MMichael AntonyFantastic stay at this small resort we moved here after booking at another hotel for 2 nights at twice the price but we were fooled by the pictures and the false information about the location so looking on Trip.com whilst having a meal we managed to find this gem of a place only had one night stay but wish I had found this earlier you can order food from the menu Thai and European food etc pool with jacuzzi was a dream and rooms although classed as standard I have stayed in deluxe rooms not as good as these and 4 rooms on ground floor so if you are mobility impaired you can request these rooms all in all it was so good I have booked next week for 4 nights I would award 7 out of 5 stars I am not one for pictures but I attach 1 of the bed on arrival

GGuest UserThe walls in the room are quite thin; I could hear the people next door talking and laughing loudly, which made it hard to sleep.
The towels were very old, frayed at the edges, and no longer white.
Breakfast was shrimp congee and pork congee. The shrimp were very fresh and large, and they gave a generous portion of pork.
Since it's an apartment, the previous tenant hadn't cleaned the glasses and bowls properly.

KKie-AnuchaStayed in a sea view room on the 7th floor with a beautiful view of Bang Saen beach. The room was clean and a good size. It's a shame there wasn't a table on the balcony to sit and enjoy the sea, but the view from inside the room was still lovely. All the in-room amenities were complete, and the bathroom was clean.

The villa was big and spacious fully equipped with a karaoke set, billiard table, and a nice pool with floats!
Downside:
The check-in process for me was a bit messy as I could only reach the location after their staff were gone. Only managed to resolve everything with the help of a local as they seemed to have some difficulty responding in English or via the Trip chat when compared to other hotels I’ve booked.

- The room size was just right, not cramped, but there was no dining table.
- The air conditioning was comfortably cool. The room faced northeast, so it wasn't too hot, and there was a nice breeze.
- The TV had Netflix and free Wi-Fi, which was great.
- There's a free snack bar.
- Dishes, bowls, spoons, forks, and glasses were provided. The sink had dish soap and a sponge ready, and there was a microwave.
- The security guards and housekeepers were very nice.
- Conveniently located near Burapha University, the beach, and Ang Sila.
Downsides:
- The water pressure was low, specifically for the bidet sprayer.
- When showering, water would flow out and make the area in front of the sink wet.
- There was no trash can in the room; we had to go down to the bin in the parking area.
- There was no dish drying rack after washing.

แแรบบิทI'm a regular guest at P' Ling's. I particularly love the pillows and mattress. Considering the very reasonable price, the comfort for a good night's sleep is well worth it. The location is also not too far, and the security staff provide excellent service.

GGuest UserRight by the beach and only 20 meters from a convenience store. The location is excellent, but if you arrive late on a holiday weekend, parking might be an issue.
