Perfect location for those who likes to watch flying balloons - every morning flying nearby or over aiming to famous Love Valley.
Nearby hills give perfect locations for photographers to take good , clean shots of balloons and picturesque valley.Every morning the spectacle repeats but every morning is different- wind directions, balloons configurations, morning sun lights - unforgettable spectacle.
Hotel location is at the end of Goreme,away enough from the remain road and 15 min walk from vibrant center , full of various restaurants.It gives unique opportunity to see the last live pictures of daily taugh struggle of local farmers with unfertle , dry soil to make it bringing simple crops.All this is being expelled gradually displaced by massive tourism demands represented by better or worse modern villas ”Cappadocia palaces”...

The owner is so kind, and everything about this place was amazing. The food was absolutely delicious, and the bed was very comfortable. Most of all, the staff made sure that everything was perfect during our stay. They even granted my request for fried eggs, which I truly appreciated.
They also arranged our photoshoot, our car, and our food everything was perfectly organized and stress-free.
We loved everything about this place because it truly made us feel at home. Special thanks to Enz for the warm hospitality and excellent service. We will definitely come back!

This cave hotel is a hidden gem in Goreme and one of the newest cave hotels. We had booked the Superior Cave Queen Room with jacuzzi that was very clean, and easily fit 3 of us.! It was such a lovely experience in the cave and has to be one of my favourite places that l have ever stayed.
We had breakfast included which had a spectacular view of Gerome as well as the hot air balloons. The lovely girls at breakfast were very kind and always cooked us lovely eggs in the morning.
Perfect location which was walking distance to many restaurants and cafes. Our favourite place was Quick China which was a short walk. There were stunning carpet shops and we ended up buying a pretty carpet from Dowry Carpets.
The staff have a lot of experience and knowledge of the area and have a variety of tours and experiences to explore. We booked the hot air balloon with the hotel which I would recommend to all. It was an unforgettable experience and was our highlight of the trip. Truly magical!
Finally I would like to extend a huge thank you to the amazing staff - Mehmet, Mehmet (Junior), Mehdi and Noor.
Everyone was so welcoming and accommodating to all our needs. They always ensured we were comfortable and messaged throughout the day to see if we needed anything.
Mehmet made a huge effort for my sister's birthday and it was a lovely surprise.
I would definitely recommend this cave hotel to whoever wants to have a memorable experience in Cappadocia. Oh and the most cutest cat of Hira Hotel - Duman. We miss him!

I truly recommend Capavista Cave House to anyone planning a trip to Cappadocia.
The location is incredibly strategic—close to many attractions and easily accessible from the center of Göreme.
For such an affordable price, the quality they offer goes far beyond my expectations.
The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making the whole stay enjoyable from the moment you arrive.
The hosts are exceptionally kind, helpful, and attentive, making me feel completely at home.
The breakfast is also delicious and varied—perfect to start the day before exploring Cappadocia.
What makes this place even more special is the breathtaking view.
Whether in the morning or at night, the atmosphere feels magical.
And when the hot air balloons are flying, you can watch them right from your room, the rooftop, or the hotel terrace.
Overall, Capavista Cave House is truly one of the best choices for comfort, location, and hospitality. I’m extremely satisfied and would love to come back again! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

GGuest UserThe hotel lobby felt like a cave. When checking in, you could ask the front desk about the hot air balloon launch status for the next day.
The terrace has a great location and offers an excellent view for watching the hot air balloons. It's also just a ten-minute walk to the sunrise and sunset viewpoint. Being right in Göreme town, it's very convenient to get around.

AAnonymous UserThe room is ready when we arrived at 5pm. The room is clean, there are 1 queen bed and 2 single beds which able to accomodate the 5 of us. The hotel is beautiful. They served you many options of food for breakfast. The most important thing, they allowed us to leave our luggages while we completing the tour and wait for the airport transfer to come and fetch us.

GGuest UserOverall,I greatly enjoyed my time at the Rio Cappadocia Hotel. It is a very clean , new hotel with a modern cave feel. We had two rooms because I made two separate bookings. Both rooms were cozy and spacious, especially the second one(which was bigger in size). The rooms have beautiful carpets, the interior is simple yet attractive, and the beds were comfortable. The staff members greeted us warmly, and we were often provided with complimentary tea. The free breakfast was pretty good, including four different types of cheese, hardboiled and scrambled eggs, a few types of breads, olives,etc. Turkish tea and coffee are also provided. The hotel is conveniently located, and the room rates are reasonable.
The main issue I had was communication. Although there were no major problems, the following did not sit well with me.
Prior to traveling to Cappadocia, my initial question that I asked was what bus number to take to the hotel(upon arriving at the airport). The response was , ”For this we need to arrange a transfer for you. Give us your flight number, passport numbers, the number of people , and I will arrange it for you.” The staff member was talking about the pick up at the Gerome bus stop, and not the shuttle from the airport to the hotel.
This confused me. It became even more confusing when I was told we could get help with direct transportation from the airport to the hotel....and then the mentioning of a transfer pick up from the bus stop again. I simply wanted a direct, simple answer that provided an option for direct transport to the hotel. On top of that, the staff member was not talking about the correct airport(based on the flight number I had previously provided). When I asked for help to arrange a taxi to a restaurant, she gave the driver the wrong restaurant name(after I had said the correct one). There was also an instance in which I paid for both the green and blue tours with cash, and was asked if I had already paid. They checked their system and realized that I did. I should have asked for a receipt, but they should also check their records before asking this( it was confirmed that I had paid, so it wasn't a big issue)Additionally, I wanted to postpone the green and blue tours after a hectic traveling experience, as well as after a long day doing the red tour. I was told ”Don't worry...you will be in a VIP van..the tour will be great”, instead of just acknowledging the fact that we were exhausted. I didn't need to be sold on something I had already purchased(and that I still wanted to do). We just wanted some rest time before doing the other two tours. We were offered complimentary tea one last time at the end, but the staff member told us to write a review of our stay first. We refused, and I said I would do it later. She was friendly prior to our departure, but asked why I hadn't written a review. And, she asked if we could follow the hotel on Instagram. I understand the importance of advertizing a business within such a major tourist destination, but this was a bit too much. I hope the hotel can see this as constructive feedback.
Despite the previously mentioned verbal/written communication, it was a lovely hotel. I would definitely recommend this accomodation.

GGuest UserNice hotel. Location is good. Room is nice. Staffs are nice. You can ask the staff for booking Hot air balloon flight. We did ATV for sunset tour, it’s very nice. The location is the best. Also can go upstairs to see the hot air balloons if you decided not to get on.

GGuest UserThis was a wonderful hotel! The room was clean, and the bathroom facilities were spotless. It was so lovely to be comforted by the cats and dogs at the hotel. The hotel staff were incredibly kind, even helping me book my overnight bus. They kindly held my luggage after check-out and even let me use the terrace and reception area, which made my trip incredibly fulfilling. I would love to stay here again!
