"Clean and well-organized. The parking is super convenient, right under the building. The air conditioning unit is large and keeps the room nice and cool. My only minor complaint is that the TV signal wasn't great. Other than that, everything was perfect. I'll definitely be staying here again!"

The accommodation is beautifully decorated with plenty of photo opportunities. Even if you're not a cyclist, it's a great place to stay. The hotel has everything you need: a lift, a swimming pool, a cafe, and a restaurant. The rooms are clean and well-equipped with all the amenities. However, the walls are quite thin and not very soundproof. Also, the entrance can be a bit dark at night, so you need to be careful.

I visited Chonburi on a business trip and stayed at this hotel for one night. The location is excellent, with Lotus Hypermarket and several local restaurants just a 10-minute walk away. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. I especially appreciated the smart toilet and dehumidifier provided in the room, which made my stay even more pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chonburi.

Upside: The villa was big and spacious fully equipped with a karaoke set, billiard table, and a nice pool with floats! Downside: The check-in process for me was a bit messy as I could only reach the location after their staff were gone. Only managed to resolve everything with the help of a local as they seemed to have some difficulty responding in English or via the Trip chat when compared to other hotels I’ve booked.

They allow very noisy renovation in the building to start at 8 in the morning, ruining sleep. The are no proper blackout curtains. The light goes straight from the livingroom into the bedroom. This is so simple to fix... Everything else was decent. Near the beach is a big plus.

Is big hotel but not well maintained If well maintained price is ok Walking far to the beach .. Room is big but old furniture Comfortable bed !!!!! Overall, the room was reasonably clean and the AC was cold. There was a faint musty smell in the room. The breakfast was pretty standard, not bad and acceptable. However, there was a staff member, possibly a maintenance person, that I saw eating breakfast with the guests. He used his bare hands to pick up bread instead of the tongs provided by the hotel. It left a bad impression, as if he didn't care about the guests' feelings, especially since everyone else was using the tongs. It might seem like a minor thing to him, but to me, it felt unsanitary and inappropriate.

The whole hotel has a great atmosphere. It's an old building with outdated facilities and the water has a bad smell, but the children are very happy here because the staff are very good in all aspects. There is also a small swimming pool, which is very happy.

This is my first time staying at The Calm Hotel. I like it. The hotel design is beautiful, the room is clean, the bed is comfortable, the air conditioner is cool. There is a small swimming pool, breakfast is provided, and the hotel has a parking lot. It is in a good location, convenient, there are many things to buy, just cross the street and you will reach the beach. But one thing is that there are many restaurants and bars in this area, so at night, the music can be heard in the room.
