GGuest UserThe hotel is new and clean, and the breakfast is very generous.
The location is fantastic—quiet yet close to the tram stop, about 5 minutes away. The tram to the city center takes about 10 minutes.
My boyfriend and I had a wonderful vacation here. We will definitely book this hotel again!

Vvr36New, nice hotel. Really spacious room, quiet, great breakfast. The only drawback is car access - you need to pay 8PLN just to leave the luggage in the front doors, even if you leave after 1 minute. I will recommend and come back one day for sure.

GGuest UserStaying at Ibis Styles Wroclaw Centrum is a great experience. The hotel is in an excellent location, facing the train station. It is easily accessible as soon as you exit the station. Travelers dragging their luggage can feel at ease and the fatigue of the journey disappears instantly.
The surrounding facilities are also very complete, with restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores. Popular attractions can be reached on foot, making it very convenient for travel. When you enter the hotel, the front desk service is enthusiastic, the procedures are efficient, and the facilities and services are introduced attentively, allowing people to quickly familiarize themselves with the environment.
The guest rooms are simple and stylish, with a reasonable layout, comfortable beds, and clean bedding, so you can have a good sleep every night. The room is fully equipped with smart TVs and high-speed Internet, clean bathrooms, and easy-to-use toiletries.

GGuest Uservery satisfied. The front desk service is very good, a bunch of beautiful women. The room was very quiet and there was a KFC in front of the hotel. Remember to bring your own slippers and dental appliances.

GGuest UserThe elevator was broken and nobody repair it. My stay is in the 4th floor which means I moved my luggage from underground to the top floor then move back . It was a big trouble. I checked with the receptionist and received “ sorry” only but without any solution. During stay, all of guest can only use the stairs with big luggage. So did me. And the receptionist didn’t know when the elevator can be recovered. If I knew the elevator broken, I wouldn’t chose this apartment. A terrible stay !

The only inconvenience is the Trip.com broker. They issue bills without a tax number.
There is a problem with the refund because you cannot enter this type of bill in company fees.
Invoice-Trip.com invoice-I don't recommend this. trouble.

GGuest UserHotel located in a great place. Very close to the market, Ostrów Tumski, very good public transport connection, peace and quiet, Hotel service very nice young people, helpful, polite. Cleaning ladies do a very good job, you can't complain!! Very comfortable bed, high quality mattress, clean bathroom, towels changed daily,. High quality hotel worth recommending!!
