in the morning. It's also not far from Udo Island, just a 15-minute walk. The owner is incredibly warm and accommodating, always ready to help with anything you need. Highly recommended!

Good location, parking close by as well as some parking at the hotel. The rooms were clean (bathroom could do with a bit of renovation), comfortable and spacious. The cleaning is every 3 days but fresh water and towels given everyday. We had a kitchen in our room but no way of utalising it as there were no pots, pans or cutlery.
