The location is fantastic—quiet yet close to the tram stop, about 5 minutes away. The tram to the city center takes about 10 minutes.
My boyfriend and I had a wonderful vacation here. We will definitely book this hotel again!

GGuest UserConvenient hotel next to the airport. You can reach from the terminal by foot or by public transportation (bus or taxi). Unfortunately they do not offer any shuttle service. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel to where you can go to the city centre. The hotel is nice and new and the room are in a very good state.

GGuest UserStaying at the Ibis Styles Wroclaw Center Hotel, the experience is superb. The hotel is in a great location, facing the train station, and you can easily arrive at the station. The travelers who drag their luggage will feel at ease, and the fatigue of the journey will dissipate instantly.
The surrounding facilities are also very complete, restaurants, cafes, convenience stores have everything, walking to popular attractions, travel is very convenient. Entering the hotel, the front desk service is warm, the procedures are efficient, and the facilities and services are intimately introduced, which makes people quickly familiar with the environment.
The rooms are simple and stylish, the layout is reasonable, the beds are comfortable, the bedding is clean, and you can sleep well every night. The rooms are fully equipped, smart TVs, high-speed Internet are all available, the bathrooms are clean, and the toiletries are easy to use.

EEril Ken TravelsThe apartment was nice and clean amenities were good. Blankets and towels were clean. I just had a problem with the staff over the phone. They had to ask a lot of questions and couldn’t find the booking quickly. Took them a lot of time to answer questions. Also, you have to log on to their app to get instructions how to open the door which is fine but it can get confusing to some people.

The hotel has about 50 rooms located on two floors and are decorated in a concrete ceiling style (high interiors). The rooms are warm and modern, with a coffee and tea set.

AAnonymous UserOur stay at Hotel Europejski Wrocław was a mixed experience, with both positives and areas for improvement.
Booking the hotel was a breeze, especially through Trip.com. The process was straightforward and hassle-free, which added to the convenience of our trip.
The location is fantastic, offering easy access to the city centre and public transportation. One of the highlights of our stay was the mulled wine and winter tea served at the hotel café. They were absolutely delightful and perfect for the chilly winter weather!
The room ambience was almost similar to Hotel Hetman in Warsaw—cozy and functional—but there were some issues. Every time we entered, the room smelled like wet carpet, which was unpleasant. Additionally, it lacked basic amenities such as an iron, ironing board, fridge, and slippers, which was disappointing. The room also wasn’t warm enough for winter, although the water heater and pressure were consistent, which was a relief. Unfortunately, the walls were quite thin, and we could hear our neighbours talking, which affected the overall comfort.
Housekeeping did an excellent job of ensuring the room was tidy, though they strictly followed the “clean my room” tag system. On one occasion, even with the tag hung, our room wasn’t cleaned, but it was resolved the next day.
The café staff were friendly and attentive, even though one staff member had limited English. Their effort to serve us to the best of their ability was commendable. Breakfast, however, was underwhelming, especially compared to our previous stays at Hotel Hetman in Warsaw and Hampton by Hilton Krakow Airport, which offered a more varied and higher-quality breakfast experience.
Overall, while the hotel has its advantages, such as its location, easy booking process, and some friendly staff, the room conditions, breakfast, and service inconsistencies leave room for improvement. That said, don’t miss the mulled wine and winter tea if you stay here!

The only inconvenience is the Trip.com broker. They issue bills without a tax number.
There is a problem with the refund because you cannot enter this type of bill in company fees.
Invoice-Trip.com invoice-I don't recommend this. trouble.

GGuest UserI usually stay in budget hotels so don’t expect much but this place was poor value. The carpet was yucky and the ceiling vent fell down leaving a hole.. The breakfast doesn’t start til 8am on weekends which is ok if you’re in relax mode but crap if have to make it to a bus transfer on time. Super nice staff help to make up for the deficiencies a bit
