MMichael AntonyFantastic stay at this small resort we moved here after booking at another hotel for 2 nights at twice the price but we were fooled by the pictures and the false information about the location so looking on Trip.com whilst having a meal we managed to find this gem of a place only had one night stay but wish I had found this earlier you can order food from the menu Thai and European food etc pool with jacuzzi was a dream and rooms although classed as standard I have stayed in deluxe rooms not as good as these and 4 rooms on ground floor so if you are mobility impaired you can request these rooms all in all it was so good I have booked next week for 4 nights I would award 7 out of 5 stars I am not one for pictures but I attach 1 of the bed on arrival

WWannjaiNew accommodation with a lush garden view, very clean. The room size was just right, and the bed was soft with no musty smell. The staff provided excellent service, and the security guards were friendly and helped with luggage. The room had complete amenities like a hairdryer, kettle, and refrigerator. There's also convenient parking available. It's close to Won Napha Market in Bangsaen.

The villa was big and spacious fully equipped with a karaoke set, billiard table, and a nice pool with floats!
Downside:
The check-in process for me was a bit messy as I could only reach the location after their staff were gone. Only managed to resolve everything with the help of a local as they seemed to have some difficulty responding in English or via the Trip chat when compared to other hotels I’ve booked.

GGuest UserHad a great stay at this property! Loved the private beach – quiet and perfect for relaxing. The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained, and having a pool table was a fun bonus. Everything was comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, a great place to unwind. Would definitely come back!

GGuest UserThis is a condo with contactless check-in. The room is nice, about 15-20 minutes from the sea. Everything advertised was present, EXCEPT for hot water – there wasn't any. The temperature control knob was broken; it just spun around. This was room 25/26. The air conditioner was well-placed, not directly over the bed, quiet, and powerful. A bonus was the complimentary noodles, coffee, and a couple of packs of cookies.

แแรบบิทI'm a regular guest at P' Ling's. I particularly love the pillows and mattress. Considering the very reasonable price, the comfort for a good night's sleep is well worth it. The location is also not too far, and the security staff provide excellent service.
