"Clean and well-organized. The parking is super convenient, right under the building. The air conditioning unit is large and keeps the room nice and cool. My only minor complaint is that the TV signal wasn't great. Other than that, everything was perfect. I'll definitely be staying here again!"

The villa was big and spacious fully equipped with a karaoke set, billiard table, and a nice pool with floats!
Downside:
The check-in process for me was a bit messy as I could only reach the location after their staff were gone. Only managed to resolve everything with the help of a local as they seemed to have some difficulty responding in English or via the Trip chat when compared to other hotels I’ve booked.

Guest UserThe room isn't big and the facilities are a bit old, but the location makes up for it. Just cross the road from the hotel and you're at Bang Saen Beach, known as Bangkok's backyard. The long sandy beach, people exercising in the morning, kids playing in the evening, various water activities, all topped off with a stunning sunset, really help you overlook the hotel's older amenities. Just remember to bring your own toiletries. The breakfast buffet is decent. You can also walk to nearby popular cafes for a light meal and just gaze out at the sea. If you walk a few minutes from the hotel's parking lot, there's a northeastern Chinese restaurant that's quite popular with the locals.

Accommodation like a single house in a large project The rooms are very well proportioned (bedroom, bathroom, living room), complete facilities. Open into the room to turn on the TV to wait Turn on the air conditioner to cool. Very good, impressed with the receptionist. Provide very good information and advice.
The breakfast set is also very good. There are many choices. Bring it to the room Full until noon .... There is convenient parking, there is a security guard, although it is not close to the sea. But drive to Bangsaen a little

Guest UserOverall, the room was reasonably clean and the AC was cold. There was a faint musty smell in the room. The breakfast was pretty standard, not bad and acceptable. However, there was a staff member, possibly a maintenance person, that I saw eating breakfast with the guests. He used his bare hands to pick up bread instead of the tongs provided by the hotel. It left a bad impression, as if he didn't care about the guests' feelings, especially since everyone else was using the tongs. It might seem like a minor thing to him, but to me, it felt unsanitary and inappropriate.

The whole hotel has a great atmosphere. It's an old building with outdated facilities and the water has a bad smell, but the children are very happy here because the staff are very good in all aspects. There is also a small swimming pool, which is very happy.

The hotel has limited parking space, but the location is great — close to a famous restaurant and perfect for a night stroll. I booked a standard room; it felt a bit old and not very neat, but overall everything was fine.
