"This is a very new hotel with excellent facilities. Within a five-minute drive, there are several local hypermarkets where you can spend some time browsing. Although the breakfast is simple, there's really nothing to complain about considering how great the value for money is! Thumbs up."

WWenger NatthapongI really enjoyed my stay at Ojisan House Hotel. The hotel has a very cozy and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and escaping from busy city life. The design is Japanese-inspired, simple but stylish, and feels very warm and welcoming.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was soft, and the overall space felt private and quiet, which helped me sleep very well. I also liked the small details in the decoration.
The staff were friendly, kind, and helpful, making the stay feel even more pleasant. Overall, it’s a great value for money and a lovely boutique hotel.
I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chonburi or Bang Saen area!

AAnonymous UserThe accommodation is beautifully decorated with plenty of photo opportunities. Even if you're not a cyclist, it's a great place to stay. The hotel has everything you need: a lift, a swimming pool, a cafe, and a restaurant. The rooms are clean and well-equipped with all the amenities. However, the walls are quite thin and not very soundproof. Also, the entrance can be a bit dark at night, so you need to be careful.

GGuest UserThe walls in the room are quite thin; I could hear the people next door talking and laughing loudly, which made it hard to sleep.
The towels were very old, frayed at the edges, and no longer white.
Breakfast was shrimp congee and pork congee. The shrimp were very fresh and large, and they gave a generous portion of pork.
Since it's an apartment, the previous tenant hadn't cleaned the glasses and bowls properly.

GGuest UserRoom was fine and clean. Everything worked as it was supposed to.
Parking was a bit difficult as the hotel was busy but I managed OK.
My only concern as I mentioned before is Breakfast. None of the dishes were marked with Thai or English and the staff didnt understand my sign language.
Eggs were only available fried and the reception said they were not prepared to provide anything else. Short sighted attitude from my standpoint but as the hotel was busy I guess most people found this acceptable. I value my health in old age so surely a boiled egg isnt too much to ask.....

The are no proper blackout curtains. The light goes straight from the livingroom into the bedroom. This is so simple to fix...
Everything else was decent. Near the beach is a big plus.

GGuest UserOverall, the room was reasonably clean and the AC was cold. There was a faint musty smell in the room. The breakfast was pretty standard, not bad and acceptable. However, there was a staff member, possibly a maintenance person, that I saw eating breakfast with the guests. He used his bare hands to pick up bread instead of the tongs provided by the hotel. It left a bad impression, as if he didn't care about the guests' feelings, especially since everyone else was using the tongs. It might seem like a minor thing to him, but to me, it felt unsanitary and inappropriate.

After check-in, you can have snacks and drinks for free, but it's a Self service type. It's fun to do it yourself.. The snacks are popcorn and ice cream. As for drinks, there are both Kopi and various body drinks.
The room is spacious and the price is not very strong. There are complete items to use. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry. But the lights in the room will be a little orange. There will be 4 floors here, there is a glass elevator service.
The top floor is an indoor, outdoor restaurant zone (sea view). Some days there should be live music as well.
