"I had an absolutely wonderful stay and cannot recommend this place highly enough. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect convenient, accessible, and close to everything I needed while still offering a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. The property itself is beautifully maintained, clean, and welcoming. Every area was spotless and thoughtfully cared for, making the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. The rooms were comfortable, well-equipped, and provided everything needed for a pleasant stay. What truly made this stay exceptional was the outstanding staff. Every team member was friendly, professional, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring guests had the best possible experience. They were always willing to help with a smile and consistently went above and beyond to accommodate requests and provide assistance. Their kindness and attention to detail made me feel valued and well taken care of throughout my visit. I would also like to give special recognition to the housekeeping team. They did an excellent job every day, maintaining the room to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. Their hard work and dedication were evident and greatly appreciated. Overall, this is an excellent place to stay. The combination of a perfect location, beautiful facilities, exceptional service, and outstanding housekeeping created a truly memorable experience. "This is my second time staying here. I love the privacy and atmosphere so much, and their bath bombs are amazing – highly recommend trying them! The price is mid-range but acceptable. Room service prices are typical for a hotel, though the taste wasn't exceptionally good. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but it's alright. It would be even better with more variety."

"Compared to nearby hotels, this one is pretty great. I've stayed here three times now, and the rooms are always clean and tidy. The breakfast is really good, and they even have a gym, which makes it a fantastic option. Parking at the hotel is convenient, and the staff are quite welcoming."

"Great location, not too busy. I really liked the superior studio room, and the parking right under the room was super convenient. The room looked exactly like the pictures."

"The room was lovely and well-appointed, featuring a soft bed, effective air conditioning, and excellent water pressure. However, parking was somewhat limited. In terms of amenities, a hairdryer and coffee were missing, though earplugs were provided. A major plus was the abundance of power outlets, which made charging devices very easy. There's a rule against bringing seafood into the hotel to consume. I had purchased some in a box, but couldn't eat it on the premises, so I ended up discarding it, but that was fine."

"It is the best location you will ever find near beach. However, they put mattress directly on step floor (no bed) which make it super hard. I have backpain for the whole night and couldn't sleep at all. The slide at the pool has no guard at the end of the slide which is quite dangerous for a kid swimming around. My 5-year-old kid got crash by an adult sliding down ; no barricade or any signal to control the swimmer down the tip of the slide - the worst pool I have ever been."

"This is a standout among budget hotels. The price is affordable, but the quality isn't compromised at all. The room was clean and odor-free, with all the basic amenities you'd expect. The common areas were also spotless, and the cleaning service was prompt and efficient. It's a short drive to the attractions, making it perfect for travelers on a budget who want convenient access to sightseeing."

"There is no elevator on the 5th floor, walking up is quite tiring. But the location is good, very close to Wan Beach. A little walk to very convenient for sitting and chilling on the beach."

"The hotel is in a very strategic location, staffs are friendly and the room itself was comfortable. However, there were several disappointments. The promotional photos are misleading—they give the impression that guests can walk directly from the room we booked to the beach. In reality, our room was on the second floor with no direct beach access. The balcony was not very clean, and the safety net installed across it significantly obstructed the ocean view. In addition, no iron or ironing board was provided in the room, which was inconvenient. Another concern was the swimming pool. 2 guests were using the pool without proper swimwear, and despite this being noticeable, the hotel staff did not appear to take any action. This affected the overall pool experience and gave the impression that the pool rules were not being enforced. Overall, the hotel has a great location, but there are several areas that need improvement. More accurate room photos, better balcony maintenance, essential in-room amenities, and consistent enforcement of pool rules would greatly enhance the guest experience. Thank you."

"The staff here were very helpful, and the bed was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The room decor was nice, and it's within walking distance of the beach. Personally, what I didn't like was the bathroom; it didn't have a separate wet and dry area, so the whole room would get wet when showering."
