The location is absolutely fantastic, and the kitchen is well-equipped. However, the cleanliness was a bit subpar; perhaps due to the damp and cold, there was an odor in the room. Overall, it was still a good stay, and I would consider staying here again next time.

Clean and comfortable, perfect accoms! The water pressure was great, and everything in the accoms were very clean. Wifi connection was really fast too! Towels were provided and it was clean and had a nice scent. There is a fridge, freezer, induction stove and all cooking pans, so you can cook your own food if you want to. The self check-in and check-out process was smooth and quick, very convenient! Location-wise, it is quite okay as there are a few good places to eat nearby. If you have a car, it is just about 10min drive to Brinchang where there are lots of food. Lastly, the hosts (Jason and Wendy), are very prompt in replying and very nice - Jason ensured all the smooth check-in and check-out process, as well as recommended lots of good food places for us to try, which we did and they were yummy indeed! Don't hesitate to book this accoms if you visit CH, 100% highly recommended and will book again if come! 🥳

I booked the bunker bed for one night in mixed gender dorm. The location is great. Right next to the Cameron Highland clock tower thingy. It was clean and had a dedicated fan which was really good to have. The atmosphere was amazing. Everything smelled good. There was enough luggage storage space available and a personal safe/locker as well (included in the booking). Dining area, waiting lounge, kitchen and toilets were up to the mark for me (considering it’s a budget stay). Nothing super fancy but, all I wanted was a good night sleep before next day. Hotel staff is super easy on you. You can find food or anything easily and it’s just a short walk away. Just two things I’d like to suggest: 1. Using toilet barefoot isn’t my thing. Having a pair of slippers would’ve been great. 2. I didn’t bring any personal towel with me cuz normally hotel provides them but they didn’t.

Although the apartment is strategically located near many eateries and within walking distance to Centrum Market, the overall stay was disappointing. The apartment is clearly rundown and poorly maintained. The wooden flooring is scratched after long-term use and easily traps dirt. Even though we wore slippers indoors throughout the stay, it still felt unhygienic. We booked a 3bed 3bath unit; while the toilet seat was clean, the inside of the toilet was very dirty. Overall cleanliness was barely acceptable, with many areas appearing insufficiently cleaned. In addition, two of the bathroom water heaters were not working properly, which affected basic usage. I believe this is a unit-specific issue. In unit 302, the Wi-Fi connection was only available at the entrance area near the main door. Once you move further into the living area or bedrooms, the Wi-Fi is not accessible at all. As a result, the TV was also unusable, as it requires a Wi-Fi connection to function. We were later offered a unit exchange to unit 308. Nevertheless new unit offered stable Wi-Fi, slightly clean toilet and all water heater works. However, unit 308 had a noticeable damp and moldy smell in the room. End up we choose to remain at our original unit. Although the staff were helpful and made efforts to assist us, the issues with the old facilities and partially non-functional amenities remained. If you are able to tolerate these shortcomings, the place may still be acceptable.

Its nice view but upon check in at 6pm, the bedsheets is dirty and i had to wait more than 30mins for the staff to ocme and change to new one. The sink are not functioning well, leaking. The wall of the bathroom is very dirty and mushy. Lucky i only stay for 1night.

We booked a rental car + driver from KL to cameron. You will definitely have to find your own transport to come up here. The stay was amazing given the view and lucky or not it rained alot on second night which gave a really mysterious view. The breakfast spread was sufficient and nice, but dinner is definitely not enough. We brought our own ingredients for the hotpot and luckily we did or else we would be hungry! The chicken soup was better than the Tom Yum though. Dinner is served from 7pm-9pm, iYou can also request for midnight snacks (10-11pm). Oh and outdoor movies starts at 9pm! We stayed at Nest Caravan, the van looks so small but fits 4 perfectly. The toilet is really squeeze though and has an odd smell despite them putting a diffuser inside already. Would recommend showering at the shared bathroom which is large and clean. One tip is dont shower when its fully occupied because the water temp turns hot & cold which makes it hard to shower in this 16-20 degrees weather. And please follow the house rules and not eat inside the van, I believe the previous occupants might have eaten something so there were some baby cockroaches but the staff were prepared with the spray. I got to say the staff service was the best experience of all. there is a bell inside the van that you can call them but they kind of have to make 2 trips up (1 to see what you, 2 to get you what you need). Alternatively you can whatsapp their main hotline and they will inform accordingly. But their hospitality and service really made the overall experience worth while! Staying 2 nights allowed us to fully enjoy the space!! Prepare RM200 for deposit per unit for the caravans and tents~ it will be refunded upon checkout unless they see anything spoil or if you did not clean up the own food you brought. Nontherless, really enjoyed the stay especially during christmas! The morning view is amazing~

The view was great. But the location is so far away from the main town. Like 15 min up to the hills. So at night, it will be very dark. We really dont like the room. We do not sleep there that night and decide to book another hotel at brinchang. Because I have a baby and I'm afraid the baby will not sleep well at night. For someone who looking a peacefull and quite place. Yeah... you can gi here There will be no bfast provided. So we book another hotel with breakfast.

The location is very strategic and convenient. However, cleanliness could be improved as it felt somewhat unhygienic. There were also no basic cooking facilities like a rice cooker or pot provided. Overall, the experience was just okay.

This is my second times to stay here and I had few nights stay for this round and liked this apartment spacecious and clean. The maintainance guy Mr Noyon is a down to earth person and helpful. He came few times to help me when I needed asssist on the key box, the TV as well as changing the bulk light in the washroom. You feel like home for the enviroment here as TV at the living room and pantry too This apartment in a strategic location about 5 mins drive to Tanah Rata area and Bus station. By the way, It is hastle free to feed your tummy as there are some local food restaurants and convenience stalls It is a worth for value and if I have a chance to be back to here in future, this definitely would be my first choice by heart and strongly recommend to all my friends.
